I dropped my dog off to get a bath and he was perfectly fine. I pick him up and he has a popped blood vessel in his eye. No one that works there could tell me what happened to my dog or was remorseful about it. I don’t recommend the groom room.

Our pup has been here twice now and has come home looking great both times! Such nice people who take their time and do a great job.Update to add: We eventually switched to another groomer. The Groom Room will crate your dog and your appt time is just a drop off time. Our dog would spend 4-5 hours here and was not given a bathroom break and we were not allowed to give him a chew toy to have in the crate with him. Over time as soon as we pulled up to the building he would try running back to the car and didn't want to go inside. They did a great job on the haircut itself, but your dog will be crated for several hours without a bathroom break.

Took my 16-year-old Shih Tzu, Gus, in for a nail trimming yesterday. He was in great need of this service. Gus has difficulty being in a standing or sitting position for even a short time, and he gives me a hard time when I try to trim his nails, so I was worried the groomer would not be able to do it. She had no problem at all. She and the staff there were very welcoming, helpful, and kind, and I was so pleased with their service. I went to The Groom Room at the recommendation of a couple who stopped and chatted with me while Gus and I were out for a walk. They gave the groomers a great deal of praise, and I can now do the same. Highly recommend.

Great selection of doggy decorations & canine clothes! I found the cutest Pup Crew jacket in the world, and a DPDG dog bed for 50% less than anywhere online. I was getting a gift for my best friend’s puppy (who looks & smells especially adorable after getting groomed here), but shopping here made me want to get a dog.

Do not take your dog to the Groom Room! They are horrible groomers. I took a picture and was assured my dog could be groomed with the style I wanted. When I picked him up he has been shaved. His beard and mustache were shaved. I had been letting his hair grow for 10 months to be long enough to get this hairstyle. The before and after, and the requested style pictures are below. You be the judge.

We have been going here frequently for the past 8 months or so. Now we are moving and I thought it might be easier to find someone more local, but nope! We will continue to drive out here, even if it takes longer. The staff is friendly and gentle with my dogs. I’m never picky with results, but the dogs always look amazing and smell nice!

They take such great care of my dogs here. I have two dogs over 100lbs; one gets a bath + haircut, the other just gets a bath and they are the softest ever when I get them back. The staff is very nice, they really care about the dogs and they do a wonderful job grooming. Highly recommend the furminator package if you have a double coated dog!

Outstanding! The people who work here are sincerely caring and do great work. They offer express appointments for dogs who need it; one of our dogs has a lot of medical issues and this is very helpful for her. Our dogs have been pretty anxious with other groomers but they enjoy this place. I would highly recommend anyone with dogs in the area give this place a try.

I don’t trust anyone else with my fur babies! You can tell this is not just business this is personal they love your pets!

Oh my gosh!!! They are complete professionals. So kind & gentle with my dogs. Two are 13 🐩🐩 & one is a 5 yr old little rascal 🐕. They are polite & do not get in a hurry. I've been there twice now & will continue til my babies go to heaven ❤️

We took our dogs here a couple times, they did a good job grooming them, but we called for weeks and no one ever answers the phone there. After almost a month of calling someone finally answered the phone and told us 6-7 weeks for an appointment. The rude lady on the phone told us to go somewhere else if we didn’t want to wait almost 2 months to get ours dogs groomed. Good groomers, terrible business owners. We won’t return here because of their bad attitudes and scheduling problems. We get our dogs groomed monthly and this place we’d be lucky to get them groomed once every 2+ months.

I took my Norwich Terrier to The Groom Room today for the 1st time. Her name is Roxy and she is Absolutely Beautiful. I've been to a couple of other places but really trying to find one place for all the time. After going to The Groom Room today I will not be going anywhere else. They are Amazing and did a Fantastic Job. Roxy can be a little nasty acting sometime but they said she did Great. That in it's self says alot for them. TRY THE GROOM ROOM!! YOU WON'T BE SORRY

I had a great experience at the Groom Room! My two yorkies were beautifully groomed, smelled so fresh and even seemed happy after their "dreaded" grooming appointment! The prices were awesome, the shop was clean and the ladies were all so friendly and sweet! Thank you, Groom Room, for taking such great care of my fur babies!!!

We just moved to the area and our Bichon/Poodle mix needed a grooming pretty bad. We shopped around for groomers and ended up at the Groom Room as it was close to where we live. We sure made the right choice. The owner and the entire staff was awesome. And, Carissa gave our pooch Bailey an absolutely awesome cut and groom. Looks like we found ourselves a new groomer. Very happy and thanks again!

I am truly Blessed to have found The Groom Room !! These people are truly a blessing and my first experience with my beloved pooch has been Amazing!! Don’t know why it took me soo long to findThem . Receptionist was so friendly and accommodating and not to mention the groomer Carrissa ! If I had a groomer like as sweet as her I’d fall in love too 😍 My pooch has anxiety issues from being groomed elsewhere and he did Absolutely Great with her 🙏🏻Would Highly Recommend this Amazing location for our loved pets

Unfortunately would not be recommending, had our dog in for a nail trim/ grind down. The tips of her nails had barley been touched still leaving them long and uncomfortable, while also breaking a nail head to the sensitive soft part. Would NOT recommend for Nail Trims

I’ve been taking my golden doodle here for 5 years and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else! Be sure to get your dog on a schedule though because they book out quite a bit!

We have a shitzu that goes by the name of Smudge. He's probably about two and a half years old and has been going to the groom room ever since he was about 15 weeks old. The staff there are absolutely wonderful they take their time to get Smudge to look just right, and their prices are quite reasonable also. Smudges will never go anywhere else.
