Slowest pharmacy ever. I never use Walgreens due to the fact that their wait times are ridiculous. Unfortunately my doctors office accidentally sent my prescription to Walgreens instead of Walmart by mistake and insurance had already paid Walgreens. Prescription was sent at 4:00 on a Thursday and went by Friday night around 8:00 and prescription was STILL not ready!

Normally i have a good experience at this pharmacy. There’s one really country girl that knows what she’s doing and is really nice and good. But I am disappointed tonight. I tried to get my medicine refilled over the phone. They wanted me to wait an hour and a half. So I said I wanted to talk to someone to get it done sooner. I was holding for maybe 10 min and someone picked up. Then hung up on me. I’m hoping it was an accident. Cause that’s very uncalled for no matter how busy you are. So now I have to go out of my way to make an extra trip because I have to wait so long instead of my boyfriend swinging by on his way home. And I’ve wasted 30 min of both mine and the boyfriends time dealing with the stupid auto phone calls.

Don't go to this Walgreens drive through pharmacy if your in a hurry. I had an email that said my prescription was ready but when I got there and waited 20 minutes in line they said it wasn't ready and wanted me to loop around the building and come back. I want be back. I am transferring all of my prescription. Customer service needs to improve.

Good place to get meds .Just remember sometimes it takes a few hrs. for your meds to be ready.Its better to have them called in an wait awhile before you pick them up. They are really busy .Sometimes its even hard to get on the phone.

Recently I've been having awful service here. I'll drop my prescription off and return usually after an hour just for them to tell me they didn't have it in stock. So now I ask before dropping it off. I even called Wednesday asking when I could get my medicine filled they told me Friday. So when I dropped it off friday i asked if they had it in they went checked came back and told me yes. Left came back hour later for them to tell me I couldnt get it filled til saturaday. On my way out of town went to pick it up just to tell me they didn't have any in stock.

Enrolled me in a "save a trip" program without my knowledge or consent, means that I pay $20 for half of my prescription on the 1st of the month and $20 for the other half on the 15th. Will not release the other half of my prescription until the 15th. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY DOUBLE FOR ONE PRESCRIPTION.

The cashiers are very very immature almost everytime I go to buy something. This last time was just ridiculous. I come in here to buy what I need and get out, not sit and get laughed at for something anybody could need. Very very horrible service.

Customer is never right when you try to tell them they made a mistake on med refills and have to do with out seems like they would have better way to check your refills instead telling you to go tO COVIENTCARE
