Submitted an online order which you have 4 days to pick it up, my order was cancelled within 3 hours. Got to the store and had to re-purchase it. Although the other sale was already pending on my account. 3 weeks later it’s still pending and I have tried to contact several people and unable to get my $ released.

This place is getting better and better. I am very impressed with the lines of home decor they now offer (Broyhill, plus others). It's definitely a few steps up compared to when they first started back in the 1990s and literally sold misc merchandise from broken "big lots". It is becoming one of my go-to places for quality home essentials at discount prices! The staff seems to be be lacking in customer service skills and friendliness. Perhaps this too will improve in due time....hopefully sooner than later!

Every time I go in the store is clean and tidy they have alot of different things. They have a bunch of random stuff that they don't get any more of and then they are really great on prices on comforter sets and sheet sets. They have beautiful couches and bed and desks

Okay for a Big Lots. Surprisingly organized. These stores are usually a mess, and this one wasn't too bad. Not much of a grocery selection. Largely focused on furniture here. Bathrooms weren't great.

So proud of shore and cleanest shore . That and bring open on Thanksgiving day. Very excited and even better deals for my shopping experience. Thank you all associats for working so hard on this day. I highly recommend the store in Jefferson city TN please visit this store. It was fun

We love the newly renovated store and the employees are always friendly and helpful. However, the store wide music that is just enough off channel to make a persons skin crawl needs to be fix. It's been that way for weeks and if it's still like that the next time we go in the store I think I'll turn around and leave.Edit .. Yeah!!!! It took them a year but they finally got the in store music fixed and playing clearly.

Good place to pick up snacks & done basic st good prices. Thry have a nice assortment of planters. Candy priced great. You can sometimes get decent prices on electronics, linens & seasonal items. Their sales are good. Pleasant staff but they do seem to be under staffed at times.

Great management and staff... they always have a good attitude. Some of the same workers have been there for years, which is a really good sign.I love the healthy new Fresh Finds products... Lots of natural food choices at a good value.

The Cashier was brand newHe had issues with every customerAnd the manager came to help the customer in front of us and then left..so again he needed help on our order and had to call someone back again...there were five people in line and this guy was getting stressed out...this is not on the cashier ...training and management should be shadowing him!Took a half hour to ring up our one purchase !!

The online app said there were no 11x11 pop up sun shelters available at the Jefferson City, TN store. When I went there the next day there were eight of them.......at 15% off. A great WIN-WIN for me.

Liked this store better before it became a furniture store. No more bargains and not as much snacks. I don't go there anymore. Just stopped in to get a Christmas gift.

Not a good experience. I went to lease a couch. Eventhough I was told if the store didn't have the color that they could order it, that was not what I was told when I returned. The couches that were on sale they didn't have in stock and would not/ could not order. I went through 2 choices that were displayed on the sales floor but were not in stock. Finally agreed to take a set more expensive and not the the color I needed. Then the two employees working the sale were not trained to run it on the computer. With that being said, the two employees helping me worked so hard( and one of them on his first day). They deserve a raise. Management totally blew it.

This big lots is actually really good I didn't give it five stars because of one of the employees that works in the furniture department really creeps me out and something about this person has always irritated me and I don't know what it is they've had some cleaning issues but other than that they are a good or decent store

I use to love this store spent a lot of time and $, but once the assist. Manager left "Mike" moral seemed to be different, no one smiled any more and the greasy manager thinks he is all that and a bag of chips. He looks down on people as he is talking to them and that is if you can get him to look at you when you are talking, Mr. Mike always was more than happy to help me and others even when he was stocking or moving product he never acted like we were a bother. They also have a older lady that is cashier that always greets me, Sue I think is her name always has a smile asks me where I've been. These two were gems and they have a young man who is developmentaly delayed and he is precious.

You can tell Big Lots has made the change to upgrading store layout and cleanliness along with carrying more up to date items along with there increased furniture selection. Actually impressed and not having to fight the Wal-Mart traffic is a plus.

I hadn't been here for about 2 years, and couldn't believe how much it had changed!New floors, new checkout location, and a lot of beautiful furniture in the middle of the store.Really nice upgrade!

Don't waste your time coming here. Dan was the rudest person I have encountered in a retail setting. He has no idea how to treat customers, and couldn't even acknowledge and/or apologize for being extremely rude.

Hadn't been to this store in a while but I came away very impressed. It was very clean, well stocked, and very organized. Very good prices on most household products. Good selection and prices on basic furniture. Friendly customer service.

We looked for toothpicks and Popsicle sticks. 50%, isn't bad. The Halloween stuff was cool, and I played with the demo mode and plan on stocking up...

This store is ok people working there are great very nice and knowledgeable the only thing I dislike is this store is not as stocked with some stuff that so of the others have but as far as locations you can't beat it it's in a small shopping center with a few other great options for eating and shopping

Best visit ever. I bought a set of earbuds and a set of king size sheets. The earbuds were priced $15 but tax and all they were 10.74. The sheets were marked down to 19.99. I was glad to find a bargain.

I would of givin 5 stars but I didn't. The store it self is great. Staff are great. But being handicapped I could shop in there. They really need to motoized carts for those of us can't walk. That's why I need to saddly shop at walmart. Rather shop at Big Lots .
