I was there today . The store was out of stock on a lot of there stuff . I ask for help and was made fun of and also talked about and also other customers was made fun of and talked about. It happens right in front of me. And the store looked dirty. Hope I don't have to go by there.

My favorite Dollar General in the area. The staff are friendly and they usually always have what I need. Probably the cleanest one around. There usually isn’t carts everywhere full of boxes to be stocked like most DG’s.

Staff are NEVER friendly the rudest people in retail in Jamestown I've encountered excepr for a few nw ones they've hired from the family dollar! Got rushed out very rudely at 7pm yesterday with about 10 other shoppers since they got a text they could close early for no reason at all. I would advise the family dollar they are at least nice an welcoming.

I’m not usually one to write bad reviews. This store has gone down hill sense the manager Shawna and Other manager Tasha left. Shawna and Tasha always kept everything looking clean, and tidy and the workers they had at that time was always friendly. Now you never know what you are going to get. I wouldn’t even give them a one star. You have to wait in line for a long period of time. It’s the worst dollar store in the surrounding county.

I give them a 0 rate for today. The assistant manager named Tasha was going off on a worker in front of my husband and an older gentleman and wouldn't even check them out. The man got so nervous and tore up he almost left one of his bags at the register. There no need for that. If I was kin to the man I'd be making a trip to see Tasha. She needs to be fired!!!

My absolute favorite place to shop! Though, their shelves haven't been stalked, I think their just short handed and can only do what they can when their able to. Other then that, best place ever!!

The first dollar store was out of cheese cake mix an the Hershey kisses they had in the box in the back an would not bring out. The dollar store where I found all the stuff I wanted was great no problem at all shelves was stocked good. The first one is the one on N.Main street in Jamestown Tn.

I often find what I need and it's much less hassle than going to the "big" chain stores. It is somewhat messy, but that seems to be because they are understaffed. The workers that are there are always busy and helpful.

Employees wonderful.... only issue was the little hand held car vac I wanted is a seasonal item there and not in season right now. But great store and employees

Awsome selection. Great service. Has constant deals and lots of coupons on their app. Overall a very easy place to shop for most essentials.

Went to use my Mastercard debit/credit card and would not accept it. That's needs to be fixed. And cashier properly trained. Other then that was good.

This store doesnt have much of a variety. Alot of items were out of stock. The cleanliness is poorly managed. The staff were friendly. This store needs alot of attention.

Great quick place to go with lots of options and better prices than the conveince stores! They also have lots of brand name products and we buy all our pet food there!

It's very neat compared to the other Dollar general stores around here. Some of them are very messy and u can't find anything but this one is clean and organized.

This place needs to shut the doors and redo all employees! It is filthy and we got roaches in our toilet paper! thank the LORD! we saw before we loaded it up in the truck! we returned it!!
