I do a lot of Kroger pickup. Simply because I have a 3 year old and it’s way easier and faster for us. I’m not from here but since being here since my spouse works out of state have used this Kroger for pickup. The last few times using this Kroger pickup i was approached with some rude workers who didn’t really come off polite. Today I came to pick up my groceries and NATASHA was so respectful polite and so bubbly!! She went above and beyond with explaining my purchase and the savings. I truly hope to see her again before going back home on my next order!! She deserves a raise for sure!!❤️ Every place of business deserves a Natasha!

This might be the worst Kroger location I've ever visited. I found several expired products , some almost a year out of date. There are also old and out of date sale signs . You think you're paying a lower price until you are over charged paying a much higher price. Don't trust the products or sale signs in this store. I took two pictures while in the store.

This place employes the most non caring ghetto people. If you plan on going here and receiving good customer service don’t bother it is one of the worst places to shop in Jackson

99.9% you will find everything you need at Kroger, it's also easy to find the items you need, the staff is very helpful.

Horrible service at the money service area. Rude miserable workers with a negative attitude towards customers. Just quit if u not happy at your job. Customers pay for your service and unless we are being out of line and disrespectful you are supposed to be professional and respect u as well.

I’ve been using this store over 20 yrs.I have found the staff to provide excellent customer service.Recently had a horrible mixup with a prescription being transferred from another pharmacy.Everyone involved dropped the ball!Everyone except this Kroger pharmacy tech.The medicine is crucial for treating a serious heart condition.Did not want to skip a day much less a week dealing with other pharmacy on the phone.The pharmacy tech that helped us provided a week supply till we got things straightened out.Yes, they have earned my trust.Thank you Kroger!

Lynnwood Plaza is my short list hurry up store but the store also has some of my favorite things that aren't available at the other store I shop at. When I've needed help the people are always very kind, friendly and helpful. Kyle is my favorite person, he reaches the Tazo in the top shelf for me. I don't even have to ask and clearly Kyle doesn't even have to be on duty to help me. He's tall and so kind. I haven't gone to a cashier's register to check out in years. I leave the cashiers for people who can't ring up their purchases. When I use self check my items are always perfectly bagged. All my cold stuff, breads, various rooms, are bagged so I don't have to fumble through the bags to put stuff away at home. Nice and saves me a lot of work. I also put the cold stuff on one side of my car and the not cold stuff on the other side of my car. If I'm rushed or busy I know where the cold stuff is so I can get it put away quickly. I love self check, makes everything so much easier. I quit doing pickup at the other store because 'outs' are routine and substitutions are poorly chosen. I can't make Philly cheese steaks with Hawaiian rolls! At Kroger I don't have that problem, I get what I've ordered every time. I don't like shopping and anything that makes it right the first time with less effort is how I do it. That's my Kroger!

Nice friendly staff and very helpful! My stepmom just recently broke her foot and two places and has to wear a boot and can't walk, I can't remember the associate's name sadly but he was very kind to bring a motorized shopping cart for her. And was kind enough to help her out with putting her groceries in her car!

I used pick up too ensure all my coupons were taken. Picked up and drove 45 mins home and realized my produce was bad, not really ripe eat now , more like compost bucket or trash bad. So I called and talked to Charlie who argued he as the manager personally checked the produce, there's no way a manager looked at that produce! Avocados looked like raisins, oranges so old they were squishy, green grapes that were brown, and strawberries were mushy! Had to drive all the way back to get it fixed. Also they need training on bagging you cannot put bread in with cleaning products!

This place is always packed. They never have both sides of the self checkout open and you can barely get through the store sometimes. The pharmacy is always out-of-stock on medications. I'm one month away from switching pharmacies again. The folks working the pharmacy are very nice and all but every month for 4 months now my meds were out-of-stock and they told me they had to order them. Takes nearly a week each time. I cannot just keep stopping and starting these particular meds. I don't understand why they can't make sure it's been ordered a week before they're due to be refilled again??

I went to Kroger's in Lynnwood. I was in a good mood. I pressed the yellow button at the window to request a refill. The pharmacy tech jump at me. She asked for my information. I asked are you o.k and have I done something to you. She batted her eyes big at me. I told the pharmacist and he said yesterday and today was rough. He said he would take care of her. She was looking and acting like she wanted to jump on me. I've never experienced that at Krogers. She was one of my favorites. If your having a bad day call in or take a break. Cause acting like that and filling my medicine...that could lead to something dangerous. I never had that experience in the forty years shopping at this store.

They usually have fresh fruit and bread when my mom and I go to the store. She's not great at picking up fresh produce...how I survived to 20 really was a miracle. Love you, momma.

Closes the doors 20 minutes early. I needed one thing. There were three of us and they would let us in. One women had a baby and all she needed was diapers. If it says you don’t close at 11 that means you should take customers until 11. Or post that you don’t take customers after 10:45

It's close to my house so that's good, I guess? Late night shopping sucks. Shopping at 8pm sucks. They only have self checkout open....and later than about 8 you have to go all the way around, and the most recent cart remodel is frustrating to customers and workers alike.

I showed up at kroger 941 North Pkwy, Jackson, TN 38305. I called and checked online to make sure it was open everything said it closed at 3. As I was walking to the door I was told they were closed I informed the man that it says 3 and I have 21 miniature. He said sorry, I asked to speak to the manager and Jocab Weidner assistant store leader said that they were closed and would not let me in. Over 30 people were turned away 10 minutes before the store was supposed to close. This is absolutely ridiculous, I drove past several Kroger's to get to this one because it was less out of the way. The unprofessionalism and lack of customer service, and down right rudeness is completely unacceptable. This gentleman has no business working at or much less being in a leadership role in any business that is customer based.

I went to get a birthday from the bakery, They were awesome great customer service. When I get to the front to check out only had two lanes open. The one was self check and lines were to long for 11 am. Please get help for front.

The worst customer service of any grocery store I’ve been to in my ENTIRE LIFE!!! Katy (cashier at customer care) is a monster. Monica, front end supervisor, acts like a refund is coming out of her paycheck. The assistant manager Josh is useless and the black girl w braids who does Pick up doesn’t need to interact w adults. Roll your eyes at your peers girl, not me.

My experiences at Kroger since moving to Jackson in 1986 have always been very pleasant. The Managers have been very friendly and helpful when I've had a problem with a product in the store, the check-out clerks are nice, the workers at the self check out stations are very helpful and friendly. Overall I would give the Kroger Store in Jackson TN. a A+.

The front is too compact in the check out area people stand in crooked lines n often carry on long conversations and it is terrible trying to check out. They have no frozen meatloaf. No longer sell mixed meatloaf in the fresh meat center.

Tonight was a rough night for Kroger, with only 2 cashiers all self checkouts were full with 2 not able to accept cash which slowed service down. Items I went to purchase were not organized and the cashier of 2 had to leave register to go find the correct product. The cashier was aweaome as well as the bagger.

Truly awful customer service (IF you can find an employee), not well stocked, and the store is just dirty. Kroger deserves some competition in the Jackson market. They've spent millions of dollars updating newer stores in town while this one continues to decline. AVOID if possible!

If there were 20 stars I would give that to Kroger. Love my home town store that I frequent. The savings of course is my main concern and that makes it a joy knowing I will get quality and savings. With the Kroger products that cant be beat and my pharmacy and gas savings no need to shop any where else. The staff is also very friendly and ready to assist in anyway they can that goes along way with me too. Thank you Kroger love being a "KROGER GIRL". "ALLSMILES"

Kroger Lynwood is okay. They don't keep up with restocking so if an on sale item runs out it typically doesn't get restocked until it's no longer on sale. They don't carry the same variety as the other stores and your best bet is to self-check out since there are seldom enough registers open.

I can always count on Kroger. They carry a great selection of food not just from here in the states but also from other countries. My grandchildren enjoy trying the different cuisines .

Told a worker there that their vegan dressing was out of date and he said sure is, did not remove it. Just glared at me. Thank god thats not my regular Kroger.

Wonderful store, fantastic friendly neighborhood vibe, chock-full of organic food at deal prices!!!! I drive over an hour once a month just to shop there. Staff is super friendly and helpful every time!!
