Myself, my husband and our small child just left here. There was a black lady there that I had never seen before. She came over and offered a logo bag for us to purchase. I assumed she was just being oddly kind at first. She then proceeds to stand behind my family, extremely too close, you could feel her breathing on you. She is extremely intrusive and just stayed there until we checked out the few things we had with no basket. It wasso uncomfortable and embarrassing. We also watched her do the same to another person with one item. Due to her creepy behavior, we will never return to this location.

One of the best stores ever for moderately priced gifts for the holiday seasons. Actually was surprised at the variety of products in the "under 5" price range. Self checkouts are awesome even if the card readers are a bit precariously hung. Close quarters shopping and relatively organized.

It's a good place to go shopping for things for a reasonable price. Sometimes you can get lucky and get a whopper of a deal. It's worth the effort to drop in and just have a look around. The staff is helpful and friendly and professional. The kids love it there because of the many kinds of snacks and trinkets and fun stuff you can buy it five below, I mean $5 and below 😁!!!

Tons of empty shelves, very messy, unorganized and random carts full of random products. I’ll be back again in the future to give them another shot but phew it was bad in there today. 8/01/23

Store needs to be bigger. Be prepared to check yourself out.Why have someone up front who cannot watch all registers. This place needs some cashiers. Prices are good for most things. You have to remember you get what you pay, that being said; electronics not so great from here as they don't last long.

Great store. It was a disaster since it was only a few days til Christmas, but the staff kept the long checkout line moving at a steady pace with smiles on their faces. Many items were comparable to Dollar Tree and overpriced. But I did find a few $10+ items for only $5 and was happy with my shopping experience at this location!

I'm always tempted by this store! It really has cute options for an Incredible price. I'm personally attracted to the accessories, pants, pillows, small pet items. Great items for stocking stuffers! Also, just wish customer service was more involved with shopper assistance.

Went in with my family searching for one thing, instead we started shopping around. Found a lot of little goodies including food items that were one dollar. We found what we were looking for and left. The cashier and other customer service reps were nice and helpful.

Everything here really is under $5, which makes it easy to just throw all the cool stuff you find into your buggy like you're Oprah. But I'm not Oprah so when I finished shopping and headed to the register, I was surprised by the total. They have a very wide variety of things, from seasonal to every day items. Cool store. Check it out.

I just love going in this store!! I having actually bought canvases, acrylic paint, brushes, etc and took up painting. I'm not an artist by far LOL 🤣😆. But for these prices I can afford to start a new hobby!! Painting is so relaxing!! And they have incense that I buy from there to make my husband's mancave smell better. 😂 They smell amazing. And no waiting in line to check out. They have several check outs where u check yourself out. Love it!!

Gets a 1 star only because I can't give 0. I went in today for the first time in a while and to my surprise they ONLY have self checkouts. That's a big disappointment and that was my last time in the store period, no more! The ladies thought it was both funny and I'm sure rude that I was telling this to someone on the phone but I guess there will be no more laughs when their out of a job. Everyone needs to think about this when they opt to use a self check out. Regardless of what the stores are saying it really is putting humans out of business.

The store is located in a great area but it's a small store. Lots of items to choose from, however, it was rather junky. Items on the floor,displays turned over, cosmetic items that customers put back was placed everywhere in the store. The clerk's spend a great deal chit chatting with each other than checking customers out.

They have a random selection of stuff like t-shirts, books, makeup, board games, childrens' toys, novelty items, phone cases, candy, and holiday items. The store is usually kept somewhat organized (as organized as can be expected) and clean. Every time I go in here I can find something to take home. Best of all, everything is $5 or less.

Everytime we've gone in, we've noticed that most of the staff members seem to go out of their way to be on the other side of the store, making it difficult if you need help. Despite having a large variety of items, there have been several occasions where things were understocked, or simply not put out at all. Store often smells like cleaning chemicals, but the floor is generally on the grungy side

Did our Christmas shopping the day before Christmas Eve at Five Below. The line was to the back of the store but only lasted 10 minutes! They had every check out open and moved quickly. Made holiday shopping a little less stressful. They had really cool DIY robots for kids, lacrosse sticks (which my fiance loved and can't wait to teach his son), cool selection of makeup, and I loved the decor!

This store is great. They have everything from clothing items to electronics and loads of candy. The manager there Lekenya is super nice as well as the employees. This store was clean and organized. I will visit everytime I go to five below in Tennessee.
