McDonalds is part of the Loves Gas Station Plaza -The store was well lit. The staff was friendly and helpful. My order was correct and actually hit the spot.The plaza has restrooms. Not clean.Outside of the building and concrete could use power washing.

Loves should be embarrassed to have them in their building. This location has an absolutely startling amount of ineptitude. Waiting 10+ minutes for an order when there's 5 people in the kitchen and only one order ahead of you is unacceptable. The lobby ice maker is broken, the drink station is filthy, and the tables need to be wiped really badly.Plus the inflated truck stop prices...Don't waste your money or your time here.

Arrived around 11:30 to find the place not very busy inside. Waited patiently for 30 minutes for someone to take my order. Unfortunately, two customers ahead of me left due to the long wait. Despite understanding their frustration, I continued to wait, giving the employees the benefit of the doubt. Although the employees frequently glanced at us, no one came forward to take our orders, and the order kiosk was not accessible. Disappointed that my small order of a large HOT vanilla latte turned out cold, as if it had been left sitting for 40 minutes. It took 30 minutes to place my order and another 10 minutes to receive a subpar drink. After spending over $8, I had to throw away the drink due to concerns about its freshness (basically, it was a little colder than room temp when it should have been hot) . This experience at McDonald's was incredibly disappointing, and I believe the store manager should address the service issues. While I understand the challenges of the current labor market, it is important not to let it affect customer experience. Despite the frustration, customers deserve respect and quality service. It's disheartening to waste $8 on a disappointing experience. Thumbs down for the poor service received.

The french fries were finally cooked well enough to eat, at least for me, at any McDonald's location. I remember when during the 90s/early 2000s, as a juvenile and then later an adolescent, when generally the restaurants were greatly better at cooking french fries "well-done" to an expected "crispy texture". You could actually hear the crunching sounds as you bite into each and every one of them, too.

The employees at this location are absolutely inept. After 25 minutes, I canceled my order. (It was not even busy and there were only two people waiting. They didn't look to be short staffed. Just lazy employees standing around.I've noticed this to be a trend at this location among other patrons. I saw one gentleman waiting 5 minutes JUST to be acknowledged for taking an order while the employees were messing around with small talk. There was a car at the drive through waiting for 30 minutes. The manager is ultimately the one to blame here. Enabling lazy employees..Love's should be embarrassed.

I don’t want to be mean but they can’t get an order right. HEY whoever is manager if you’re reading this….do betterYou’re literally sitting on a gold mine with the truck stop. Yet still subpar. I’ll up it a star if I get my nuggets comped. Which I assume I won’t. So one star. Oh also for truckers. Parking sucks and showers suck. They don’t hire quality here. FYI. Red

Horrible experience. The lady in front of me ordered 6 burgers with Mac sauce. They skimped on the Mac sauce. When she pointed it out they treated her horribly. They refused to make it right. They contacted the general manager. She ended up asking for a refund. My food was next. I received it as you can see it in the pictures. Very rude and unprofessional. Should get zero stars.

Service was quite slow. Took a bit longer to get my food than I would have liked. Multiple tables were just a bit sorry and could have used a wiping down. The dining room doesn't appear tended too regularly enough. Included pics aren't representative of some of the mess I saw. They're just what I was able to easily snap from where I was seated.

3 orders, 1 napkin and just fyi the coffee lids click when they are secure. I only made $3.23 an hour as a waitress at Bob Evans and that would not have occurred with my customers. You want higher wages? Earn them and quit being lazy, because you make more now than the people you’re demanding higher pay from… Do better! Just saying 🤷🏼‍♀️

My food had a hair in my chicken biscuit, the bathroom was nasty under the tables are dirty they need inspection again never again coming to this McDonald’s the workers are horrible bad attitudes made me wait 25 minutes for my food I received it cold the manger would not attend me about my cold food and didn’t refund me my cash back the workers looked at me all geeked out like I was a tree

For 2 nights in a row I have had the worst service with customer service and food. The 1st night I had 2 M&M Mc flurries and a large fresh-to-order frie. The McFlurries we ok but the fries were aweful. They were cold and greasy. I was really hungry so I ate 25% of the fries and threw the rest away.Tonight was just as bad. I ordered just 1 M&M McFlurry and 1 carmel Sunday. They gave me a Oreo McFlurry! How in God's name do you mess that up! I took the Oreo McFlurry inside and asked them to swap it out. I got nothing but extremly bad attitude! The McFlurry looked like someone crapped Big Mac sauce in it. How are you able to stay in buisness? I will never visit that store again and will let all my friends and family to never to go there!I worked as a teenager at McDonlds with pide. This made me regret ever working there!

If your unable to have someone upfront & encourage use of kiosks - AT LEAST GET THE ORDER RIGHT WHEN YOU’RE MAKING THE FOOD. I asked for no sauce, no tomatoes add cheese - I got everything I DIDNT want AND a black bun.This goes beyond staffing issues - read the order.
