Excellent service. Came from out of town to take home some local craft beer & moonshine. I wish I would have ask her name (Clerk #5) was so helpful helping describe the different beers to my son on the phone to where the beer was from so he got his favorites. Thank you so much Cheers 🍺🍺🍺

I visited this establishment more than once the employees were friendly and never had a problem .One day I went in the store and the wine was priced for $11.99 which is the same price I paid for it in the last couple of months I visited the store. That day it rang up for $13.99 and I told the clerk that it was priced for $11.99 she said she couldn’t change the price and I know that to be untrue because she has done it in the past also another gentleman changed the price for me once before without any hesitation. She argued back and forth with me stating that she couldn’t change the price I told her have a good night and I left. I thought that was ridiculous to loose a customer because the store didn’t do their job to change the price on the shelf. They lost a customer that came in there every night which amounts to$400 a month all because they didn’t wanna change the price. I will never go there again hopefully they treat other customers better than they have treated me.

I am the electrical service company who works on this business. But this is a family owned company and everyone in this family is incredible. You couldn't find a a better place to shop for the spirit's. And an incredible selection...!!! Highly recommend them..!!!

While I was inside looking through the variety of showcased wines I said to myself “Good wines like that don’t come very cheap, I’d want them again and again” a police officer walked in and startled me then one of the staff members “Lance” asked me “what’s the police officer doing here” I didn’t answer and just left the store and drove straight back to Lantic city.

I absolutely loved the customer service here. We walked in to Lance singing and being in a great mood stocking. Kelly was great with helping us. We bought a Belaire set. She switched the drinks out since we wanted a different flavor. No price change.

The staff are super friendly ! Had a great experience here, plus bought a ton of alcohol. There are tons of choices between liquors, wines, mixers, small samples, etc. Then, after our purchase, one of the two employees was kind enough to carry our items to our vehicle ! Fantastic experience here, and I definitely plan to go back soon !

Very helpful. This is my sister's favorite liquor store and now I see why. They didn't have the brand of vodka-soda drinks I was looking for so he suggested the pickers brand and they were really good. The place was crazy because they were receiving 2 deliveries at the same moment I was there. But the guy working was so nice and didn't act like he was phased by having weveral customers and deliveries all happening as soon as they opened.

Had a terrible experience. Shop employee made a racist gesture to my friend. If your willing to make the drive, Blue Grass Liquor in Hendersonville has wonderful customer service and the same bottle of wine we bought tonight is 4$ cheaper at Bluegrass.
