The burger was missing bacon missing lettuce missing a patty I know the receipt is hard to read but I got a triple flamethrower a number 8 large with a water extra flamethrower sauce extra sauce with bacon it came with no bacon it is supposed to come with three strips on the triple I know because it always has for months I order it every day and today it was only two patties one peice of white cheese a little bit of sauce and small fry and med drink the number 8 is usually 3 meats 2 white cheeses lettuce three bacon strips tomato’s then I add extra extra flamethrower sauce and extra flamethrower sauce on side that didn’t happen and two sides of delicious ranch for my fries today I was disappointed and won’t be back I understand mistakes happen but not when you charge that much and don’t get what you ordered when I come in every single day as well plus wouldn’t give me a remake I didn’t want a refund I wanted a remake of the right think I won’t be back it’s ridiculous you would rather refund then make how I paid for smdh I’m just upset but thanks for y’all’s time hope you do better for future loyal customersParking: Plenty not busy at this time

The last few times haven't been so hot at this location. Probably gonna stay away for a while till i hear its getting better. Now the 8 piece nugget has shrank to 6 and the size is comical. 🤣 Do yourself a favor and check your order before you leave but you've been warned.

The blizzard is good, but there isn't any cheese make pieces, hence the name "pumpkin cheesecake blizzard". The woman that gave me our blizzards didn't do the flip test.So it isn't really worth it unless you ask for cheesecake pieces.

I have never been to any DQ ever so today on 12/22/2022 I decided to try it at the Jasper location. I got a number 1 with a small chocolate shake and after the first bite on my burger I found a roach bug in it ! I normal have a pretty strong stomach for these things . But with being PREGNANT I couldn’t even look at it anymore to take it back. And get my money back. Never again will I eat DQ . Couldn’t even drink my shake.

Stopped by today and they couldn’t get the order correct. Peanut butter milkshake came out runny, and service is horrible. Coming from a local, take my advice, skip DQ and go get some snacks at the gas station to hold you over.

Can't complain, the staff was polite and the service was fast, the food was hot and good. These days, it's nice to be able to gamble on a fast food place, and it actually turns out well.

Stopped by on our way thru with work. Ordered the 3 chicken strip basket with fries and gravy for dipping. The chicken was oldAt the pick up window was educated the food was being prepared. The fries were old and soggy . And to beat it all I got thevupcharge ti get a blizzard and it was 97% plain ice cream. It's like the young lady put a few topping on top and was like that will work. I hate this place has been a let down 2 of the last 3 times we stopped by.

More than once we've had to wait an extended period of time for our order, just to find it in shambles once received. Neither time was the restaurant packed nor was the drive thru. This time we ordered a ¼lb Bacon cheeseburger with NO bun, for a lower carb diet. Two 4 piece chicken baskets and that was it. Our wait time was 15 minutes with customers mounting behind us. (We were the only ones in the drive thru when we arrived, with minimal customers inside.) The wait time wasn't so much the issue if it wasn't for the poor quality our food was in once we received it, because we do understand the possibility of making fresh chicken or a burger, but this time it seemed our food was ready quicker than that because all items were luke warm. The no bun burger was just thrown together, and we had to heat it at home to melt the cheese. I'm usually not a bad review writer, but tonight was just one of many terrible trips and I hope the issues will be resolved for future customers.

Worst trip to DQ ever!Soft serve, served melted!It’s so disappointing to wait 25 minutes in line to be served blizzards that are melting all down the sides of the cup. It was plain to see that the blizzards were prepared way too early so that by the time I reached the window they were both a mess! I had to ask for napkins and another cup to put one of the two blizzards, because hey, who wants ice-cream literally dripping all over the car and themselves?!They did NOT serve these ones upside down either. That figures because the ice cream would’ve surely fallen out from being so melted.

I never have a bad experience here. I’m always greeted with a smile. Personally , the brownie oreo cupfection is my go-to ice cream item , and the number 5 is my go-to food item. Honestly , can’t go wrong with anything on their menu.Parking: Less than 5 minutes from the interstate with nearby gas stations . Plenty of parking

Employees did not speak up, often were mumbling. Dining area was nasty and taken up by the managers mess. Manager and employees spoke in a different language when they could see customers in the building. Food was warm at best,but after a couple bites found a cold and raw center. Employee gave me attitude when I told her I couldn't hear her. Their soda fountain was nasty and when I pour root beer into my cup it tasted like coke zero. I would rather drive all the way to Dunlap to get my dairy queen fix, than eat at the one here in Jasper.After leaving, I had to pull off the road to throw up due to undercooked and bad food.

I enjoy the food that I received from most fast food establishments. That being factored out, the most important thing to me in choosing a place to get takeout is that my order be completed properly. DQ almost always gets my order correct the first time. The food has always been good.

Went through the drive through, they weren’t serving hot food on the menu, which is fine. Tried to order icecream and the machine was broken, told them nevermind and then got stuck in the drive through for 30 minutes because you can’t exit the one lane drive through once you’re in it.. now all the other restaurants are closed

Younger girl taking our order seemed to be struggling to understand, so someone else took over. When they finally got our order, things seemed to be going better. Until I got half way into my already unappetizing burger and had a hair in the middle of it. $40 wasted.

Came to this location to try the coupons they sent in the mail they were a pain to use. Read coupons carefully as they couple the coupon with a regular priced antre. Also only one coupon per family order. Not really saving anything. While at this location my wife went to use the women's bathroom and a male employee was in it.

I come through this location at random and it seems to be very hit or miss. It's rare to be greated with a smile when you pull up to the window or to even get a have a great day when the order is handed out. Today, I go through the drive thru and my icecream was so soft it fell off the cone before I even made it to the drive way to leave. I called back after some time had passed due to other concerns and when I asked for a manager I was informed that there isn't a manager there and when I asked for a shift leadership I was hung up on. I called back and the second time they informed me again that the manager was not there and wanted to know "what I want" and when I explained that I had issues with my order and what those issues were the young women who was on the phone informed me that I would need to call back later. I told the lady I would not call later as I would hope they would want to resolve the issue presently and that I would just call corporate to handle the issue for me.

Dining room closes at 8pm?!? On a Friday or Saturday night? But the d drive thru stays open until 10pm... So if a multiple vehicle group wants to enjoy ice cream after dinner, good luck with the socialization. Maybe keep everything open to 9pm, then clean and go home.The ice cream was as good as normal, the staff was effective and polite.

OMG your pumpkin pie blizzard was the best ever. We moved here from Arizona and didn't have a dairy queen there. Management is friendly, polite and just all around pleasant people.Parking: Enough parking for our little town of Jasper Tennessee

Started off with a small chocolate dipped ice cream, that wasn't so small, great plus!. Had double cheeseburger with onion rings and a sprite. Was given a free coke as well. It was late but food was fresh and hot. Associates were very friendly and nice. Service was very attentive and served with smiles. Uplifting experience.

This place is seriously going down hill. We waited 15 mins before we could even order. And all we ordered was a blizzard, a triple brownie and a dipped cone . Then another 10 mins. To get our stuff. Lady at the window was rude as can be and I even tried being nice and saying thank you and got nothing. I know you may be under staffed but that doesn’t mean you need to be rude and not practice good customer service.

Employees could use some more training at the Jasper location - my ranch was put in with chicken fingers and they were so hot it messed the ranch up and the lid was messed up and wouldn't close

This small town Dairy Queen is locally owned. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the restaurant is also very clean. It is a favorite for lunch or a evening dessert stop! 8-29 edit. I have lowered my previous rating on account of consistency. Every so often we stop for dessert, either after church or a after dinner treat. We usually order at least 1 of the triple chocolate brownie, in past experiences the dish has a fair amount of hot fudge. However on tonight's visit the dessert was sparse. When brought up to the attendant she assured us it was right. I'm not a petty person and hot fudge isn't a major issue to argue but consistency is key to a successful business.
