I am going to have to start taking my dogs here! I picked up my neice's little puppy after she got a hair cut, and she looked so good! The woman behind the counter, I think her name was Tina, was just so kind and gentle and couldn't have been any nicer. She really took her time and I appreciated that. It says a lot when a business has such kind a caring employees!

we brought our 11-year-old Milo for his first wagging tail grooming this morning, and apparently he loved it! Having been a rescue, we are nervous around new people sometimes, he looks great he smells great they did a perfect haircut on him, and he came out happy… which makes us very happy!We booked out several monthly baths! 🐕 💙 highly recommend!

We have 2 VERY active border collies whom we have only trusted with family members when we lived in Texas 6 months ago. Now living in Jackson, TN we could not be happier with the care and love they received at Waggin Tails!! When you know your dogs, you know when they have been treated well or not and our puppers were definitely treated with LOVE! Thank you to the staff of Waggin Tails

I have a European Doberman and I'm very picky about where I board him for a long stay. I am so happy I was referred to this place. It's a real nice homey vibe and the entire staff is very attentive they made my Ace feel right at home!!

I love this place. They take very very great care of my large doggie. It’s $50 for a medium-large sized room by the day and that’s perfect. We always leave tips the staff is just amazing and always goes above and beyond.One way I know for sure. Duke jumps out my car when we arrive, he knows wagging tail as his own personal resort. They know him by name. He loves it there and so do we!!If your traveling toward Memphis but you’re gonna head back East!! Call them to board your doggies for half a day or full day. But it’s so worth the peace and mind of knowing they’re in loving care with all staff members😍We love y’all @wagging tail resort 🙌🏾🙌🏾

First class pet grooming location. Always treat my dog in the best manner, and he’s always come out looking great. Any time I’ve ever wanted something done slightly more due to a new groomer trimming him, they’ve done it with no questions asked.Excellent boarding place as well. A little pricey for that service but still respected.

Love this place. Great place 2 bring your pet if u need 2 a few days. Also Great grooming done there. Very knowledgeable staff and some of them have been there awhile. They really care about their job and the pets they care for. Highly recommended.

I love Wagging Tails Resort - whether I'm boarding my boys or having them groomed. Super clean and safe-feeling facility. Staff is super nice and helpful. The comments about them being pricey - well, it is a family member they are taking care of and is totally worth the price; peace of mind knowing my two are enjoying their stay while I'm away and they are receiving the best care!

We have been very pleased with our dog's care here. He does not mind going to the kennels and everyone there is glad to see him, welcomes him like an old friend. It is SO good to know that we can leave him there in a safe and loving environment. The only thing I would recommend is longer hours that the facility is open.

Fantastic. I have had my dog trained, groomed, and occasionally boarded here. They truly care for your animal and shower them with affection. While the boarding is more than most places, it is well worth the extra money, as your pet gets individual care, inside boarding, extra let outs, and playtime. Wagging Tail will not disappoint! We took our Lincoln there for his first time boarding recently. I was nervous, but he couldn't get in there fast enough. They posted pics on Facebook the next day of him looking happy. It made me feel better to know he was doing well. He had a bath and a cute little bow on when he came home. We will definitely use them again.

They obviously care a lot about animals there. Staff is super friendly. We'll be using them again . Only issue is there too many nickel and dime items.. kind of crazy they charge you if you want them to give your dog cuddles? Idk i might be missing something there.

We've tried several other groomers, but this one is absolutely the best one in Jackson. The prices are better. The staff is professional, friendly, and they do an excellent job.
