If you want to make crafts or have a huge party the dollar tree has almost everything you'll need. They even have canning jars and lids for people that garden. I went to the Dollar Tree today and bought plates and dessert plates and bowls for our party. The lady at the register helped us pack them and put them in the car. Such a great person, thank you!

I haven't seen a dollar tree in such disarray. I understand the seasonal section looking the way it did. However there were multiple products just laying on shelves where they didn't belong. The floor had trash on it. The garbage/butt tray was overflowing. No signage saying they had dollar plus merchandise.

Awesome customer service at Dollar Tree in Jackson, TennesseeI recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Dollar Tree in Jackson, Tennessee, and I was so impressed with the excellent customer service that I received. The manager, Annie, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She personally walked me to every item I needed to decorate for Christmas. She was so patient and knowledgeable, and she made the whole experience so enjoyable.The cashier, Christie, was also very sweet and helpful. She checked me out quickly and efficiently, and she always had a friendly smile on her face.I would highly recommend the Dollar Tree in Jackson, Tennessee, to anyone looking for a great place to shop. This place is awful. Junk everywhere. The workers are rude, the floor is filthy the stuff is everywhere no organization. The place is in pitiful shape. Empty boxes everywhere. Management doesn't care about the store and the employees are sitting around doing nothing.

This place sucks the orders never hire more than 1 or 2 cashiers and there's only one all the time nobody wants to work and the. Poor people are standing there for hours and hours try to pay for the stuff people are stupid to go there.

During this month of September 2020 this place definitely needs some help. I shopped around with a basket for about 15 or 20 minutes and finally got around to getting in line to pay when I realize there was only one cash here and the line was about 12 people deep. I promptly dropped my basket and walked out the door, sorry I had to do that but not everybody is going to wait 30 minutes to pay for a few items. Where is the manager? Probably in the office on their phone or something.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. As I see from many previous reviews dating back over a year, this store obviously lacks management and corporate could care less. Definitely not clean and sanitized as they claim on their website for safe shopping. Do not shop here, it's disgusting! Also you can't put photos in the review any longer I or I would!!

There are also few rude people working there. Many stores are nasty and not clean, also cluttered.Also they don't want people with backpacks to enter the store. They discriminate against people with backpack. Yet they don't make or ask women with big purses to leave them upfront and unsecured. They tell you to leave your backpack up in the front of the store and very unsecured. F them

Although the store was cleaner than most other locations and the staff was friendly, the store shelves were just as pitifully stocked as most other locations. I love going to DT stores in different cities just to find the diamond in the rough among them and this one isn't it.

I've tried so hard to give this store credit because the staff are friendly but I can't any longer due to their laziness. This store is a complete mess. There are always boxes laying around from where they should be stocking. It would be a great idea to only bring out the boxes they immediately need to stock instead of blocking entire aisles. The store is so poorly stocked that you have to eventually give up looking on the shelves and start opening the boxes in the floor. This is a hazard. I've almost tripped several times over things in the floor. Corporate needs to do something about this and fast.

Well I hate to have to write a review like this but I’m going to try to be as nice as I can be, first things first this store was a mess looked like a bomb went off in this place the isles were a mess. The back door was wide open boxes were stacked on both sides of the isles huge fire hazard two people in the store at a busy index of the day. No merch was recovered there was more merch on the floor than on the shelves I feel bad for the two girls working the register corporate needs to have a shutdown of this location and straighten it back up then fire the district manager and regional manager train the staff they still have and maybe this place would be decent. Good luck with this!

This is the worst Dollar Tree I have ever been in! Dollar Tree is my favorite place to shop, but this store is terrible. Boxes are sitting out everywhere and you can't get your buggy down the aisles because of them. It never looks clean, but that may be because of the boxes cluttering the store.

What a dump! This is the worst Dollar Tree I've ever been in and I've lived in several states and travel alot. I've gone to this store several times and each time I hope (before going in) that it's better than the last time. ..I'm WRONG every time. So now I drive 10 miles to go to a clean and organized store that I can actually browse through. THIS STORE NEEDS MAJOR ATTENTION FROM CORPORATE!!!!!

While it's clean and organized the managers attitude is disgusting. I'd rather shop at the DT in the questionable neighborhood than go to this store ever again. This is the second time I've had a problem out of management there. The only reason I went today was to pick up an online order. I will not go to this location.

It was absolute disaster area!!! My son had commented earlier this month about how nasty & cluttered 'my neighborhood' Dollar Tree was. I brushed it off defending 'my' store. Found out 2 weeks later that he was right!! And, dont get me started on the bathroom😲. Somebody needs to get a handle on this store. I'll be driving further to another location to avoid the chaos I found here at Stonebrook Place.

The cleanest I've seen this store in a very long time. Should give the workers a nice reward for getting looking like it does now. I'm in this store ALL the time for company needs and for personal and was in the store not even a week ago and it looked like a whole kindergarten class was let loose in it.

The employees are very friendly and great at customer service, the merchandise is organized on the shelves, but the cleanliness is lacking - the floor has trash on every isle, there are merchandise boxes everywhere. With a good cleaning this would be a great place to shop.

The Dollar tree in Jackson Tennessee is a unorganized and overall messy store. The only good thing about it is the do have a refrigerated section and everything is a dollar! You have to walk around boxes and trash to even get around the store. Not enough cashier's so you wait a long time to get checked out.

Don't come here unless you want to spend 1 hour in line.....only one register open ever....dollar tree needs to pay their employees more to get more help... ridiculous. Need to shut the doors if you only have 1 person running store

I could not believe the condition of this store ... a home looking like this would be condemned. Filthy, hazardous, most of the stock still boxed up and blocking aisles... do not shop here! This would get a zero minus review if I could figure out how to give it.

A lot was empty (always is) it but was better than the one near where I live up until this extremely rude lady by the name of ERIKA got a total attitude and rolled her eyes at me while i was checking out. I'm assuming she was irritated because I handed her my hand basket when I was done putting my things on the roller to check out!? I don't know but she spoke to the lady before me and the lady after me but only rolled her eyes at me and all I ever do to anyone is smile. Will not be beck to this store.

This was one of the nastiest $tree's I have ever been in. Carpet pulled up and filthy concrete. Merchandise still on roll about in boxes piled 3-4 feet high. Stuff thrown on shelves....Christmas stuff throughout the store. One girl on register and manager had to be called to help..from office..20+ in line! I really wondered if store was closing or if everybody quit.

Like all these type stores, there are a few bargains, but most unit items are smallish, compared to those found in "regular" stores, and their stores do not appear well maintained shortly after the Grand Openings.They occupy a specific place in the retail market, between upscale and big box general merchandisers.
