It was good got in there and and got what I needed got out now with the check out the self checkouts why they're open there's like the rear four workers in there I don't understand that we could have them in a checkout line and they could be working checking people out instead of just standing there.

They seem to quit carrying my favorite items, just as I discover them. They really need more service lanes and less pallets in the way. I cannot forget the rude instore shoppers for the pick-up people. While on that subject, how about the way they moved all the handicap parking and put the pickup only spaces front and center instead of off to the side like most other Wal-Mart.

Wasn't impressed. Gravy was grainy. Eggs had no flavor. Overpriced. Saw waiter once. Another waitress got soft drink refill for us. Never did get water refill for the rest of our dining party. Overall very disappointed as we were looking forward to breakfast buffet traveling to Tennessee.

The line to wait for checkout was so far back it was blocking the entrance and we were standing in produce. They could really use some more checkout lanes

Always a great time at Walmart. Always had things I need. Daniel from night shift is amazing. Him and his brother Matthew are cool. Pretty much everyone we come in contact are great people. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. Aisles are the same way.

I stopped by the pharmacy to ask the pharmacist preference on children's cough meds , because they have a cough they cannot kick, well a lady named Crystal in the pharmacy was super rude , she act like I was a bother or a fool. you would have thought I was asking for Sudafed for adults. I thought it was normal to want your kids to get better but I guess there people are to judgemental of others to only care about themselves and there little desk job. I looked her up her name is Crystal Brown and I have never seen her before in my life but she had a horrible attitude towards me, for what reason I'm unsure. but I will not stop there again. jokes on her.

Everything in my car is from Walmart, except the car. Oil runs good, my clothes stay clean, and my floor mats, nothing worse than my shoes..Walmart has all that you need.The food isle is a trap. Everything is good for the belly, specially on hungry days.Unfortunately, there's no midnight shipping..

This is the Walmart that treats you like family every time you walk in. They are super helpful. Just watch the produce sometimes they don't catch moldy vegetables and fruits.

The self check out people are pretty nice!! Always wish us a good day or evening!! The manager has/is always pleasant and has a big smile and a warm hello!! Working in retail can wear down the most positive person cuz people are hard to deal with!! I work in it too; so I can say it honestly!! Overall, always a good experience!!

Employees are rude for the most part,most cashiers which usually is a max of 2 or 3 are fairly nice.I hate that they move stuff so often you can't find it and you can't get an employee to help you if you paid them.

I just left walmart in Jamestown TN. And spent almost $400 on groceries which I had to scan myself, a job I'm not trained to do then when I get to the door they treat me like a common criminal and ask for my receipt to be sure I didn't steel something. If you put those people on a register you wouldn't have to worry about untrained people not scanning something. Maybe we'll get another store soon to compete with walmart. 😡

Never has what I go there for. Some of the staff, mostly mangers stand around not doing anything. Carts all over the parking lot. Some of the mangers act like they are better than you. Makes no sense.

On July 28 , 2023 my 9 year old autisic son and i went into walmart . I was approach by manager named melinda. She looked really rough , had a headache she said. After waiting 37 minutes at customer service while she tried to figure a return on produce return i had the receipt and called ahead. I said its ok I'll just buy them and went shopping for 15 minutes or so more throughout the store . I was in the baby aisle getting pouch foods for my autistic son that is non verbal, eats out of a bottle and wears a diaper. I was approach by melinda and 2 Jamestown Tennessee police officers. officer Wright and officer delk. They start questioning me accusing me of things melinda the manager falsing claimed my son was being a disturbance she had a headache . Then she accused me of stealing " some" lol of the groceries in my cart when I'm in the baby section with 60 dollars worth of groceries in my cart . I was confused trying to calm my son from them running up on us like that. Both officers threatened me and my son with arrest , Wright threatened me and my son . Delk reached for my son , i think he grabbed his arm in the cart ,as he got more upset because of all the loud commotion and escalating of the officers and the manager. We were allowed to buy our groceries why if we were such an emergency and we were so disorderly and causing a disturbance. then was issued a tresspass . No report from store or police department would be given by all three. Called store manager Michael he said he doesn't care about the evidence i have or hear my side of it and that we are trespassed for 3 months he believes his manager and the bad uniformed , unproperly trained , escalating officers and violating 1st. 4th. 5th amendment rights and 1983 and 1980 federal disability laws. I have made complaints to Walmart market 4 times in Clinton Tennessee with no response. I have received no paperwork from Walmart. I have called the Jamestown Tennessee police department 13 times to get a report, ,went that right after to file a complaint and get report at jamestown police station. It was closed and both wright and delk showed up in a unsafe and intimidatingway and threatened me again.I thought they were going to kill or assault me or my son so i left and called tbi. To file complaint. Tried many many times to Talk to the chief. The chief has not been available yet, they have no complaint forms or foia says they never heard of such a thing. same at city hall . They said the city attorney even wright said dont give me no forms or answer any questions because of so much past corruption and lawsuit they have had in our area. Please google jamestown Tennessee and fentress county tennessee. I have filed complaints with corporate Walmart and am waiting still for a response. I have talk to several government agencies tbi, doj Tennesseeattorney general office ect...and filed complaints. a civil rights lawyer through a national autism legal rights group for the disabled is taking my case against Walmart and these 2 officers. Have they took any training to address a. autisic child . Should they asked what was going on and not assumed that the manager was not in the wrong. Is it a crime for a disabled child to whine a bit at the store. I have shopped and lived in Jamestown since 2016.never had a incident with walmart or Jamestown Tennessee police , i will say they usually are very professional and help our community never had a bad thing to say before this situation, seen many crazy things happen in that store but never seen Cops called or people trespassed. Like i said they believe the lying manager melinda and didn't know how to respond to an autistic childs presence. There are some more details to what happen but thats the jist of it. Its sad to be treated this way.we will be going public with this so it stops and doesn't traumatize another family and a 9 year old boy.

On June 18th 2023 around 7pm my teenage daughter and myself went to grab a few things we needed. After entering, my daughter said she needed to use the restroom which isn't even 5ft away from the customer service desk so I waited near the bakery items for sale that's located across from the customer service desk. I suddenly saw a grown man enter the women's bathroom and I immediately alerted the employee with red hair and glasses working at customer service. Her exact words were,"Well I didn't see him." Then she just stood there doing NOTHING!! I said," Well I did and my teenage daughter is in there!" I slung open the door and my daughter was coming out and then proceeded to tell me that the man was standing in the stall urinating with the door open. I turn and look at the employee and tell her and she shrugs her shoulders!!!! Absolutely did NOTHING!!!! The man walks out of the women's restroom where a cart retrieval guy looks up at him and just gives him a head nod as if everything is ok. Where is the accountability?? Is it Walmart's policy to let grown men use the women's restroom with little girls/ teenage girls and exposing himself??? I am beyond livid at this point and want answers.

I hate the new parking setup,if your not handicap an I mean like 15 spots,or doing pick-up which is never full, you have 2 park half way down! No door greeter, MICHEAL the store manager, is the Only one that smiles n is always super nice friendly. Always needing shelves restocked, and most have no idea what scan an go is!

This is the worst Walmart I have ever visited. They don't have common items found in all other stores I've been to. The cashier belts are dirty. Items are strewn about on some shelves as well as opened packages. Stocking carts all over, this should be done at night.

I needed help in a department I had the person page twice waited approx. My 15 to 20 minutes called the store and they hung up on me, after the lady said I'll get your manager well there is at least 4 people are passed me none of them helped they don't say we will get you the person that works here finally but person showed up along with a manager worst service ever explanation mark!Also carries limited sugar free items. Almost 0 sugar free ice cream. I have to drive 1.5 hrs to get ice cream that my husband will eat.

I call the manager here a bottle of sunshine because he's always beaming and helpful! I've even seen him pulling carts through, so they'll be ready for customers. The produce (especially organic) is often out of stock and the fresh, loose herbs are typically pretty wilted, otherwise I'd give five stars.
