I've noticed, whenever entering this Sam's, it's common for the door employee to "not" ask to see customers' member ID that are ahead of me. But ironically, when I am entering, they usually never fail to ask for mine. Also, when they do ask to see mine, customers just walk in while I am in the process of showing my ID.Why am I getting your special treatment?I appreciate your concern for me having my ID but you should also make sure that others are bringing theirs as well.... Due to this, I don't plan on shopping there anymore and will advise others not to do so as well. Unlike your location, the Sam's I frequently shop are professional.

Great discounts to me on Electronics clothes and bulk food. You can shop and scan your own products and pay without standing in line. Very self sufficient. Hassle free and easy.

I love to go to Sam's Club in Jackson. They always have everything I want or need. The workers are so nice and help me when I need help. They probably have the best meat around, and they definitely have great fruits and vegetables. Don't forget to get gas at the Sam's Club gas station. My husband and I tried the California crunch roll from the Sushi bar. We also bought fresh cut pineapple in the store. We ate the California roll with the fresh pineapple. It was delicious! We also bought king crab and filet mignon for a cookout this weekend! We love Sam's Club!!!

Not a five star as they were out of several items we needed. And because they had only one person working each cash register. Costco has two people and it moves quicker and is more pleasant for the customer. We had to assist the cashier, even as superb as she was. I thought the pricing was a bit high.

Prices have spiked to an all-time. I don't see Sam 's it being a discount store anymore. There was a day that you used to save money, but they have grocery store pricing, and some things are cheaper at the grocery store. I'm not sure at this point if I will be renewing my membership for the first time in 10 years. Prices are high, and the staff is rude, with the exception of a few Sam's clubs, which has become a major disappointment the past few years. Not to mention, after checking out, it takes forever to get through the receipt check at the door.

The place is under a remodel and it's starting to look like one awesome place to shop at! The exit lines could be A LOT FASTER! standing in line for longer than you checked out is just unreasonable IMHO. Also when we go here there is almost never any shopping carts as they are always in them parking lot so do yourself a favor and grab one while your out there...the food court line seems long also and they need to remodel this to make it easier to get more orders done properly instead of having one register up front...food is great and people are very nice...just needs better management IMHO at this store as the one in charge on the weekend could careless about the customers and seems useless to answer any of your concerns.. as of 2/18/24 my review stands as the same the weekend crew is useless do yourself a favor and go during middle of week as I've had better service than but weekends just plain suck coming here. Everyone is lazy as all hell..

Stood in line for 20 minutes to try and get a membership. One girl at the counter. Walked away used bathroom. Dirty bathrooms. Left. As much $ as the company makes , you would think there would be more customer service. I'll drive twice as far and keep my Costco

Clean and very helpful associates. Member services acted promptly to fix an error on my account. Relaxed atmosphere here at the Jackson club and I did not feel the stress or need to hurry up. Products of wide range and selection as always expected.

Worst Sam's I've ever been to. Extremely rude. If you place a pickup order its never ready when it's supposed to be. Plus they just throw it in your car like it's trash. I would give this store a minus 5 stars if I could.

The house made chicken salad is horrible. There's not a speck of black pepper or any seasonings. It tastes like someone dropped the bottle of salt in there and that's it. Wayyy too salty. I know a white person made this chicken salad because it is absolutely, beyond a doubt, certifiably horrible tasting. Introduce yourself to the Herbs & Spices section. Someone there is probably proud of it. And that boiled shrimp on pasta!? Where's the butter and herbs?? BLAND. The broccoli salad was good though. Better luck next time Sam's.

If I want to buy in quantity ordinary household items I use regularly, Sam's is the place to go. Sam's caters to businesses, but it doesn't matter that I am just a housewife shopping for a single household. Plus I get to save money by buying in bulk ordinary domestic things to last me for months instead of weeks.There are plenty of things here that you just cannot get anywhere else without a 2-hour drive. I always treat the staff like regular people and they are very pleasant and responsive.Plus, sometimes, but not often for me personally, Sam's offers clothing that I find is a good fit and can wear often. That's a side benefit.

Pickup has now become an inconvenience. You pick a time and wait at least an hour! They have 7am pickup and no one even comes in until 8:00. Then when you complain, they get an attitude and tell you they don’t have anyone to work. Then quit offering pickup!

Big fan of Sam's club lots of good products. We bought the membership just for diapers and wipes but we get tons of merchandise there. Only complaint is the food station is always a disaster. Most fountain drunks are out and it's disgusting and been out of pizza multiple times. When they have food it's an excellent deal though.

It's an awesome place to stock up and was so much better than the Walmart next door.The cost savings is the major selling point.The scan and go feature on the app is the most AMAZING thing ever. No waiting in lines and that pays for the bulk buying cost difference.

Great deals at Sam’s and it pays to get there early. Customer service is really good and helpful. Clean store and the snack bar has decent food. They also have no problem making things for you. Check out the ads and go early for deals.

Pharmacy- came in Thurs, Fri & Sat, all was fine, since I'm driving to Jackson from Trenton, I asked if I could get the remaining 3 prescriptions when all 3 were ready (of course on a later date after having 1 needs a PA's, 1 needs ordered & a new mg sent from Dr) they said that was fine. Then Margaret calls my phone acting ignorant, I told her I would be in on Monday. I came in on Mon. & Cassandra gets downright belligerent & tells me I told them I didn't want my meds. I left & came back again today (Tues), Dave is great!!! Let's see who works tomorrow when I come to pickup 3rd med.

@3:55pm Angel goes to pick up a Sam's club order that was supposed to be ready for pickup. So, @4:42pm they finally come out with the order. That's nearly an hour for those doing the math. You're not the doctor's office, Sam's Club. DO BETTER. When I called the store and gently asked if perhaps she was forgotten about, "Well, First of all" was the start of the response. Angel said this is the 3rd time they've done this. I can understand a 5-10 minutes wait for something that is READY - but nearly 45 minutes? If you say something is ready, it's ready - otherwise you lied.

The service here is always great. We buy all of our kids' birthday cakes from the bakery. The café has great food and you can't beat the price. If you own a business or have a lot of people to feed, or just need to stock up on groceries and household items, this is the place to go. Their prices are competitive as well. Always clean and well organized. They also have electronics, outdoor equipment, and a tire shop. If you don't have a Sam's card, you're missing out.

Went to the club to pick up an order, arrived at 4:01 to find every parking spot in the pick up line full. Order pickup was between 4:00 -5:00. Waited 32 minutes FOR A PARKING SPOT. Checked in, waited another 40 minutes for my order. After said wait, myself and three other customers(who had been waiting just as long) politely asked where our orders where, and the employee, let us know he was the only person working the pick up dept and had no help and that the orders had been backed up all day. Sams Club. You have a pick up POLICY! ORDERS ARE READY FOR PICKUP OR THEY ARE NOT. Waiting over an hour for pick up parking AND the order is insane. This is the third time this has happened in the past few months. It's not a one off, it's a habit at this club. Just know they don't honor their pick up policy and shopper beware.

Store was clean and well stocked but didn't seem like the merchandising was well thought out. I had to jump around the store to find things that should be similarly located. Also the prices were not near as discounted as I expected and like they were years ago when I was a member. I probably won't be joining Little better experience today with similar items stocked together. Staff was very 👍

Love Sam's club! As a vegetarian, I wish they had more plant based products like beyond and impossible and daiya, but hopefully, it eventually comes.I love the pizza! The one they make in the store UGH, it's one of my favorites! Wish they sold that frozen version, too.This place is great you need a membership but I've already gotten my money's worth. I love the scan and go feature in the app.Anyway you should definitely check out Sam's club to see if you'd want to join. If they have what you like to use, why not?!

It's always well stocked. I like being able to check out on my phone, which makes the process quicker. But, there's only one customer service representative to check the receipt and scan the products before you can leave the store. Otherwise, they'd get 5 stars
