First time in because I had placed an online order. Walked in around 5pm on a Thursday, stopped at the trying to guess where to go. Woman behind the front desk..never looked up from her phone. Man at the service desk only spoke or even acknowledged me when I asked a question and he walked by me to get to the service. Multiple employees walked by or saw me and my wife and we ever walked around the store. If I can't be acknowledged, I can't give you my money since YOU ARE OVERHEAD and I am profit.

Ralph Louis was a fantastic salesman who found us the perfect fit. Tyler Butler was awesome a setting it up. The financial department was outstanding as well. Couldn't have asked for a better crew. They made a 1st time rv owner feel prepared about the whole thing. 10/10

This was great. I spent an hour and they're just looking at campers. With no intention to buy yet met a nice salesperson. The person who guided me through the store to the things I was looking for. I needed an in wall microwave and they didn't have one. But they were very kind and let me sit there for some time on the website and ordered one without being bothered. They even gave me popcorn. Thank you, thank you thank you. I will be back.!

Worst service ever! I paid for them to detail my camper when I purchased it and they did not do it. I asked them if it was winterized and they said yes but then I got it home and turned the faucet on and water came out so I called them back and the lady in service informed me they had no record of it ever being winterized !! And I bought it in January so it had been sitting on their lot not winterized with water in it for I don’t know how long!! They offered for me to drive it hours from my house to have it winterized but then I had to pay for a pressure test to make sure nothing was busted and they refused to cover that charge or my gas! All of this should have been done before selling me the camper! I’ve called them over and over for three weeks now and they will not do anything about them not detailing it or about the extra charges they caused me!! Also pay attention to prices on papers because day of signing for financing they tried to put the wrong price on the papers and charge me extra money!! They are liars beware! Go to any other place or even a different camping world but avoid this one at all cost!! They won’t even return phone calls to make anything right!!

Typically never had an issue here until we went to get a heated hose during freezing weather in Tennessee. Their website listed a 25’ heated hose for 98$ with free in store pickup. We went there and bought a 25’ hose for 150$. We are good Sam members but no discount and no explanation why 50$ more than listed. Seems they found a good time for some price gouging and they took advantage.

I have very mixed feelings about this location. My parents bought 3 RV's from these guys, so I thought I'd have a good and satisfying experience like they have been having. Unfortunately I cannot say that. Keith was a good sales man, and actually made the best of the experience for me. However, The financial team felt very predatory in their attempts to complete the sale, and the service department seems like they will just do the minimum to anything you ask. "What you ask, is what you get" is the attitude they have. This location has no interest in selling you something you will be satisfied with or that works properly. If they can sell it, they will. They just make it seem like they care. I did a walk-through before purchasing the RV. I got a travel trailer and pointed out a few issues I had with the it. The black tank showing full was the main problem I had. They promised to fix it, and delivered it to me the mext day. When I got it, the black tank was not fixed, then I discovered the battery would not charge when plugged to the truck. The only thing that kept me from giving this place a 1 star was that Automn, one of the service managers, worked with me in fixing the issues. She was pleasant to work with. However, I still got the RV back with the my black tank not showing empty. It's like they just do the bare minimum and don't make sure things are working the way they are supposed to. They made an attempt, a lazy one, and I'm honestly just tired of trying to get the situation fixed through them. They care very little about making sure the product is in the best condition before they sell it.

Nobody asked me if I needed help. I was ready to trade my camper for newer one..all their campers were locked. You can't even look inside. No prices available. All around sad business. I'm shocked it's still in Jackson.

Not much of a store any more. We used to love wandering about finding things we probably didn’t really need.Even staying the night or getting a repair done. NOW! It’s a big lot full of trailers. Very different time.

If I could no stars this place I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had when buying anything. I bought a class C and it first started when I asked if it comes with a full tank of gas and they stated sure does! When I went to drive it off the lot it was basically on Empty and when I asked my sales rep Matt he stared at me and said “oh sorry”. Then I had a 17hr drive back home which I informed my sales rep on and he stated that all fluids were topped off and everything would be good. This is my first time buying and RV and I am a young female. One hour in to my drive my DEF fluid light turned on and my car would only go 15mph. Then two hours into my drive I had two of my back tires pop on me while driving. I made it down to the Georgia Pooler location of camping world to dump and fill the tank for the first time and low and behold everything was leaking into my storage compartments underneath. I went inside to ask for help and the whole team came out and told me they have no idea what’s wrong with it but they will take a look at it. Hours later I find out that a valve was put in backwards, there was a hole in both my tanks and there was also a valve missing. Oh and also all of my sensors on my sensor board do not work either. When contacting camping world where I bought this and reaching out to Matt my rep they told me the van was “as is” and it was already driven off the lot. None of this was informed to me on my walk through, I was informed everything was in working condition. This was THE WORST experience I have ever had and after buying what I thought was my dream RV to use while being a travel nurse it has turned into my biggest NIGHTMARE. I would absolutely NEVER buy an RV from this location of Camping World, no customer service, no care, and for a 26year old travel Nurse it hurts my heart to see this happen to people.

We had an excellent experience with Camping World Jackson until we had to get our brand-new camper serviced.We brought our camper home on June 19th and dropped it off with the service department on September 4th. Unfortunately, the service department turned out to be an absolute nightmare, and their work quality was far from professional. After five weeks of being dragged around and lied to, we finally got to pick up our camper. Upon arrival, we noticed that one of our propane tanks was missing, and the silicone around our door (which had to be replaced) looked like a botched DIY job.Since the folks in the service department were leaving for the day, we went to the store and spoke with Zach. After our conversation with Zach, we thought things might end up alright, but we have yet to receive a call from Camping World GM John.I hate to leave a bad review, but hopefully, someone sees this and finally contacts us. We've spoken with three different people in the service department, Wes (the service manager), Zach, and someone named Ed. (Six people total) It's been six weeks of frustration, and we just want our camper properly fixed.Updating my review (2/24/24)The camper door was never properly fixed and this camper that we haven't had for a year is now back in the service department because the sink and slide are broken. Thankfully, it's at Camping World Olive Branch instead of Jackson. If anyone is out there looking to buy a camper, I highly suggest going somewhere besides Camping World. The company and the products they carry aren't worth the time or money.

July 10th we purchased a 2021 Cherokee Grey Wolf 26dbh. Our Sales Associate Diane was great to work with and put us under no pressure at all and went the distance with Larry Taylor to bring quite a bit of the cost down which was very pleasing to us. Damian who works in Finance did everything he could also to make it even more affordable. I have to also give a special shout out to Hunter in their Service dept.who gave us the walk-through to teach us about our RV. He was thorough and patient and very explainatory to our questions.The guys at the Service desk were also very friendly. I would highly recommend Camping World in Jackson. Thanks Guys!!

Thank you Camping World and especially to John who helped us resolve our problem of our Montana High Country RV’s leveling system malfunctioning while on our trek from Greenville, NC to Sedona AZ! He was so informative and logical and a real gentleman! From the greeters, maintenance/ repair tech ( John) and checkout; everyone was so pleasant and helpful. A lovely store as well to shop in. We got spoons on sale that we forgot to pack and and extra set of scissor jacks. Best experience ever!

Buying a camper here is all smiles. Just don’t go to service. They charge $200 just to tell you what the problem is, which we already knew, then quoted us $17,000 for a repair that I fixed with a 6x6 piece of flex seal tape….Service customers beware!!!!Miller Road store is horrible. Don’t ask for Autumn….

Thanks Tyler and Hayward for the the experience they made for us on our first purchase of a new camper. Hayward was super great and helpful all day. And Tyler walked us through the camper showing us exactly how everything worked. We also had a finance man we didnt get his name but he also made the experience great. If you are in the need or a want like us for a new camper and around Jackson Tennessee these 3 men did above and beyond to make the day great. Its was an amazing day .

I would give them 5 stars, except when we walked in, no one except the meet/greet person acknowledged us. All the staff was lounging around on their phones. As we worked our way to the back of the store, filling our buggy, Mr. Brett was working diligently with 2 other customers. In spite of the fact Brett was busy, he assisted us, scanned price checks and signed us up for GoodSam. Y'all need more help like him!!

Great customer service! I came in on Saturday to pick up some things for my camper. Brett, Katlyn, and Debbie were very helpful and very friendly. They all took their time to assist me even though they were busy. Great product knowledge also. I highly recommend Camping World in Jackson, TN!

Don't use your debit/credit card there. I tried to order something at the store, never got the merchandise and now $185 shows pending on my card. FOR 6 WEEKS!!! Nobody is able to tell me why!!

I want to thank Les & Diane and the whole Gander team!!! I live in Colorado & was in search for a small toy hauler. I searched everything locally and searched nationwide. Nobody in the country would give me a deal I wanted. Finally 4th month into my search, I found a listing for a 2019 Ozark 1700TH small toy hauler. I sent an offer to the online sales team & they did not hesitate to work & fill my needs. They made the process very easy, even within 1000 mile difference! I contacted them April 8th & toy hauler was in my driveway by 4/18th 😁Im very happy, they met all my needs!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are more then willing to take ur money but after that they don't want to know anything.

I am still scratching my head!!!2 years ago I purchased a Camco heated electric drinking water hose for our RV at this store. When purchasing the hose I purchased the 2 year extended warranty. The hose sprang a leak, even while using the Camco water pressure regulator in conjunction with the Camco hose. Here comes the head scratcher; initially I paid $95.03 for the hose along with the extended warranty. Today to honor the warranty, I had to pay the difference between the price of $95.03 and today's price of 148.99. I was able to bring the price down to $117.97 by purchasing the Good Sam Club membership. Since the first hose failed I purchased a 3 yeah extended warranty for $24.49. As best as I can figure I paid $81.05 plus the cost of the previous extended Warranty to be able to get this great deal, so basically I just paid almost the same thing as I did initially for the first hose. Camping World graciously talked me into nearly paying full price for that first hose twice. It feels like they smoothe talked me and I fell for it. Crazy.I'm not going to bother telling Marcus Lemonis the Chairman and CEO, since Haven taken the time in the past to do so and never even gotten a reply. His quote, "If you're not happy, I'm not happy." Is something I am not putting much stock into.

From beginning to end and even after we have had a great experience at Camping World. Our salesman was very patient with all our questions and wasn’t pushy. After we purchased our RV we found a few issues. We were told to bring it in so they could go over it. Everything is being for warranty. They have kept in communication with us which is great. We could not be happier with the level of service we have received.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership, I have purchased many cars and rv’s over the years and have never had so many issues or been treated so poorly. The sales person who showed us the RV was fine, the service department and the finance/paperwork staff were rude, dismissive and totally incompetent. When we expressed concerns about different issues we were told several times by different staff members “I don’t care, don’t buy it”. In hindsight I should have walked out. When I completed a survey from corporate, they called and acted concerned about my feedback but never followed up and they didn’t care at all. We were overcharged for fees and promised a check for them which I have not seen nearly 2 months later. I paid for the RV with a cashiers check, but it still took nearly a month and me calling 4 times to get them to send the certificate of origin so I could get it registered. Avoid this place if you can, I wish I had. If you don’t head the warning and do choose to visit this awful dealership try the taco place next door while you are there, it is delicious!

This place was awesome. Anything you need for hunting, fishing, camping or glamping this place has it! The salesman Steve Corlew was very knowledgeable about the campers and what it takes to haul them around. If you like doing anything outdoors check this place out! This was the only picture I took because this is what we are interested in right now but, they have bumper pull, 5th wheel, class c and much much more.
