This was my second visit to this hardware store and my last. I had to ask for help and they were put out that they were interrupted and didn't even care to talk to me. To different times they talked at me, not to me very cold and indifferent. Extremely Unprofessional.

Rarely visit this store, but decided to give them a try.I was greeted in a friendly manner. They had exactly what I needed IN STOCK. I'll be back. I really like being able to go shopping and not be told "you'll need to place an online order delivered to the store." Thanks for well-stocked shelves King's Hardware!

Over whelmed packed hard 2 get thru store, but I liked it! Friendly co-workers..... better selection and cheaper on everything then Ace hardware. Stihl saw dealer.

After receiving very poor service at porter, I decided to come here. Very very sweet and helpful. Way way cheaper priced than porters and they even went and got the nails for me since I was carrying my sleepy toddler.I will go the extra mile to this place from now on.Thank you king!

They do not stand behind there products. My neighbors bought a brand new Tiller from them, they could start it I had to start it and it took me a bit to start it for them and it won’t stay running. They cleaned it and boxed it back up the guy refused to return it or exchange it for one that work when they had just purchased it the day before and had receipt.. wouldn’t buy from a company that will not stand behind what they sell and treat older ladies bad...

Called in early before they closed for some thing I absolutely had to have 30 minutes before closing they had it I told him I was on my way I would be there in about 10 minutes 20 minutes till closing the doors are locked lights are off they answered the phone and said G I guess the word didn’t get out bottom line is your people closed early after telling me that they would pull it and have it available good news is I went to your competitor prices tend to be moderate to high some of the staff are helpful selection is good and summer is in very poor and others bottom line just go to Potters or Lowe’s much easier to deal with

Completely incompetent, rude, and unconcerned with customer service. I bought an item online, which was NOT delivered. (Shipping company claimed to have dumped it on my porch, but it wasn't there.) Called the merchant as first point of contact. Woman on phone informed me curtly that it was a Fed Ex problem, and that she'd let Fed Ex know, but that I shouldn't expect any answers for days. No apologies or regrets. Worse, she also asserted that if the item never shows up, I'm probably gonna just be out $100+, since the merchant certainly wouldn't be eating the cost. Representative literally laughed at the idea of negative feedback about her 'tude. Maybe the package will show up eventually. If not, maybe Fed Ex will reimburse me . . . BUT here's the thing: regardless of what happens, the merchant's defiant "not our problem" attitude rubbed me the wrong way. Steer clear of these people.

Been here multiple times always awful customer service and awful owners I would never recommend this place to anyone prices are always way too expensive you can get way better deals elsewhere and better customer service would rate 0 if I could
