My order was not made correctly. I go here atlease once a week and hardly have issues but I am over my food not being made correctly.I ordered an ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito and it was bigger than usually(which I loved). I noticed all I tasted was egg and bacon. Where is the rest of my meat ?

The foods not bad. I don't got to this Sonic often, but when I do some part of my order is always messed up. It doesn't matter what time of day I go. It's either the drink or they forget a part of the meal. One time I went and got the 5 piece tenders meal, they forgot the tenders. I went back and didn't even get the 5 piece, I got 3 tiny little tenders, and they were cold. I honestly don't recommend this one. I'm better off driving further for better service. Only reason I give it a 2 star is because the food is halfway decent.

2nd time in a week I visited for late night ice cream, both times “the ice cream machine is down” (30-45 mins prior to close), I call bs. Not a huge deal, I get they want to get things cleaned up to leave, but then the food was just complete trash. I wanted a grilled chicken sandwich but that’s no longer on the menu so I opted for the fried; it was completely inedible. I took one bite and spat it out. It was like chicken jerky. Go somewhere else.

Place currently looks much like a crime scene with caution tape almost across every stall. Dinner today was served a hot mess but I eat these with a fork anyways. Portions seemed a little off. I don't want to be too judgmental of the parking lot because I was an employee here for a short time many years ago and know how hectic things can get. Probably the worst quick meal from a Sonic in a long time, Including this one.

The person taking our order was impolitely incompetent. After repeating the first part of our order multiple times it took another person explaining a “number 19.” The person then argued with us stating that “you have to have a drink for a combo” when we wanted a burger and tots separately (we had already explained that). After another few minutes of her struggling to take our order, another person came and finished taking our order. If coming to this sonic, be prepared to explain things multiple times.

No one wearing a mask during covid. Managers.... inside.... workers inside and waiter to bring food out. No one. The food was hot which is one good thing. They deserve one star for that. Although I ordered 2 #2 No onions... and look here bits of onion and a huge bread bun that I can't eat. I have to throw 1/3 of my hamburger away. For $31.00 I shouldn't have to throw anything away

Sonic North Highland Jackson Tn. May 27/2023 10:00pm. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered 2 corn dogs, 2 ice cream cones, and a small drink. Waited 35+ minutes and asked how much longer would it be on my order. The manager rudely said I don’t know you have 12 other orders ahead of you. At that point I just asked for a refund. The manager then said you have to wait in line for that too. My husband waited patiently outside the door of the restaurant for 10 minutes. Still no refund. We asked for a refund so we could leave peacefully. To make a long story short the police had to be called in order for the manager to give a refund.This took 1 minute. Another customer said she had to call the police to get a refund as well. On top of that Sonic workers clothes looked like they work in a car garage. These people looked scraggly and unkempt. Worse service in Jackson Tn. This isn’t fast food. It’s slow food.

Every Sonic experience has been amazing, the customer care is unequaled anywhere; the best burgers in Jackson. Always fresh ,always hot. The morning breakfast toaster is amazing .I keep getting surprised and enjoy every selection I've chosen on the drink menu I love this Sonic and the people there make my life a little better each day and that's why I keep going back .Sonic's people treat me with kindness & helped me when they didn't have to and also show human dignity and compassion in a trying time in my life .God bless them all and especially two of the ladies who are this company's biggest assets, Christy,and Cynthia. Thank you Sonic for making my day a little brighter and giving me quality and value of my dollar by never failing to do so much more than I ever get at any of the other places I once ate. Food is always amazing and the human kindness is in the beautiful people who make me smile and feel like family. 10 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 stars!!! I am a loyal customer and would like to challenge all of Jackson to give your best appetite and business to the Drive Inn that's worthy of your money and patronage because they will make you happy you are eating the best possible burgers, tots,blasts, and breakfast toasters,offered anywhere in Jackson period!!! Hot day, had a sudden craving for a milkshake. I give Sonic 5 stars for milkshakes because more choices and great shakes. In general, the food is always good too, sometimes it's a little smashed.I like the option of getting an mini shake because that's all I can consume per serving. My husband likes the large shakes but I ordered a mini to take home to him because it was close to dinnertime.I ordered two mini shakes, a hot fudge and a Reese's shake. I said 'mini' twice but the total, $9+ for two shakes indicated that I was charged for two small shakes. I let it pass. My hot fudge shake was good but sucking it through a straw tasted more like a regular chocolate shake. My husband always orders a chocolate shake but he is a fan of Reese's so I wanted him to try something different. He liked it of course. He finished my shake and liked that one too. How do you not like a Sonic shake?! Yes, I over tipped my server. I didn't care about the wrong size, I could have corrected if I wanted to. The service was fast and the server was very pleasant, smiling and cheerful. I've worked the food industry and I have a keen eye for people who know the importance of what it takes to earn good tips. Some service people are like bio-robots, just doing the job. Some service people 'see' you as a person and they are personable, they care about what they are doing and about providing good service. Good service deserves good rewards, generous tips.I like Sonic. I've gotten good food and good service at every location I've gone to.

I just left Sonic and it was horrible.I ordered my food. Thank God nothing came up on the screen for me to pay for it.Some female repeated my order..I watched at least 6 cars pull in, order food, and receive their food before me.That is unacceptable I wasted my entire break sitting there waiting on my food that never came.That's bad service and it's unacceptable.

Our 1st time visiting a Sonic. The service was great. We ordered the nuggets and onion rings. The were out of onion rings and Alexa accommodated us. The nuggets were not freshly made, too hard. But we didn't know until we got down the street. The fries were good, though. Ordered a strawberry 🍓 drink with Sprite. It was okay...nothing I need again. I'm a Coca-Cola girl. I'd be willing to try Sonic in our hometown. We don't have many near our area though.Parking: Carhop

Just horrible. I placed an online order, pressed the red button & said "I want to add an additional order" & the smart mouthed employee said I can't add to this order it has to be a seperate order. I said that's exactly why I said I wanted to add an additional order. She was very rude & short. I asked for a regular junior burger she keyed up a deluxe burger & I advised I didn't want a deluxe just a regular junior burger with ketchup pickle & mustard. She then went on to tell me that would make it a different burger. I told her just to cancel the order..just ridiculous!!!

Terrible service and mediocre food = awful restaurant. The employees are not efficient, and not very good at their jobs. The management must be awful as well. More often than not they manage to screw up a simple order. I can deal with a server forgetting to put a requested condiment in the bag, but when it takes 10 minutes for someone to bring it to you while your food is getting cold, and then you have to push the button a SECOND time to remind them to bring it to you, that is unacceptable. I was giving this place one more chance since I got sick from a milkshake from there about a month ago, but I was wrong... this place does not deserve your business unless you like bad service and food poisoning. If it were possible, I would give it zero stars.

We didn’t end up getting our orders because of the long wait. We waited for over twenty minutes for our orders to be taken. Even after being told twice that we had to wait 5-10 minutes each time because of the short staff. They blatantly ignored us and another excuse was that the people that had their orders taken before ours even after arriving minutes after us rung their bells first even though we rang our multiple times after waiting the time limit they told us. Worst Sonic ever.
