I love ace hardware especially Potters ace hard ware, I would rather shop there than Lowes any day Tonya she is so helpful, she make the visit feel like family. Jacklyn is always pleasant to speak to. Today was especially hot out when I went to the back to pick up concrete a young man out there loaded it up for me tattoos all over his arms sweating like a water sprinkler but that didn’t stop him from being helpful and doing his job I forgot his name but would like to give him a huge shout out

UPDATE:This is not an Ace Hardware any more. See my photos. They falsely use ACE for advertising on google and their website; but they will admit they are not affiliated with ACE and do not honor coupons. Yet at the time of this review google still said they were an Ace.MY EXPERIENCE: I drove 15 minutes to use my coupon there. I admit I didn’t even notice the sign. Unfortunately instead of just kindly letting me know that they don’t accept the coupon, they were rude to me about it and sneered. They said they had not been an Ace for a long time. This in front of other customers in line. I’m sure that would not be the norm, but I was disappointed. So I drove all the way to Oliver Springs to the Ace out of principal.

Ill edit my first review as they have since hired new employees since my initial review. The employees are great, knowledgeable, and friendly. Pam is the best 😎 and Tommy is pretty awesome, he works out on the lumber yard. Also Chad is cool and Bj is a nerd, but overall good people.

Great place and helpful people. They have everything you could possibly need for your home improvement, construction or tool needs. Staff outback is very helpful with loading if you need it. Saw they also sell ammo yesterday.

Stopped in the other day, and this girl named Alex was extremely helpful with everything. I couldn’t find anything in the store and she guided my wife and I to everything and was very knowledgeable in everything we asked. Definitely will stop by again.

Potter's hardware stores are typically the same with most commonly stocked items. The only items not available in most stores are a good electrical selection and any OTA antenna parts.The one thing that is consistent at all stores is customer service. I always find helpful and friendly assistance.

Nicely organized with a little bit of everything for home renovations or outdoor needs. Prices are comparable to other hardware and home centers that aren't big chain stores.

I went to Potters Ace Hardware online for some patio chairs. It said they were not in stock and to order online. Sn email came that they were ready for pickup at my store. Chairs were in a box. Asked if they needed assembly and they did. Man who took them out said they didn't assemble them because I ordered online and not from them. Very confusing. Seems you have to go into store and order online for it to be sold by Potters Ace Hardware. The manager finally offered to assemble them which is why I gave 5 stars. If not I would have not shopped there again.

Well I went to this morning to get a muffler clamp and hanger .I ask two young guys do you have it one of the guys got smart WITH me and made remark about ASK him for both of the guys started laughing .I DON'T appreciate to made fun of how I talk or anything . I took my money walk OUT the door . This happened around 8:00. I like to speak to THE owner of this place
