They have something for everyone. I love that they greet you as you walk in the door. There is always plenty of staff to help with you needs. Jill and Sasha are the best and always have a solution to your problem. And if you need a laugh Adam is your man.

It's such a cute little small town store. Everything is well organized and clean. They know exactly where everything is and act like they've known you forever. Definitely will be coming back someday, just to visit our friends at the hardware store.

Josh delivered some blocks for us and he was the bomb! He unloaded and put them where we needed and gave us some bomb advice on building our firepit! You should give him a RAISE!

Disappointed lots. They’re just ok. Nice and they try to be helpful but always seem to not have things in stock or are out. Bad luck I guess. I’m thinking they could improve their inventory. Just needed the old fashioned shelf brackets and strips and they don’t carry them any more... ??? what? Their website says they do but I guess that’s the general website for all stores , however, it said I could pick them up at this particular store and even offered delivery.Need to update their website for their store,,,,if that’s even possible.... Needed some moisture resistant drywall. Called them and was told that they had plenty. Went by there and ordered 15 sheets. The people up front were very helpful. Within 2 hours, they had it delivered to my house. The 2 young men delivering were very polite and didn't complain about having to carry the material upstairs. Great job everyone! !!!!

I would like the fine people of H&R Ace Hardware to forgive me of such a bad review I previously gave.These people are just way to nice and helpful for a one star review and in all honesty I was just having a bad day. The electrical plug I had referred to that I had purchased from another building supply in town was not the same quality as the one Ace had. As far as the wire I'm not sure what the .75 cent per ft. price difference would be. They are a little on the high side overall so that's why its 4 stars instead of 5. Research their prices and the quality with other stores just to be on the safe side if you are money conscious.

What a wonderful shopping experience.I detest shopping in all forms and went in not really knowing what I needed for a couple projects I had to get done.Lee (owner), answered all my questions and advised me on what would work best for my projects at hand. Even showed me how to operate a tool that was unfamiliar to me.Family run business, and everyone there was friendly and helpful.For someone who hates shopping, I give them 5 stars and will definitely give them my future business. 😁

Excellent on all accounts. Great service by very knowledgeable staff who are polite and very helpful. The staff is willing to take the time to explain any aspect hardware, etc. Good stock, will special order at the drop of a hat. Hands down the best hardware store this side of Linden.

Best customer service I've seen in a hardware store. Lee is the owner, he went out of his way to get me some lumber that was out of stock at his location. Rather than me having to drive all over Mid TN finding it he just made it happen. You can't find that anywhere else. Chuck delivered my materials and was a pleasure to speak with. Everyone from the owner to the cashier were happy to help in anyway. This is the way businesses should all be. Way to set a standard. Thank you

The store is poorly stocked, poorly laid out, and there's rarely anyone around to answer questions.I had them deliver a load of lumber to me a few weeks ago, and was pretty happy with the price and the service, but today when I called for another delivery they told me the delivery price had doubled. Did the distance change? Nope, not by one foot. They just decided it was farther than it actually is, and the fact that the distance was exactly what I initially told them didn't matter to them. Neither did the fact that I had several thousand dollars of future deliveries that they will get zero of.Poorly run business.

B/ c there is always some there to help you In any way they....they absolutely go above & beyond to make sure the customer is happy....lee henirick & his sweet family have truly been a blessing to this community....& I can wait to see to that in 5 years this place should be booming more than it is & I'm truly thankful they love my husband being up either & working for them....he absolutely loves what he does for a living but most of the part hes just so glad that all the yard work he puts in out there he gives it all his got...all 110% or od it or more.....I want to thank you again for giving my sweet husband a chance & I can definitely say this.....you are truly the best boss hes ever had & that dont go out of his way to bring him down....I have seen a big improvement since hes been working with yall...hes the dillon I fell in love with....so thank you a again for being good to him &I we really appreciate it
