The experience was good. However, the product purchased was damaged. Two cay condos were purchased. Upon assembly, the damage was found. The store has great variety and nice employees, but inspect your purchases well to save yourself a return trip.

I got some really nice gift wrap, a great deal on Dove soap, candy for Easter baskets, kitchen towels, and a good sized bundle of books! All at very good prices, which I love! The book section is incredible for a discount store!! Wonderful selection at wonderful prices equals one happy book nerd! Ollie's has great coupons if you join Ollie's Army loyalty club...I got 15% off my entire purchase this last visit. Go, join, shop, READ!!

It's almost like a treasure hunt for various items. I was browsing to price curtain rods, 5 x 7 area rugs, books, garden items, etc. I found various Herr's old bay potato chips, white corn chips, and bacon cheddar puffs. I really like that this store has a few of many various items and the store is kept very organized.

This is the best place to buy Children’s books.They periodically have large shipments of Target brand items you can get super cheap. Keep an eye out for diapers on the top shelves.

A very nice and pleasant place to shop. Great Prices - clean- bathrooms also and wonderful stocked merchandise to have available to shop for. Excellent choices to choose FROM. A floor plan for items has been displayed very- Great Job. All Personal Very Helpful and Kind. Busy at times that means shoppers seem to feel WELCOME and ENJOYMENT SHOPPING at Ollie's. I like the deals I find every time I go to Ollie's. All Ollie's stores look the same to me. Well stocked, needs brighter lighting inside, and you never know what brand you might get and not to mention what assortment of products you might run into. The only thing I would like to see is more employees to help with questions or assist customers when needed.

It is what it is. It's a bargain store. You get low prices but it isn't the kind of place where you can consistently find everything you're looking for. If you see something you like, buy it. It may not be there later. Overall, I would say if you don't mind hunting for burried treasure, go to Ollie's.

Love Ollie's lots of great stuff from cool toys- household stuff and flooring books you name it. They have it and the prices are much cheaper than the other retail stores. Ollies Bargain Outlet is a fun place to go.

06/04/23 About 6:30 pm. Cash register being operated by someone with name that starts with a C. Won’t post the name , looking at a schedule for the day will let mgt know. My wife and I shop this store quiet frequently, never had anything said out of the way until tonight. Was the second trip in for us today, looking for an umbrella base. After the first time we left to measure exactly to get the correct size as we knew the one in stock was very close. Priced at 19.98 a reasonable deal that was in line with other retailers in the area. Once measured we returned to Ollie’s, primarily because we a 15% off coupon we needed to use. We put the base in a cart along with some coffee and proceed to the register. I set the coffee on counter to be scanned. The young man leaned over to scan the umbrella base and immediately said,” 19.99 is not the correct price for that, it’s 39.99. Then reached to the sticker, removed it and there was a 39.99 sticker underneath.He proceeded to then say that people put stickers over others all the time. It truly sounded like he was insinuating that my wife or I had done that. I asked him to explain why the other boxes has the same sticker for 19.99. Same answer, people do it all the time. My wife asked him to ring up the 39.99 sticker. When he did it rang at the 19.99 price. He made no comment or apology for the insinuation. We still purchased our product but this was extremely upsetting to my wife. She said,”you know, he was calling us a thief.” She wanted to turn around and return what was just purchased. This individual needs some more training in customer service and how he addresses an issue such as this. A little over zealous in his assumptions.

Don’t be fooled, most prices are not lower than anywhere else (big box stores) so you need have some good knowledge of the prices of most goods to know if you’re getting a good deal or buying old stock or nearly expired products for slightly lower than retail. I have found better deals online or at Ross and Marshall’s.

First visit to an Ollie's outside of Morristown. Both have very much the same stock. The Greenville store seemed to be bigger and cleaner. With that it was comfortable to shop or browse while Morristown feels cramped and cluttered. Definitely would shop either store again.

Given the chance to purvey the many things in this store you may want to put it on your regular list. For an outlet it has a large variety of many things, and is well organized.
