Many of the employees have helped me to find the most appropriate food and treats for my two Shih-Tzu's. That was important, because my dogs aren't ordinary pets. I want to treat them like family ,because they are!! In the last few weeks they have rearranged the store, but it's still easy to find what ever you're looking for. Chris has worked at this store at least 6 years, and been the manager for at least 2 of those years.

Had alot of great stuff!!! Employees were very helpful, but certain items just seemed a little high in price. Not everything, just some things. Like the dog toys. Unless everything has gone up with groceries.... I could be wrong? Lol. Overall.... I'll be returning and would definitely recomend this place or Tractor Supply itself as a good place to shop for our pets.

Worst grooming my dog has ever had. He is a shih tzu. My husband dropped him off and said to give him a Mohawk and a mustache. I was speechless when I saw him. We will never be going back.

Can't say enough about pet sense grooming and Rebecca! They did a great job with our Big boy Buster, they we're so good with him and he loved being there. Just moving here from Florida and having to get a new groomer was a little worrisome but can't think of any place else I would take him ☺️. He is sleeping by me and snoring as I write this 😂. Thank you so so much Rebecca!!

This is a store dedicated to, first and foremost, the wellness of our furry or not so furry babies. We are an extention of the animal shelter and help them adopt local life in need.m with all proceeds going directly to The Human Society. There are well trained groomers on staff if needed that will do their utmost to make your pup/feline feel their best, and by extention, you as their pet parent or caregiver. We attempt to have the best selection and highest quality products for a variety of species of mammals, amphinians, and reptiles, along with our large Betta selection, which we hope to expand at some point. I took my Schdoodle to be groomed. They told me it would be $50.00 but when I went to pay it was $72.36. They didn't clean her ears out like they were supposed to. We dropped her off and they said give them a couple of hours. So we did and I called she said to give her about 45 minutes she would be ready. She wasn't when we arrived. We looked around the store for another 30 minutes.I use to like the grooming service not now.1. When you ask price then they change it that's not good.2. When you have an appointment and then it takes longer than they say.3. My puppy is 5 months old and weighs 5lbs. Can you explain why it cost so much for such a little dog?

When we entered this place the employee never acknowledged us. We were in this store for over 20 minutes and she never asked if we needed any assistance and we were the only customers in the store.I went in to find things for my budgie. There was not much of a selection for birds at all.

The employees are always so helpful and full of advice that is super helpful. I just rescued a one year old puppy whose had no training, and they gave me great tips. Their products are fantastic.

Nice people , big selection of quality pet foods and mid range pet foods. Good selection of relatively higher priced items. Tends more towards dogs then cats then other pets. Small selection of fish for sale. Very friendly and helpful people there. They were purchased by Tractor Supply Company and your account info can be linked. I think they fill a void where the Tractor Supply Store does not have room for. Much better after the TSC ownership change!

Absolutely pathetic place to shop!!! Over priced, never have anything you need. not one employee has a clue of what's going on if you have a question they just stare at each other or you. We ordered dog food online and received an email that said pickup was ready. Get to store and surprise no one knows anything about it. One employee says we haven't got that brand in months. We informed her we got it there last month and the month previously. And all the employee could say was I don't know but we'll just have to cancel the order because we don't have it. Take your hard earned money else where don't waste it at this place.

I have a 10lb. Chi/ Yorkie mix which has hair 1 inch all over. I am usually charged 55.00 for a bath, toenail clipping and trim. Yesterday a new lady was working and she charged me $72.36 for the same service. I will not be going back !

The people that work at the store are almost always super friendly, most of them don't mind answering questions about the products they carry, but to me it always feels as if they're going out of business even when I know they're not. It's a gloomy store for some reason, but they do have a good variety of (normally way overpriced) items that are pretty easy to find. Not sure how the groomers are, I know my mini schnauzer hates their guts, but she thinks all groomers are the devil so ...

I like the personal feel of this store. Every time I walk in your greeted with a welcoming hello and asked if you need any help or if you need to find a specific product. I also like the knowledgeable staff. I have tried many expensive and cheap dog foods, but I have a dog that had bad scabs and fur. Turns out she was just allergic to an ingredient in all those foods. So we now give her a low ingredient dog food at their suggestion. It cleared her up and she loves it.

Prices are higher than expected. Their staff seem to be more interested in each other than the customers. Once you do get their attention, they are fairly friendly.

They have a decent selection of high quality dog and cat foods. They have cats from the humane society for adoption, which is pretty cool. The people there are extremely friendly and helpful, at least it all of the ways that I have needed them to be. My only concern is at the store doesn't feel very welcoming on the inside. I don't know exactly how to explain that, it just seems really austere.

Staff is nice and helpful. Great that our little town has a dedicated pet store. Love that they are open until 9 as I often need that specialty something late in the evening. They host pet adoption events & fundraisers for area shelters/rescues.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The lady who trimmed my dogs nails was really patient with my dog that was scared and did an awesome job. The only reason I rated 4 starts instead of 5 was because the items at the store seemed alot pricier than most other stores.

The prices are a little higher than other pet stores, and they don't have as much if a variety in regard to fish and reptile equipment; however, I was still satisfied by the friendliness of the employees during my visit and the ease in finding what I needed.

It is nice to have this place as an option for Greeneville. They do not carry the specific brand of dog food we use but they have a few grain free varieties that we can use as a back up if we run out and have forgotten to get some. The selection of cat and dog things is good but the fish selection isn't huge. It would be great if there were regular size carts with a kid seats. It is hard to carry a giant bag of dog food and hold onto a toddler. We have also used the grooming department and have been happy.
