Everything was perfect except the wait. I feel so bad for them. There were so many people and like maybe 2-3 people actually working. You cannot maintain a healthy work environment like that. Think about their mental wellbeing.Nonetheless they were very kind, my blizzard was the best I ever had at a Dairy Queen, and I was very happy.I did end up waiting 30 minuets in the drive through.

We stop there to get ice cream 🍦🍦 there was only one 🤔🤔 person working in the hole place the other two were talking about one of them where leaving and she was telling the other person ALL about it 😞😞 while the one that took the order and worked the drive through and it was a while before we get our ice cream 🍦🍦 from her and then she missed up the order bcall she forgot the order I'm husband order a medium blizzard a small instead

Ordered an ice cream cake for my 21 year old granddaughter. We ordered it to say happy 21st birthday not 21th! And that the cake be completely covered with pink icing! The writing looked like a child did it! The store did refund our money back, but we will never order another cake there!

Haven't been here in a while, but this was the best Dairy Queen experience I've had. We went in and the cashier was the best. She catered to our kids well.Kid-friendliness: Cashier was amazing with our kids.

Horrible!!! ONLY 1 person was working, so of course I had to wait, wasting my lunch break. Food was cold & tasted horrible, tenders were half tossed, fries were cold & toast wasn't toasted nor warm.This is usually one of my favorite quick eat spots bc of the homemade ranch. I was VERY disappointed & couldn't reach ANYONE by phone.

I fast food place I can actually go into, thank god! Burger was good and the onion rings were good as well. Service was excellent. They were very nice and friendly. Hard to find at any place other than Chik fil a.

Ordered ice cream with my husband tonight, one of the guys who started to take our order was very aggressive coming off , then another guy took over our order was way nicer than the first guy. Gave three stars because of the 2nd guy if not for him I'd given 1. Appreciate that 2nd guy. As I was just rudly done at the other dairy queen. What a night trying to get some ice cream and that 2nd guy made it happen.

Ok let me preface this with the fact that I worked at a dairy queen for almost 2 years. It is NOT... THAT.... DIFFICULT... to blend a blizzard to the bottom. I worked in chill and could blend better than this after 3 days of training, it literally takes like 15 seconds, maybe. To top it off I am 99% certain that the manager made it, I know they aren't there to be fantastic at the actual preparation of orders but I would expect that they could make any product at at least baseline expectations. I know that fast food doesn't have the best pay or any benefits but if you work in customer service then your job is, first and foremost, to ensure the paying customer has a pleasant experience. Not to do the bare minimum you have to do to get that paycheck. I don't mean to rant, I just don't think I've had a fully blended blizzard since I left my dairy queen in 2016.

Ordered a 1/4 cheese burger today. Paid for it and was asked to pull forward because they were making my burger fresh. I waited about 10 min for a "fresh" burger that the bun was so damn hot that it could only have come out of a microwave. And the veggies weren't fresh either. Normally I get better service at this location but I don't think I'll will be returning here.

I love their reduced sugar ice cream. I have been looking for these for a minute. Well, I stopped at this location to see if they had any in their freezer and they had 1 box left. I took it from the ice cream freezer, walked to the counter to pay for it, and even though their were 2 people (a 3rd person walked away from the counter when we walked in), my son and I stood their waiting to at least be acknowledged that they saw us, and no one said anything. No hello, we will be with you in a bit, sorry for the wait. NOTHING! We stood at the counter for a few minutes, but I decided to take my favorite ice cream back to the freezer and we left. Bad customer service! Customer service training my help. Won't be going to this location any time soon!

We ordered medium blizzards at the drive thru window. We had to park & wait for atleast 15 minutes & then when the guy brought our order out to us he brought the smallest cups they had after I just paid $12 plus some change for 2 medium sized blizzards. Very disappointing & It was a melting mess! Ice cream running down the sides of our cups! It was such a mess that the guy even went back inside to get more napkins!

Was okay but their gravy was almost a solid! One of the things I love at DQ and it was bad. Chocolate sundae was good but that’s hard to mess up. They could improve.

This place has really gone down hill. The younger staff members are always playing and joking around which is why it takes so long for items that are fast to make. The food is always over cooked and never taste fresh. The blizzards are never made correctly and for some reason, i always receive vanilla icecream with candy dust even though i pay the increased prices including paying for extra candy every time. Never worth the price. I go to Wendys more often these days.

DQ food in consistent and always a good place for a cold treat. When we went in it was very slow service but the very nice lady in charge kept smiling and pushing the rest of the staff along while she was working a little harder right along side of them. It was her positive attitude that they would get everyone taken care of that kept us waiting!

The order taker gets my order and let's me know a chicken sandwich will take a few minutes to cook, and I was fine with that, but I had to go back in and get the large onion rings I ordered that was NOT IN MY ORDER BAG. Not to mention there was a verbal argument between 2 black employees happening when I pulled up to the drive through window. Makes me feel like to NEVER order from that Dairy Queen store EVER AGAIN. That's why your not getting a rating for the business. The store number is 43812 808 Vann Dr. Jackson, TN. The employee name is Kristen that took the order and had a verbal argument with a different employee. The time on the ticket is 1:21 : 03pm.

I actually felt sorry for the three workers that were doing their best to keep everything going, during lunch hour. The young lady, Kristen, was taking orders at the inside counter and the drive through window, along with making shakes, sundaes, and ice cream cones. There was only one young man doing all the cooking, and another young man keeping the trash emptied, wiping off tables, mopping, the floor, and taking orders out to the dine in customers. This young man always had on plastic gloves when he took food out to the customers. Some of the customers were so rude with their side eye comments and walked out. These customers didn't seem to get the fact that these three young people were doing the best that they could do, while remaining calm and professional at ALL times.

Travelers BEWARE....arrived an hour before closing and the first thing we heard about when we pulled up was that the ice cream machine was "broken"We ordered food and there was no gravy for the chicken strips. They were dry as hell and the burger we ordered was like a hockey puck!! We came there to get a tasty burger and instead got a tasty attitude from the employeesI see why this location has so many negative reviews

Just spent my lunch listening to a female employee loudly complaining about everything under the sun. And then when I couldn’t get ice from the drink machine and asked her for ice from the back, she argued with me about the lack of ice. Food was ok.Note: Pre Covid, this location was fantastic.

During my visit,Ordered some blizzards.While the employee was making the small/mini sizes, the finger cerpted inside of a few of them.They were fingered raw( she didn't have gloves on).Other than that.The ice cream was alright, the combo meal was good.The employees were real nice, courteous.The food was done in a timely manner.The order was correct.I will visit again, hopefully don't get the roni; from the finger.
