I just left Tractor Supply in Gallatin and I have a back injury and can't lift anything. They called an associate to help me and his name was Andrew. Not only did he load all my stuff in my truck he also pushed my buggy for me and put everything i needed in there. Thank you Andrew for going above and beyond providing great customer service you don't see that very often anymore.

Overall nice store. Lost 2 stars because the older man that helps with loading is completely unapologetically rude and the bad attitude seems accepted by leadership.

We love this store & the great workers that they have here. We were looking at getting a new mower as our old one was on it's last legs! Austin C. & Lance there helped us select a mower based on our needs & we went with their suggestion. Our new mower was delivered yesterday afternoon & right off it out performed our old one. THANKS Austin C. & Lance for your awesome help in helping us pick out a new mower.

Great service! Had questions about a part they did not have for a tank sprayer they sell. They helped me find out information by opening up new sprayer box and looking at the parts. We ended up building a part with other items they had in stock! Awesome!

Poor customer service. We showed up at 6:51. Mitch who said she was a manager argue with us her watch said it’s 6:55 and she already turned away another customer right before us because they close the doors five til closing. We showed her our apple devices all stating we still had time and are WEEKLY long standing customers. She said “well I’m one of the managers and now it says 6:56 and closed and locked the door behind her on us.All we have ever seen of this woman has been her smoking outside EVERY time we have gone in (either right our front or on the side where fencing supplies is) which makes sense as to why she has never really helped us since she has NEVER helped us.Don’t know what’s happened but we plan to shop at co-op from now on.So disappointed in today how they could turn two customers away BEFORE their five minute to rule.Is this really how you treat customers Tractor Supply?

This store is great. I have never had bad service here. They have a lot of tools, chicken supplies, and dog supplies. I've also seen horse and goat supplies. Additionally, they have gardening supplies, clothing, and decorative items. They have sales on items all the time. Make sure to check the book when you get there for coupons.

Awesome store. This is my go-to store for all my lawn tractor needs. Actually, I go here for anything "yard" related. The staff is always helpful, friendly and professional. Store is clean and well organized. I've never walked into this store intending to purchase something and left without finding the needed product.

We went there for something different than the usual.. I have a great rescue dog and we did the whole thing. Shots,Wormed, Chipped ECT. We had EVERYTHING that he needed. Not only do I shop there but this was a great deal I couldn't believe how much money I saved!! We are here to tell you that this is far best to anyone else who has anything to do a (SALE) I couldn't believe how much money that we saved!!! I love my TSC . And if you want to save any amount of time and money you have to go to the TSC Store!!! My babydoll got "CHIPPED" For $20.00 bucks and it will Last forever!! We can't even imagine how much money we would have gave to the VET. If you have any questions about anything please feel free to contact me.. We are here to help... Love my babydoll.. And he is a rescue,a Full blooded Pomeranian my sister sold it to the other sister for her fiance/ boyfriend and he passed away before their day. I absolutely dread shopping at the Gallatin Tractor Supply. Shelves are never stocked, customer service is awful. And if you need help with something good luck. This store has really gone down hill in the last year or so.

Friendly associates. They were helpful even when they didn't have the item and the associate actually referred me to another location where I can pick up what I needed. I highly recommend. I will definitely return.

The manager that filled our propane tank yesterday morning showed good customer service. He also check the receipt to see if the propone had been paid for before we left. He spoke postive about Tractor Supply. Thanks

At Tractor Supply. Two servers at counter was flirting with each other at 7:25 pm. I asked for propane fill up. They informed me they was not doing any more propane tonight. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I usually shop in Lebanon but needed a tire at the Gallatin store, and the manager would not honor the online price...which was $30 cheaper than the in store price for the same tire! That was the worst experience I have had at a TSC and cost me over an hour of wasted time. I will not be going back to Gallatin!

Awful customer service. I will never return. I have worked in retail for 3 years and never once would I ever have treated a customer the way I was treated. To have an associate be extremely rude and then tell me I have 5 minutes till close?! Awful! Do not recommend.

Love tractor supply! They are dog friendly, spring is around the corner baby chicks will be there soon. Tractor supply is a pet/farm friendly place. People there are fabulous!

Had a mower belt I needed not to many people to help find my part after looking a bit I found 1.Had to return it because the belt wasn't the right size even though advertised as a 60" mower belt was too loose on my 61 mower

i was looking for some 5.70x8 5 lug tires and a dolly with a wheel. they were outthey had everything else but that and they had other items in the slot where they should have been. someone needs to review the inventory right
