I have got to say that Miss Debbie that works over in the coffee area in the mornings is very helpful and sweet and friendly to the customers! She is absolutely a breath of fresh air in this place! If it weren't for her, you might not have got five stars from this reviewer!

There were issues but the stars come from the service.I came to shut down and get a shower , was told there was no hot water. I asked could I still get the shower room because I at least just wanted to get my skin care routine done. The lady manager had no issues with it. Still offered me towels. When I got inside, she said she thinks it’s a little warm right now if I want to try but no guarantees. It was kinda hot. Lasted just long enough lol. Went inside Denny’s, server was on break for 30 minutes and the two cooks Thomas and Pete handled the customers with care and food was great. This is a prime example of things out of your control happening but you still be a great person ! I understand issues come but a lot of people wouldn’t be this nice during these moments. Will be back !

Truck driver: A decent Pilot. Close to my house, so I'm biased with the convenience. Clean, offers a few food items, and has a particularly good Denny's next door. Usually able to find parking until around 6 pm on weekdays.

Excellent truck stop. Plenty of parking. Quiet and peaceful overnight. Place seems very safe and secure. Facility is clean and well maintained. Showers were hot with plenty of pressure. Store is well stocked. Staff friendly and personable.Onsite Dennys is convenient. Had breakfast there.

Really bad service told the lady that nobody cleaned up shower and they’re empty and they don’t care. I should just nobody to come to this pilot bad service been here over two hours waiting for a shower and they don’t have anybody to clean the shower. I gave it zero point to this pilot.!!!!!

The over night shift ladies have excellent customer service verses the 1st and 2nd Shift here. Sijorney and Tenassa are Awesome. They both know how to Greet and Treat a customer even in the middle of the night 3rd shift to be exact. The other young lady Chevy and Jake are also Good at Great Customer Satisfaction! That speaks a lot about a company that have good customer care on midnight shift. The lady in Cinnabon in the mornings Debbie has a very nice personality and is always thanking you for coming in.One issue here there were several Stragglers that seem to be camping out on Pilot Parking lot! I am only concerned with this due to the fact there are mostly Females that works there! There were several abandoned trucks and vehicles with windows covered up in the back lot. This could be a great place for stopping in and grabbing food and fuel however there should be some type of security enforcing the No Loitering issue. It brings a good business down in the long run. ‘This raises questions of being safe here while we are doing business you would think!!!

This pilot does not have food out after 8pm until 6am bo hot coffee and cold showers stay away. Night clerk is very grumpy and unwilling to do anything for truckers coming through.

I was absolutely taken aback by the extreme enthusiasm that this store displayed to me at 3am. Both Tenassa and Sigourney were very cheerful and immediately met me with big smiles and a very believable “welcome in!” They were very knowledgeable of the various prices and deals on cigarettes. They took the time to explain the various discounts and even took the time to ring in my carton by the pack special that was offered and didn’t even hesitate. These two ladies are a breath of fresh air!! There needs to be more people like Tenassa and Sigourney in this world! At least I know when I come to see them again I will get the same stellar customer service and smiles! Thank you, ladies! Give them each a raise, please! They are equally deserving of it.

The truck parking lot has a terrible design, the amount of space you have to pull out of your parking spot isn't enough to clear your tandems if you're pulling a 53ft trailer. It's not impossible but your mirrors are at a higher risk of being taken off or worse. I would avoid this place if you're an owner operator.

You don't have to be a truck driver to find cool stuff at Pilot Travel center!I find neat stuff that the truckers use, in there all the time!I have been buying leather check books in there for years.CB radios and all kinds of antennas, small electric cooling fans, GPS Tracking devices, cool bags to carry all your stuff in, you just got to go look around!Too much stuff to mention!You will be surprised what you will find!Maybe a Christmas present for someone, or yourself!Like I found this cool little bag to hold my cell phone Solar Battery Charger and Remote Control Selfie stick.Plus it has places for your credit cards and cash, or anything else inside!I didn't know they had them till I went in and started looking around!Just go look!You might be surprised at what you find!

Thank you Pilot for not shoeing me off last night. I felt safe between the iron giants that roam through the night. And as payment I cleaned up the area where I was. There’s a saying; Alway try to leave things better than the way you found them. Oh, and cleanliness is next to godliness. 😉

ZERO STAR Bad Experience tonight, night shift cashier was very rude. Shower he gave me was dirty, asked for another, was also dirty. Asked for a clean shower and the guy said they are clean. Which they weren't. If I am paying for my service I expect it to be clean. Asked for manager and guys said I am management no one else here to help you. So I left. Wont be stopping here again.

A lot of parking available. The people at Denny's were awesome. It was very clean when I was there and will definitely be one of the places I'd stay when traveling.

Well this pilot has a great staff. They will go out of their way to help you. And to get you in out fast. Well with that being said the truck parking is cramped and tight. Then with leaving out trucks are lined up on the road parked. So it gets tricky trying to leave. Truckers parked in a no parking zone. Come on people where's your SIGN! Showers are medium size and clean.

I went to this pilot center during a family trip and loved it! They had plenty of snacks and drinks that were suitable for hours of car driving and many selections of slushes that the whole family could enjoy. When I noticed that there weren't any small sized cups for slushes a woman came with two whole stacks and put one in the dispenser and one in the cabinet under the slush machine and when I asked she kindly explained to me why some of the flavors were out and which ones not to get. The cashiers were all very kind and I would recommend to everyone to stop here for a quick drink and snack on any road trip!
