I would rate zero for the fact that I have a double leg injury and they have three broken scooter carts up front and the fact that I looped the entire store, and crossed paths with who I assume is the store manager. I cannot make a full 12” in a step. Literally limping around and not a single offer for help until I got to the register which at that point I said eff it y’all obviously don’t care. The scooters need to be fixed before yall get some issues from someone with an actual disability. This is straight up wrong. There was a woman all dolled up in a dress on the one working scooter cart and she watched me limp past her and SMILED. Multiples of employees just STARED as I limped along. This is unacceptable. This Walmart needs to get it together. Seriously.

Separate from Wal-mart the vision center is staffed with an adequate, Well, past the Golden years of working. Who apparently does not know how to do a job she gets paid to do. Do not allow the elderly woman to touch your frames or they will be broken and they will not replace them even if you buy them from them…..

Beware Shoppers. Cashiers not available after 10:30pm. Only self check. This is not acceptable for handicapped or folks over 65. Even though I asked for a cashier I was told none were available eve. For handicapped or elderly. Management should make some adjustments.

4 stars because I can order it online, pick it up at the store, and most of the time the order is correct. Otherwise, if I had to go into the store and risk my life, I'd give them 2 or maaaaybe 3 stars. It's a scary place especially at night.

This Walmart has made it very hard for truck drivers to park here and do their shopping.They put hight restriction for trucks and no “no parking” sign anywhere.

As with most of the Walmart stores I've been in, it was dirty, unorganized with nonexistent customer service. I wouldn't have stepped foot in there had it not been for my dad who thinks they have better prices. And by the way, prices aren't much better. I will say that I stopped to speak with one of the store shoppers and he expressed that he liked his job and the flexibility he has to attend school. That was a bright spot.

How many employees even know how to count change back? The cashiers yearly gross pay sure as hell wasn't deducted from price of items purchased and we all don't get a yearly salary from Walmart for our time spent within the self check outs and you wish to blame a customer for failing at a non paying task you've added to YOUR company's process..So customer is no longer right and everyone is a possible theif..Get real.

We travel, in an RV, needed to stop and this Walmart decided to put height restricting truck barriers up so you cannot drive into their parking lot. So towing a fifth wheel, you will want to AVOID this Walmart. Just sad! They are worried about people obviously staying in their parking lot over night so they have a roaming security guard and these truck barriers. If you ask me sounds like just an unfriendly place that thinks people should go elsewhere so I’d take their advice. Don’t go!

Can't even walk in and buy my son a shirt for school on the go, workers said they only sell them during back to school periods. 🤦🏾‍♂️ I remember when Walmart was helpful, when they actually rolled back prices please close down your doing more harm than good these days

Came late to the tire center on Wednesday the staff were amazing the manager of the tire center helped ma and made suggestions without putting any pressure on me...great recommendations!The staff did an amazing job,Idk their names but they were phenomenal and very nice did a great job...kudos to them

Amazing staff. We hosted our fifth annual Combat Vet Christmas drive and Carla and her staff went above and beyond to help with our event and take excellent care of us and all 81 kids we took shopping. Love this location!

Isles are normally straight, the people are pretty friendly and the self checkout is fast and efficient. I use the grocery side more than anything. Perfect for when you have to run in and out for some missed items, or a solid craving.

This store is the worst Walmart ever! I seriously hate this store because the employees are rude, the store is dirty, it's understocked with tons of empty shelves, you never can find anything and no one will help you when you ask, it's a very dangerous store with multiple theft and attempted robberies and near abductions, and they sell out of date and damaged products! I try my best to avoid this store! After seeing the horrible mess in the ice cream section (pictures included) the other night, I am done with this store! I will be contacting corporate and sending them the pictures! This is uncalled for! That ice cream has obviously been in the freezer for way too long and it's obvious that employees haven't maintained that freezer in a long time! I've never seen so much ice on ice cream in my life! It was so bad that the cartons were busting open! This is a beyond poor excuse for a store! It needs to be closed ASAP!

Just get rid of ghetto, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional workers. Hire people who actually care to help and serve people. Now for my review....I had an issue with the Walmart app. I ordered a phone and it wasn't fully scan to where I could activate the phone. AT&T told me to go to my local Walmart with receipt and my phone to finish the overall purchase and to activate the phone. Well I've paid $100 for a phone with no help from Walmart. No one could help and the only people that "possibly" help me weren't even there. So now I have a phone I can't use and I'm taking a loss on my money due to Walmart's incompetence. Plus the fact that I couldn't get any resolution means I got screwed. PLEASE do not order phones from their apps. I'm not the only one this has happen to. If you're going to take a risk, just pray that your phone can be activated. I have learned my lesson, a $100 plus taxes lesson and I'll stick with Best Buy for electronics. All AT&T needed was for Walmart employees to scan the correct bar codes so I could use the phone. Literally, I had no choice but to give up. I'm warning everyone to please not order from their app if you want a phone. I pray for you if you do. It is definitely not worth the risk. You will be out of that expense plus not be able to use the phone like me. Just went into Target a few minutes ago and got a phone that I could activate. I had to warn my followers on social media. Do not take the risk. 5 days without service for a store error is ridiculous, especially if you can't get the assistance you need.

Walmart in Milan, Tn always have prejudice self check out overseers. I've visited 3 separate times & everytime the cashier overseer stops what she's doing & hurriedly stands next or over me while I check out while all the other customers self check calmly. The cashier overseers get paid to watch all the customers & not one particular race but they always seem to target my race. I'm retired & don't want anything I don't pay for. I am not a thief but I am treated like I'm a suspect at this Walmart everytime I visit. Corporate needs to do something about this & everyone of their stores that target one race only. Your products are being stolen by the unwatchable customers while they watch 1 race. I've heard my race complain about this happening all the time, shameful & uncalled for. Money is green in anybody hand, if you want to continue getting our money. Stop treating us like criminals until proven as such & overseers job is to watch all the store products not just in the hands of some. I'm very pissed & frustrated with your choice of employees & the poor training they've received.

The management at this store has failed hugely. The pickup area is a complete disaster. ONE EMPLOYEE working in the loading area at 6pm! ONE! Tried to call inside to talk to someone , anyone..... no answer from ANY department. All extensions, no one person inside that store picked up in any dept.To the Store manager... you sir have failed. I will drive all the way to south jackson before I order from you again.

I forgot to post this.... so here we go: I knew it was probably going to be the last good day of spring break before my wisdom teeth were to be extracted from my face and then I would be left to deal with the separation anxiety forced upon me as I suck on a too sweet milkshake mixing with maroon blood dripping from a hole in my jaw. I knew one thing and one thing only, I wanted to go out with a bang. So with that mission and the sake of spontaneity, I gathered my dear friend Ashley and a hotdog suit I bought at Goodwill for 4.99 the day before, along with my beautiful, elegant, brand new guitar named Kevin and we were off. We gathered into Ashley's car and the plan was a go, we did not stop for gas, we did not stop for refreshments, we were on a mission, A MISSION FROM GOD AND GOD ALONE. As we arrived at the building known for elegance and charm where only the richest were allowed, Walmart, I knew it was now or never. My busted red converse matched my form fitting hot dog suit and my tetris inspired guitar strap that was coming for Gucci's wig, I was ready. My crew and I progressed to the Walmart, wind blew my hair around as tho it was Zues himself sneezing a waft of good luck. My fingers played the melody of a song that every animal knows, Country Road, Take me Home by John Denver and my voice sang as though I was trying to lure some Captain on ship to crash their boat. We entered through the doors that opened for us, knowing we were women of great power. As I sang the people stared, captivated by the definition of beauty, yes this was the moment we were waiting for, no one was going to stop this oscar myer wiener, no one. Well, that was the thought, until my comrades and I encountered a woman in blue. You see, the woman in blue had a job, to kick out anyone and everyone having fun in her castle. The melody flooded the halls as we avoided eye contact with most people, but that's when it happened, the woman in blue confronted us, her lifeless eyes stared us down and the battle began. Her blue vest buttoned, her yellow symbol freshly cleaned, her lips crusty with disapproval. My crew and I froze, it was her turn, her next move could shift the whole plan...and it did. She used "the customers are complaining" card and it was very effective. I felt my courage being trampled on, Ashley's face turns red in embarrassment, and worse of all, my hotdog suit is getting wrinkled for nothing. Not wanting to anger the beast in their domain my friends and I say our goodbyes and sang louder than ever as we left the high class establishment. As we got in the car we were forced to face another challenge. What now? The adventure was 5 minutes long, tops, so what on earth were the 3 buds gonna do now. Hot dog still in its glory but growing more and more claustrophobic and moist by the second, it was time to put the suit up for the day and lose my secret identity to make some mini pies from Cake Bakes beautiful Pie maker #notspon and watch some sweeney todd. Overall Ashley and I fulfilled one of our many quests and will continue to make decisions no one will forget but the HotDawg extravaganza will be infamous and continue to be my magnum opus

Everything appeared thrown around. Dark inside , dismal. The restrooms were disgusting. Toilet paper wet??? and dry all over . Sinks and mirrors were filthy. Puddles of liquid on the floor??? That was the ladies room. I had to take my disabled wife into that while our daughter watched. The men's room was worse.
