I hadn’t been in this location in a while and I was pleasantly surprised to find the store full of inventory, very clean, and with helpful associates! This Dollar Tree carries a lot of necessities and other stuff, even some things you won’t find at Walmart or other stores! They actually have crafting supplies now too, which was interesting to me because I do a little bit of everything and you can’t always find the stuff you need elsewhere. I feel like this is a great little store! Check it out, you can’t go wrong with good prices and plenty of stock to choose from.

Some serious improvements have been made. The store was well stocked and clean today. The isles were able to be walked down. No boxes of back stock in the way. Good job crew. Keep it up.

Cashier was super nice! Was very understanding when I said my service dog was working and couldn't be pet at the moment. It's nice to have my service dog and I respected. Her overall demeanor was very friendly. She had short hair and fabulous 4th of July nails. If you're reading this thank you for making my morning a bit better.

I have never seen a manager so incompetent as I just did at the Harriman Tn location . Her name is Michelle and she was so rude , hateful and has absolutely no common sense about her. My friend has called the night before to have glasses held for her when she ask about them she said no one told her and they were on the basket behind her my friend said there they are she acted as if she didn’t want her to have them , then proceeded to start packing them together without wrapping and stated she didn’t have enough bags to wrap them , which if true was fine but don’t slam them . She proceeded with attitude so did I and I told her go ahead and break one see what happens she said what you gonna do I told her she better go on with her attitude I wasn’t the one ! She didn’t have a name tag on she acted as tho she was tripping on something. She had attitude from the time we walked up to counter . I put my stuff back she lost the store a sale . Something needs to be done about her

One of my most favorite places to shop always something new in they inventory to try out. Most of the staff are always warm and friendly. Despite all the long hours them ladies put in to keeping the shelves stocked and lines moving. It's the 1.25 Tee

Great selection of Easter (eggs, baskets, egg dying products and cups, grass, candy... ). Store is clean, neat, organized. Staff is friendly. I got some cake mixed and my sons favorite Jamaican beef patties- he said he addicted.A good experience all-around!

Convenient and nice to have in town as I am.a frequent customer but it is never properly stocked. The isles are usually a bit tricky to navigate because there's boxes in them blocking foot space. Most of the stock is on the floor in L cart/U boats stacked very high up in their boxes. It's very rare to find more than one register open even when completely slammed like it was today. All the managers give attitude when they have to open a register to help and only ever check out a handful of people then close down again.

Shelves are empty.The alies are full of stock. Lot of people in the store. And lots of employeesBut know body putting up stockAnd the rearranging the store so you can't find anything and moving the aisles around the world from what they used to be. To put in shelves for the higher price stuff that's over a dollar and a quarter.

Love this store! Love all of the employees!. 💘I like the new higher dollar shelves. Things are clearly labeled . Some $3 and $5 items. Still a good deal.

This a magical place to be it's like cheaper version of hobby lobby so much crafts great customer service can't complain everything's a Dollar! Love the assistant managers on all together it's a four out of five.

Dollar tree is a great place to save money... However the store is not often very clean and the cashiers are grumpy alot, but that is because of customers who are rude.. On a scale of 1 to 10 , I would rate this particular store as a five.

We stopped on a day trip to grab some snacks , the store was dirty & unorganized but no big deal it's a big store & looked shorthand. We bought a case of drinks & my wife ask if we could keep the little box that the drinks came on she grabbed the box out of her hand & just bluntly raise her voice NO! No explanation or anything just slung it behind her, very very rude!!!

Treasures, treasures, treasures...and you never have to ask the price in anything (although just to be super annoying sometimes I will ask "How much is this? And this? How about this?' Hehehe!). If I go in there for one simple thing I generally leave with my arms full and change from a $20!!! Today I saw Westinghouse rechargeable NiCd batteries for , you guessed it, $1 each. But what about a charger for them you ask...YES! A battery charger for only, well I guess I don't have to tell y'all how much it cost. IT WAS ONLY $1!!!! (sorry I couldn't help myself)There are oak trees, maple trees, elm trees and toiletries, but my favorite tree is The Dollar Tree!!

This store is very dirty. Everything was tossed on the floor. Employees were coming out the back room with boxes of stuff to put on shelves. They should first clean up the store before bringing out more inventory. They need better management.

Nothing made me more happy than to get a dollar tree in Roane county. We have frequented the oak ridge, Lenoir City and Loudon locating does years. Unfortunately Harrimans Dollar tree is dirty. It is impossible to move around the store because they always have u opened boxes packed to the ceiling. If their is more than one person in the store the other is always in the office sitting or outside smoking. The loudon locating is similar is size but always has nicer things. Honestly, because our workers are too lazy to unpack the boxes. Workers that are clean cut and nice never last. They probably have the highest turn over rate of any store in Roane county.

Needs more items. NOT so much food!! Needs cleaned up. To much stuff out of place. Don't get me wrong. I like the store. But it could be cleaner & not so much food. I was looking for some sos pads. Didn't have any. Sad!!
