I think shopping here for me is being frugal. I've shopped very frequently recently finding many great frugal deals. I think shopping at this outlet store saves an immense amount of money versus your typically shopped stores. Go Discovery Outlet! Come discover great deals. You will feel accomplished!

Great bargains!!!! And the cashier I got that evening, during the wonderful Christmas rush was absolutely the Sweetest older Lady I had ever met. I'm not good in public with crowds and I was in the midst of having a panic attack and apparently she sensed it.... She had me so calm, we were laughing and joking and I really felt like family. As crazy as that may sound. But I felt relieved, my stress was gone and I really enjoyed the laugh 😂.wish I could remember her name, I'd thank her again. Wonderful cashier

Amazing deals! I bought a brand-new Kitchen Aid mixer for $200 and a Marmot jacket for $70. The employees I met were friendly and helpful. I will shop here again!

Friendly service and a great selection of all sorts of weird closeouts. I have bought exercise equipment, toys, food, and electronics at prices often far below retail. It's a regular stop on my quest to save money.

Great selection and lots of potential. Items are overpriced and the "compare at" prices are misleading and inaccurate. For example, they have Cat and Jack clothes selling for the same price as Target brand new (5.99), but listed at a much higher compare at price of 12.99. Also bought a glass Tupperware set that was completely defective and had to throw them all away. Compare prices before you buy and be careful.

Picked up household goods and toys for my dog. They have a great selection of products at really competitive prices. I would also recommend checking out their selection of sodas, they have so many interesting flavors I haven't seen before!

Tots and chicken sandwich was way over cooked. We came in before 11 and the doors were opened but they were extremely rude to tell us to leave. Came back after 11 to eat. Our waiter was super awesome, but over all not the best experience.

Hixson, TN location Great place to shop, many great deals especially on vitamins, well everything, just have to keep checking back they put deals out daily. Name brand cosmetics, also frozen items from some of your local restaurant chains in bulk. Most of all great employees and the Managers will even assist you taking items to your car if you need help. Also great getting a coupon emailed to you monthly, also the mint magazine has great coupons too AAA++++++

I’ve just about had to stop shopping here. While clean, and with a lot of variety, much of the merchandise is damaged goods that has been returned to Amazon or similar retailers.Taking a couple of hours and a trip back to exchange or obtain a refund means that what looked like a “bargain” really ends up costing more than it would at regular retail.There seems to be no inspection of returned merchandise that would reveal missing or damaged parts ,not any test of basic functionality.They do readily exchange unusable good, but the time and hassle factor mean that this place is a last option for finding a good deal.

Wow, I thought this was a DISCOUNT store. I was in disbelief how high a lot of the prices are! I mean I don't expect them to be giving stuff away, but good grief it's priced like they want to hold on to it. Need to have Deep Pockets to shop at this store. Even the high end stores have better deals. I had high hopes, but my second trip in convinced me there's no need to go back. I gave them one more chance thinking maybe the prices would level out because they were brand new on my first visit, but nope, it's still disappointing. :(

Great place to find random bargains. Never know what you'll find from cheap (new) underwear to power tools to vitamins to ceiling fans and everything in between! This place is chock full of overstock, buy-outs, and returns from other big brand stores.The manager did explain to us the inspection and test methods of their items so you can have a little more confidence in your purchases versus other similar "as-is" stores (although some items are marked as is so I'm not entirely sure how that works with testing/returns). This store typically has a 30 day return policy for most, if not all, items purchased.One other cool feature is the receipt envelope and associated yearly (?) Drawing... Once you sign up You then save all of your receipts for the year. If your envelope number is chosen in the random drawing you get reimbursed for your documented purchases for that year (up to $1000 I believe).

I have been coming to Discovery Outlet since they opened. The housewares and home decorating isles in particular have great deals. The items mostly come from Target, Home Depot and Sam's Club as well as Amazon at signifant discounts. I was there today and they have a new shipment of Michael Kors purses at significant discounts as well as Pottery Barn items. A good selection of toys, workout accessories, and tools. Worth a trip!

It a good size store and some of the prices are good sized as well... watch out what you buy alot of the stuff you can buy else where for much cheaper. The employees are awesome they are all super nice except for the young long haired girl. She is rude everytime I'm in there weather it's to me or someone else..

This place really has it all! I got all of my Christmas shopping done here for less than $100. They also have a ton of giveaways on facebook! Highly recommend! Prices are very good for the quality of the items. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Best discount store in the area by far!

We loved discovery outlet! We found so many great deals! They have a very good selections of all kinds of goods from shoes to seasonal decor! The staff was fantasic absolutely could not have ask for more helpful people. They were very knowledgable about all the products and told us they get new shipments every week! Also told us about their giveaways and deals. We were so glad we decided to check it out!

Discovery is probably my first and favorite place to shop for so many different items for several reasons. Without a doubt, the first reason I choose to shop Discovery Outlet before I go anywhere else is the fact that the people who work here are some of the friendliest, most pleasant people I have ever encountered in a retail setting! They're eager to help you, they know the inventory they have in their store, their prices cannot be beat and did I mention how friendly they are? Lol!If you haven't already, make it a point to check out Discovery Outlet because I guarantee you that you will find something you didn't even know that you needed at a price you won't believe!!

Prices range from really good to absolutely ridiculous. 2 POUNDS of strawberry Twizzlers, 50 cents. 25 cents a pound! Sorry, I bought the last of it. You snooze you lose. Food to shoes. Candy to tools. Lighters to blouses. I never leave without buying something. It's that kind of place.

I say, if you are in the area, definitely check the store out. It's like a smaller version of bargain hunt but with better prices but not as good as dirt cheap. The positives I notice in the store were, a small but cute and reasonable priced kids clothes (socks n undies). The dudes clothes looked way better than the womens. Baby stuff, toys and toiletries (burts bees). They also had some name brand table saws, band saws, ect. I personally did not care, as I said, for the ladies clothing and the home decor. That stuff was bland and over priced. I almost forgot, the staff was helpful and nice.
