I found Robinson Toyota after I went to a different place for service.Vince really is an amazing and the nicest person I have ever dealt with at a dealership.Tim Moore does the greatest work with alignments and tires.WOW is all I can say.Never as I experienced such service and positive attitude from a dealership.10/10 stars. "Wow" Customer Experience: I have been maintaining my Camry at Robinson Toyota since purchasing it there and have always had positive experiences. My assigned service manager, Vince Worley, always takes great care of my car. He explains all of the procedures and provides reasonable and helpful recommendations. He is professional, courteous, and honest. They have a very comfortable waiting area and send me a cool narrated video showing what they are doing to my car.

My 50 mile drive home from Robinson Toyota was smooth sailing! I drove in for an oil change mentioned I had a significant shimmy in the wheel while driving. Thanks to the alignment tech, Tim Allen, that problem was solved and in record time. I was treated like royalty by the service tech, Spencer, and shuttled to a store I wanted to visit by the most pleasant courtesy van driver in TN!!! Thanks to all of you for the pleasant afternoon and top notch work on my vehicle!

I drove from Memphis to have my car serviced here and it was the best decision ever! They have a new customer for life. Customer service is outstanding and everyone has a pleasant attitude! I especially appreciate that he priced tires for me but did not pressure me to make an immediate decision. I highly recommend this service department. I came in today for service on my 2020 Toyota Camry. There was no charge since I have a 2 year contract. They recommended a couple of things to be replaced. Anthony was very helpful & honest & said I could wait until mid July to take care of these repairs. Also Jackson did an excellent job servicing my vehicle. I definitely had the "wow experience."

Just wanted to brag on my maintenance tech team members Walker Otto and Anthony Parson at Robinson Toyota of Jackson, TN. I put a lot of miles on my Toyota Corolla and am in the shop once every two months sometimes sooner. Anthony and Walker have me in and out within an hour for routine maintenance, and have been just as quick about repairing all of the punctured tires I bring in.Both have done a fantastic job at explaining what has been done to my vehicle and what will be needed in the future. Anthony always prints out a detailed pricing list of what to expect for the next visit, so I’m never shocked when I get the bill on services, and ensures that all of my questions are answered in full before I drive off the lot.I really appreciate the prompt, customer friendly, and detailed services provided by the team at Robinson Toyota of Jackson, TN. Robinson Toyota has treated my car and me very well. Lynn is my Service contact. He works with me on timing to drop my car, they provide transportation if I need it to get to work or home, and they do quality work. Lynn knows I want to help my Avalon last so he gives me the list of maintenance items that are coming up.A few weeks ago my battery that was under warranty needed to be replaced and I got to the dealership right before they closed for the day. The service and parts folks jumped up to meet my need as a team should do. Thank you all!

From shopping for to purchasing to servicing my new RAV4, my entire experience at Robinson Toyota has been a "WOW" experience. I especially appreciate the time staff have taken to answer my questions and provide helpful education. Today, I was in for my 20.000 mile service visit. Assistant Service Manager Jonathan Morris did an excellent job of explaining services that would be completed during today's visit and kept me updated throughout the visit of tasks that had been completed and specific items that needed to be addressed. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in A+ condition for the next 5,000 miles. I did not purchase my Tundra from Robinson, so I can not speak for the sales team, but if they are anything like Vince and the service team they are top-notch. Vince was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did not feel as though he was pushing services on me but was very helpful explaining what services were and why my truck would benefit from them. I ordered a 2024 Toyota Corolla Crossover Hybrid. I LOVE THIS VEHICLE. My salesman Carl Diffee was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and helped me get the perfect vehicle. Edited a prior post due to a new experience. Initially I was saddened to learn that my usual contact, Sammy (what an incredible guy) retired but that sadness quickly melted away as I was introduced to Vince Worley. He was kind, informative, extremely helpful and overall delivered true "WOW" Customer Service. I will forever remember Sammy but I'm thankful that Vince is just as AWESOME! Awesome group of people at Robinson Toyota! Earlier this week I took my car to their service department for routine maintenance. During the inspection phase, a serious problem was found. Within a day Anthony and Michael went above and beyond my expectations to not only get the needed part, but to also repair the problem. This was most certainly a wow experience for me.
