CVS is always clean and well maintained. All the employees are very nice and helpful, actually cheerful. I stopped shopping at CVS when they stopped selling cigarettes. I support their decision, but I'm not going to a second store to get what I need. Today, I went to two other stores before going to CVS. One didn't have milk, my only reason to go shopping. The other store was closed. I was happy to go to CVS because I wanted to also get something that I had forgotten about. It's hard not to impulse shop at CVS, but I wasn't feeling well so I just got what I needed. CVS is a very nice place to shop, and they have some things that I use, that other stores don't have. CVS isn't in my prescription plan, but I have needed service from the pharmacy. Once, I had a wound that I couldn't bandage properly. I went to the pharmacy for help. A pharmacist helped me, and she was very kind and gentle. Today, I didn't have my glasses, so I went to the pharmacy to ask a sweet lady to read the literature for me. The information wasn't on the box, so she opened it to get the information sheet. It took some time because the information wasn't easy to find. She found it and told me that I needed distilled water. She was a very nice lady and determined to help me identify the water that I needed for a Nettie pot. I have used the pharmacy drive-thru, and they were great, nice, polite and helpful.

VERY RUDESTRONG DISREGARD FOR THE CUSTOMER... REFUSED TO DO THEIR JOB by refusing to contact kroger pharmacy to request the full script when i walked in while sick and still in a call with Conner who was laughing as if its a joke on me.... it all changed once we were face to face. Stop playing with people about their health and wellbeing!!! Conner and Josh. People need their medications.

What's the point in being open 24 hours if the pharmacy closes at 10:00 some of us work odd hours... Guess I'll have to just transfer everything back to Walgreens

I have been trying to get prescriptions transferred from here to another pharmacy. They refuse to transfer them. The pharmacy techs from Kroger have requested countless times and are told “we don’t have time”. Worst service EVER and there’s no one to register a complaint with. The pharmacist there was incredibly rude to me when I went by and asked them to please transfer the prescriptions. Who oversees this place???

I switched to this pharmacy after having a terrible experience with customer service at Walgreens, and I was not disappointed. They are very kind and professional, and the wait times on the phone and in store are much shorter than other pharmacies.

This is the worst CVS I've ever been too, the Staff are rude to you, never want to apply your coupons, and it's sad because the store manager tells the associates to only cater to a particular race so she doesn't get bad reviews. This location serves no purpose I now use Walgreens for all my needs. They really can just close for good nobody. will miss this location AT ALL. You can't even get assistance most of the time, the workers somewhere talking on phone or to their friend's who come by to hang around.

People, just read the other reviews!!! They definitely speak for how this particular CVS is. The only way to change customer service is by going to a place that has GOOD customer service. This staff is rude, non caring and act like it's a burden if you have to make them work! We changed insurance and are forced to use CVS (I really miss walgreens) unfortunately I live an hour away from cvs and they dont offer mail orders with several of my kids prescriptions. So to drive an hour a few times a month just to get RUDE service, is not fun!When we transferred the prescriptions, they got "lost" now I'm sure it was cvs who lost them. We had to wait for the doctor to resend meds. Then when they were finally sent they told us an hour and they would be ready.. so we waited an hour THEN left for our hour drive... we get there and they said it's going to be another hour and a half.. UMM yeah we couldn't wait:( when we were able to make the next hour trip there they had an insurance issue.. they didn't put in the secondary insurance so they were extremely put off by having to redo the prescriptions in the computer. Like it was a huge burden. Not my fault they had a brain fart and didn't put it in the first time.I'm definitely changing to a different cvs... and praying it's somewhat better with their service.

They literally never answer the phone. You’re going to be calling all day if you have to call them for any reason. Then you go in and see them all just standing around most of the time. Then, once you give them all of your info and they “start” filling your prescription, you’re going to be waiting another 1-5 hours. If you getting your medicine is time sensitive in any way, just go somewhere else.

Would give -5 stars if I could. You will wait in line for 15-20 mins and they are always always out of everything. Very rarely do they have all 3 of my scripts. My mother was going on a cruise and she told them 2 weeks prior to let her know if they would be out of something. The day before she went to get her blood pressure pills and they had NONE. Good luck trying to get them on the phone. Reasonably polite people but terrible terrible pharmacy. I’ve never done a google review but I had to about this CVS. Go to any other pharmacy.

Tried to switch pharmacies after CVS could not get my husband's prescription medication and did not bother to let us know. The pharmacy I was switching to was on hold with them for an hour and a half while trying to get our prescription information transferred over. They also previously cancelled a prepaid delivery order because they didn't have anything to mail the prescriptions in...and I had to wait on hold for more than 40 minutes to find out why.

This is strictly about the pharmacy!They are very rude and lazy people. I have had multiple doctors call in prescriptions and only to have CVS tell me it isn't there and to call the doctor.I call the doctor and they are 100% for sure it was sent and send it again. All of a sudden CVS has it in and starts filling it. They say 20 minutes, an hour later and they are still working on it.They constantly forget to fill something when you call it in. Or you tell them you don't want something filled then they keep telling you it's ready for pickup.Countless times the staff are rude and get an additude. They never answer thier phones, even if you go inside you see them clearly ignoring the ringing phones.CVS really needs to evaluate this pharmacy. I can clearly see we aren't they only family tired of dealing with them people!

Horrible drive thru wait time. 30 min. I was the 3rd car in line. Got to window and was there another 5 min before being waited on. Not sure how going inside is. Wish walgreens was on my insurance plan.

We left the doctor's office went and ate dinner came to pick up my husband medications and they stated they weren't on there. Called the physicans office to fax them again and called litterally 3 minutes after and they had them. I think they just didn't look at their faxes. Then my husband is told it would be twenty minutes. I gave them an hour and a half while I got my daughter ready for bed and went up to the pharmacy for them to rudely open the window ask me no questions about who I was picking up no birthday or anything. Just stated "he is doing the final count" the pharmacist on night shift is on drugs you can obviously tell by him clawing at his neck and looking around like he is paranoid. Plus he was counting my husband's medications with his bare hands while he clawed at his neck! Disgusting!! And it's not just one event multiple times I have called in a medication and went to pick it up the next day at the time allotted allotted for me to pick it up and it will not be ready. They would call me stating that the medication was ready to be filled and I would tell them that I did not need it filled yet and they would fill it anyways and try to give it to me with medications the next time.

Just tried to return a container of their antibacterial skin cleanser that is collapsing on the sides. The container is literally falling apart. They refused to take it over back as they said it was empty. It was about half full. Very rude. The manager said, "Why are you trying to return an empty container?" I said, "It's not empty, there is some left". I also explained that it irritated my skin. I think that since I have returned several items recently that they refused to take it back. I returned it in all honesty and not to commit fraud. As other gave posted on here, they often run out of medication too. I was in this store 2 days ago to get my monthly supply of Novolog insulin for my insulin pump and they were completely out of it so I had to have it transferred across the street to Walgreens. I will not be returning to this store.

Today 5/1On a seperate trip was told I DID NOT drop of my pain med perscription off, had to make them "find it" and fill it they had it for over 24 hrs... was told it's the new managers fault because he dont know what hes doing...Horrible experience both times .... lol no wonder their rating is 2.2... should be -2.2

Go to pick up meds Swype my card she Mandy tells me it's not enough ok take one off she says again not enough knowing it's not right I call my card holders and they tell me my transactions my last three was at cvs Mandy then asks Emma what to do, note my balance is now 0.00. They say they call the manager, while I'm waiting Mandy and Emma are discussing the situation and Emma makes the comment that I never had money on my card if the card didn't go through, at this time in still on the phone with card holders and they continue to say yes a transaction for 9.84. I get their names and walk up front and she a supervisor which tells me the manner won't be back until tomorrow. So I explain the situation to her she actually get on the phone with my card holders they both verify that the transaction was made and resolve the problem. To Mandy and Emma you guys need an attitude check and a new job you have zero customer service skills

Why do you have phones in the pharmacy department if no one answers them? They call and leave you a message to call but they won't answer. Have literally been waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to pick up.

We visit CVS a lot. The staff for the most part are very helpful and nice. Many will go above and beyond to help you. Always clean and neat.

Unfortunately we called the pharmacy and they told us the rx would be filled in a hour when we got up there the lady pharmacist said whoever answered the phone didn't know what they were talking about . Pretty sad when you can't trust your own pharmacy and that random people who have no idea what there doing as the pharmacist said to us is working back there is outrageous .
