I usually don't have many issues with Walgreens. I'm pretty loyal to them for their rewards program and use it as much as I can. When I'm short of cash, that 20 bucks of rewards comes in handy. Everyone is usually really nice and helpful and I appreciate that. I will admit though, sometimes I walk in and see 10 people standing in line and I'm like nope, not today. No patience so across the street I go to CVS which I really like as well. It's usually a lot quieter and I can focus more on the sales and what I need. I don't know why I don't just go there ever time. Too many choices these days I guess 🙄

Walgreens pharmacy has a drive through, it really is great if your not feeling well. There is a photo department and they have helped me on several occasions. I have bought hair, nail, and face products, all name brand and very good. You can buy a pretty good variety of food and even holiday items. Along with cards. Holiday toys 60% off.

I have several chronic illnesses so I come here once a month to pick up my monthly prescriptions. I've been doing this for years now and have never had any issues, until the other day. There was an issue with one of my prescriptions and the lady working at the pharmacy counter was extremely rude. She even laughed at me and embarrassed me in front of other customers. Then the first pharmacist I spoke with was rude and dishonest with me. This is the first time I have ever had this problem here. I usually get nothing but friendly service.

Convenient location, for me, great hours, and prescriptions are cheaper than other places. Over 11 years of using them, they seem to have a high turnover of workers. When they have good people they are awesome. However, they go through periods with inept employees along with bad systems. For example, I get a text alert notification that is is time to refill an Rx, notification it is ready to pick up, then told after waiting in line it was too soon to refill. I come back a few days later when it is within time to be told it isn’t ready, or it is partially filled. My recent Rx has taken 4 trips to get 1/3 of it as a partial refill with information that it is on order and will be in the next day, but it isn’t.Like a lot of places these days, long lines and not enough staff.I am looking for another pharmacy and tired of dealing with Walgreens.

Wish I could give zero stars. 30 minutes to them means you’ll be waiting for 1.5 hours at least. They have no care about how long you have to wait either.

Pharmacy staff have made some mistakes on my prescriptions in the past, just today they didn't want to work past 6 PM. I was there 10 minutes till 6. I was just picking up my meds. Come on guys. SLOW STAFF

I ordered an online photo pickup for my fathers memorial service. Upon arriving at the store the on duty manager Brandy could not find the order even after giving an order number. The manager was rude and unapologetic. She stated that the email confirmation we received was incorrect and this could take several hours. Her way of speaking to me as a customer is very unacceptable and her overall attitude is not someone I would want representing my store. The other assistant Kassidy was throwing pens around the photo area. Phedra was the only team member that deserves 5 stars.

I just waited second in line for thirty minutes to pick up a prescription. The person before me discussed inhalers with a pharmacist.There was a girl behind the counter who had started waiting in this customer before calling over pharmacist who moved around behind counter moving boxes that could easily helped me pic up my prescription which took about 5 minutes, this is nearest Walgreens to our home but the service is awful. Not first bad experience.

I bought some Poise Pads, but I thought it was buy 2 for $28. The ad on the shelf apparently was in the wrong place. The lady at the check out said I could take a picture..I didn't have time to go and get my hair.

We're in from out of state and this place has gave us the run around the entire week. We're returning home without ever filling our need medication.I have suspicion that this is normal behavior for them.

Came in again on January 17th. Stood in line 1 hour to pickup prescription that was ready two days ago. People sitting on floor . Manager of store was to busy to help, said he was in photos. They had to cashiers at front not busy, also photo technician. This store use to be the best. Pharmacy need more help.

Lately customer service is as bad as kroger and CVS. I love my Kroger but the pharmacy is bad. Today i walked in and the drop off window was open, Joel was at that window, I stood for a good minute, while held a conversation with a coworker. The whole time would look up and NEVER acknowledge me or let me know he would help me in a few. So I went to the pickup line where another employee finishes with a customer and I wait to be called up, ans she also never acknowledged me or ler me know she would be me in a few. So Jennifer gets done and calls me up. Also on a previous visit, we come in and Joel helped and was nice, but he took oue script and said it would be about an hour so we told him we would come back for it an hour. 2 hours later we returned and he never put the order in and we had to wait 45 to get it done. WOW SAD

This Walgreens is chronically understaffed. Yes, they are very nice, but one should block out a considerable amount of time to even drop off a prescription, let alone pick one up. Ugh!(5-3-18) I just came home from yet another fruitless but irritating trip to this place. It seems the pharmacist goofed up my prescription. I needed him to come back to the counter to correct the oversight. I waited as long as I could stand it while he yukked it up with someone in one of the store aisles, totally oblivious to the customers he had waiting on him. I left without my wife's prescription. She will have to go back herself later when she can afford the time to wait out the staff at this place.On a positive note, the Kroger pharmacy is nearby.

This has become the slowest Walgreens in west TN. They were good a few years ago, but now, they have hired lots of new people in the pharmacy and they are slow and gave no customer service training. Mostly rude and act like you are bothering them to get your RX. Sad...

Not nearly enough employees. Line halfway back the store every time you go to the pharmacy, like right now. They won't use the drop off window so you have to stand in pick up line just to drop off. Unless this changes very soon I'm moving all my prescriptions somewhere else. Sad because they are the most convenient location for me.

There is not enough cashiers in the pharmacy department. Last 3 trips I was there only one cashier and the line 10 people deep. This is ridiculous. All whopping 3 registers should be working during peak times.

I highly recommend Kevin from the pharmacy. He was so nice and he was determined to help me find what I was looking for. The staff at the pharmacy were overall very nice and efficient even though they were busy.

This used to be one of the better pharmacy's in town but the service level at the pharmacy is horrid. Scripts called in hours earlier are still not ready by 8pm at night. If you are unlucky enough to have to fill a script here plan on it taking well over an hour or more. Staff is listless too. Sad demise of a location that used to be on top of their game.

They cannot hear you at the drive through and the associate is unfriendly. She did not greet me when I arrived. When she did greet me I could not hear her. She is not talking loud or the speakers need repaired. Walgreen on University Parkway is much better.

Was told meds were not done, would be at a specific time due to wait and not even started.Showed up 35 minutes after deadline that was provided by tech and STILL not completed.Given a time frame of 15 to 20 minutes when would be done. Arrived at double the time frame (45 minutes) AND STILL NOT completed.Took another 17 minutes to get my items

If you still need a Covid-19 vaccine here in Jackson, I DO NOT recommend going to this Walgreens on Oil Well. I waited for AN HOUR, and was the only one there waiting for a shot. They were careless of my time and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Chronically understaffed in pharmacy. Always 25 to 45 mins wait. Even when meds faxed over from Dr's ofc. Always tell you they're working on in but have to ask "how long". Have waited over an hour before.

REFUSES TO SELL SYRINGES WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION. I felt Pharmacist Melissa looked down on me for trying to buy syringes. That's 100% legal, as, in TN, pharmacists can exercise total discretion over selling syringes to non-prescription-holders.
