We simply love Finders Keepers! This is a bin store like no other. The selection is always great and the way they keep everything sorted make shopping fun. It is well worth the wait in line to get in.

I won’t go into details, but I left this store crying after a confrontation with the owner because of how rude he was to my autistic son. My son was definitely in the wrong here and I understand the owner’s perception of the situation, but the fact that he doubled down on his rudeness and aimed it to my son instead of me even after I told him he’s on the spectrum makes my blood boil. I’ve witnessed other times where two of the older women have been rude to others, and really this was my breaking point. To the owner if you read this, I apologize for my son’s actions and accept responsibility for him, but I also hope you learn more about Autism and learn that they wander a lot and don’t understand like normal kids. I also hope you and your staff expand your customer service skills. And if you do have situation with little kids, please address it to the parent instead of attacking the kid. I wish you the best with your business.P.S. there are a couple of people here who are really kind, but this has not been my only negative experience here.

We've pretty much furnished an entire home thanks to this store! Jerry, Erika and his team have phenomenal customer service and their product and pricing can't be beat.We've tried many other stores in the greater Chattanooga area and not one of them can hold a candle to Finders Keepers.

Selection of items in bins has declined drastically. It appears as if they go through and pull most all the better items to sell at closer to retail price on the other shelves. I guess keeping with the name because they find it first.

I have to say I was in the store very late in the week so the bin merchandise was not very impressive. They did have pricing instructions posted on the doors before I went in. There again I take responsibility for not snapping a picture for use while shopping, because I became confused once I was in the store. When shopping the bins you can put items in a store bag and pay a set price. However they also have tables of merchandise that was $3.00 each. Then there's a shelving area with merchandise that's priced individually. As well as merchandise stacked against the wall and in the floor that's marked individually also. Now you can see where the confusion sets in. Because the individually priced items were obviously open boxed items or return items. The individual prices were a little high in my opinion due to not knowing if the items had parts missing or defective issues. So yes it was a different experience in shopping but in my opinion it's not going on my go to list when I'm looking for a specific item.

This place does not only have amazing deals, the staff is always so friendly and fun! I am there every Monday for $1 day and they always greet me with a smile! The owners are so down to earth! Every thing about this place is simply amazing! It is by far my favorite place to be Monday mornings!!

This store is the store for literally hunting down great prices. Now depending on what day you go in will affect the price of the items in the bin. It is definitely a risk vs reward style of shopping. You can go in on Saturday when the new stuff shows up or you can wait until Tuesday and try to get those treasures for a much cheaper price. Regardless of what day you go the store has an energy and excitement that you cannot get at any other retail store.

Love this Bin store! We go almost every week. I often find new target brand clothes for my son and myself along with other fun items. I really appreciate their no nonsense policy on theft too. It is one of the cleanest bin stores I've been to.

They receive return items from Amazon and Target to sell they only problem is its Dump in a bin and you have to sort through it a lot of things or not in the box with everything that comes with it. Wish it was a little more organize so you know what you're looking at some of the boxes that are in the bins does not have a description of the itemThank you for your reply

My first bin store experience. Prices change on a daily basis $6,3,1,50 cents. Saturday through Tuesday. If you ever wondered where the Amazon returns go, it's to a place like this. Friendly, great staff and friendly customers. Most folks are "regulars". I was skeptical but I did find a needed water pressure regulator for $3 which was a $100 item . Just keep an open mind and you will be shoulder to shoulder with masses. Update: still a great bargain store!

It was supposed to be $1 day, but for some reason, it wasn't. There were a variety of things along the walls. The place is HUGE. Unfortunately the prices were very high. Things I have found at other stores like this one on $5 - $1 day. I would only go back when they had stuff in the bins.

This is a good place to buy stuff for Penny's on the dollar, they have a big selection of stuff Saturday 6 dollars, Sunday 3 dollars, Monday 1 Dollar, Tuesday 50 cents. All the same stuff but the best stuff goes first so check it out. I loved it

Odd business model with wierd hours and lots of rules. You rummage through bins and pay a set price based on what day it is. If you like rooting around for bargains you will love this place.

Great deals on almost every type of random item you can imagine. It's often chaotic--especially at opening--but the staff is good at keeping things moving. I've scored some incredible deals here, sometimes grabbing a $50+ item for $5.

The owners of this establishment are SO FRIENDLY!We came across them by happenstance and they invited us in (event though the store was closed)This store sells items starting at $5 and up, however, if you visit on the "sale" days, you can get their items for as low as .50 cents!They have everything from Candles, Clothes, Electronics, Lamps, Blankets, Lawnmowers... you name it, they have it, and, at a HUGE Discounted Price.They carry items from Amazon, Target and more 😊🤑Its Worth the visit if you are ever in their area!!
