The Fayetteville Shoe Sensation went above and beyond for me last night. I needed a pair of black heels for a trip to Indiana. I called and explained my situation and the young man held the store open for me. He showed me my options with my size and I was out just fast as I came in. He had amazing customer service. Thank you for saving my trip! Got a nice pair of heels for $24! Great prices and great service

Shoe Sensation is a decent shoe store. I’ve stopped by a couple times and they have a huge selection of men’s work boots and steel toe’s. As far as other types of shoes go the selection isn’t as big. I wish they would offer a few more large sized option in store and some of their shoes on clearance had prices higher than I’d expect for shoes on “clearance.”

I would give it 5 stars but, for my family we usually can find shoes with no problems. The stock IS limited compared to bigger city stores but that understandable. My only issue is finding shoes for me. I wear a size 14 in most shoes so anything other than boots is rarely if ever in stock. Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean.

The only reason I give the Fayetteville location one star is because I have to. The customer service is absolutely horrible and unless something major happens I will not be back. They treated me and my family like we didn’t belong there. Good luck with your business if you treat all your customers like that.

I love the people at Shoe Sensation! They have awesome employees that cater to your every need. They are personable and make u feel at home especially the store manager. She goes above and beyond to meet her customers expectations. I feel at home when I am in there and enjoy the managers lively spirit.

My wife and I buy our shoes at this store but we will buy online from this day forward. The two young ladies working the store, in my opinion, need to find a different line of work, because customer service is not their forte.I caught the one young lady, having great amusement, at me and never once asked if I needed help and the second young lady treated my wife as if she was a shoplifter. Hopefully the young ladies were just having a bad Sunday.

The customer service is horrible if you go in this place you better know where the shoe you want is and what you want. I went in to get a pair of work boots and I had my one year old with me there were 2 girls working and I spent maybe 40 min in there trying to find something and not once did anybody help me and I was mostly in eyes view of both of them

Called on the phone to see if they had Croc sandals out yet. They told me yes. I arrive to the store 10 minutes later and they had the traditional crocs. When I told them I was looking for Crocs, you could tell they knew they were caught in a lie. Then they stood watching me down the aisle. I wouldn't have made the trip if they would of said NO to begin with.

Store closes at 6pm on Sundays . Got there at 5:45 pm door locked and employees looking and ignoring me . Not good business practice. Driving to Huntsville now to spend my money for work boots.

Poor job of posting store being closed on Easter Sunday. If you are not going to be opened during posted business hours, might want to let the public know. More people have tried to enter your store while I have been sitting here infront of your store writing this review. Piss poor job.
