Seriously amazing service and quality of food!!! I went through the drive through on my way to meet 2 friends at Don Davidson dog park. The girl at the window was very nice and very helpful! I forgot to ask her name, but want her to know that great customer service really matters and she is awesome!I ordered 25 assorted donut holes, 3 Chocolate milks and 3 pup cups. When I arrived at the dog park, the 3 dogs and my 2 friends were very happy to see me The very fresh munchkins and chocolate milk were a big hit!! The pup cups however were a HUGE hit!!!Thank you for an excellent product and excellent service at the Fayetteville location. I HIGHLY recommend this location!!! JOB WELL DONE!!!

Hello, I really don’t hate a company like this, or at least this location. But my girlfriend recently worked at this location for 6 weeks, and then she told them she was going to put two weeks notice in because Tony, the manager of the store site, didn’t give her enough hours that she was promised. And Tony, the manager, was rude talking to his employees; he didn’t use the proper grammar as a manager of a store should be using. Also, he’s skills as a manager weren’t there when he hired four new employees that he couldn’t use because, to be honest, he doesn’t do his job perfectly, and I don’t think he should be a manager at this location. He fired my girlfriend when she told him she was going to give him two weeks notice.And she asked why, and he said he didn’t want to do the paperwork that was excepted for two weeks notice, so yeah, this location needs a new manager.

I hate leaving bad reviews, especially since I’ve worked fast food for 3 years so I understand the struggles. But this place seems super understaffed, which leads to more mistakes. There were 2 people working when i went in, and i had to get my order fixed 3 times in one visit. They got the coffee right, but the bacon and cheese croissant was a real issue. First, i didnt get the croissant at all, then i went back in and I specifically said No egg. But they gave me one with only egg and cheese. And then finally i got the right thing. The employees were nice, and they said it was only the two of them for a majority of the day, meanwhile they were super busy. So I understand, but I do feel like it shouldve just taken one correction rather than 3.

Our first visit to this location, they were short staffed, we were told some of the equipment wasn't working so service is very slow. Many of the donut selections were out and the quality wasn't good for a restaurant that had only been open a couple hours. EVERY table was dirty! The chicken and roasted pepper wrap was vy far the best item we received.

Sorry but this review has nothing to do with food. They had apparently just fixed or installed a ramp from the parking lot to the entrance into the building. The top of the ramp is about 10-12 inches high and no railing. When we were leaving, my wife had a box of donuts in her hands and didn't realize how high it was to the parking lot and stepped off and face planted smashing the donuts. We are in our 70's so it was hard to get her up by myself. The person in charge came out and helped me to get her up. She is badly bruised but nothing broken. The point of this review is to let the owner know he needs to put a railing so no one else falls. BTW they replaced the smashed donuts.

Just visited this location this morning. Ordered 2 sweet pepper bacon sandwiches. I was disappointed, because I wanted a "bacon sandwich". It came with egg & cheese. If I wanted that, I would've ordered the "bacon, egg, cheese sandwich" 🤷🏽‍♀️. Also ordered a butter pecan crunch iced coffee, which she didn't begin to make until after we got our sandwiches. Waited forever for it. I may give them another chance, but I don't know.

Made our first trip to the new DD a few minutes ago. Asked for a DD classic Toasted Coconut donut and they don’t have them at this location. Ordered a Vanilla Cream donut and a medium coffee for my wife.Her donut was refrigerator cold with barely any cream filling, which makes me think they’re using donuts fried in another location, the frozen and thawed out and finished at this location.The coffee was good, although pricey.The hired help wasn’t overly friendly nor thankful for our business.Won’t be frequenting this DD…..if you aren’t frying then you aren’t trying…..to provide the best possible product.

This place is awesome! They’ve gotten all of my orders correct! It’s a super clean facility. I actually met a couple for a nanny position job interview at the (Fayetteville, TN) location and was approached by the manager whom offered free beverages and donuts to us. The manager spoke very highly of me to this couple because she was off the clock and had her son there for a mom and son breakfast run and I spent some time speaking and joking with him. The manager is and was so nice as well as the employees. I waited so long for this place to finally open and when it did, I became a regular and that will continue! The food is great, the coffee is great, And service is fast and delightful. + I got the job! Thank you Dunkin for being a wonderful start to every morning for me! Great job! Keep up the good work!Ps. You will always have negative comments and reviews no matter what you do. Please don’t stop what you’re doing! You’re doing a wonderful job!

I went there today at 3:20 and the doors were locked and the employee was outside with his head phone on smoking and talking to people in a car. We went through the drive through but only one side was lit up and didn't show donuts. They finally came in and said they would be with us in a minute. It was the same guy outside with headphones on. Drove around the building and he was still smoking and asked if they were open and he said he would be in a minute. This was my first time there with small kids and I will never go back. I'll just buy mine at Walmart.

I have ordered there three times and they got my order wrong twice. I have tried ordering three different ways, over the app ( which was really frustrating when you get home and your drink is green and it's supposed to be brown), then inside I order hot and told her 3 times hot they brought me cold, and went through the drive thru.. I ordered 1 thing and they got that one right.

I ordered a hot coffee and got a cold ice coffee and I even said something to the guy at the counter and he said he fix it but they didn't.If you say you'll fix the mistake then please do it next time, ice coffee from Dunkin donuts taste like A$$.Just got off duty and went to get a nice hot coffee and they messed it up.

frozen coffees are never good! I’ve been three times and each time they get worse! I don’t think they had enough training! I really was excited about them coming to Fayetteville so disappointing!

Posting for my mom Veronica Bryan - The new Dunkin’ in Fayetteville is awesome. I had been through the drive thru a couple of times but went inside this afternoon and wow! The staff was so courteous and welcoming! The best thing is that everyone was working not looking at their phones or just standing around! BTW, the birthday room was a great idea!

We went to this location because there's no Starbucks in this town. Since I don't normally go to dunkin I asked what types of donuts they serve. The gentleman on the drive thru seemed perturbed that I asked and said "we have every kind of donut that you can think of, except lemon and coconut." So I asked about their French crullers to which he said "what?" We ended up just ordering coffee from them.Since this location is new in town they may want to get a handle on the customer service at this location before they get a bad reputation. I'll give them a rest for a few months and then try again but first I'll read the reviews to see if they have improved.Two stars because the iced coffee was decent.

Employees are always friendly, The place is always extremely clean. Services very good everybody does their share. Very very happy as a customer. Very happy that they opened this store. They also have a drive-thru. I have not used the drive-thru yet but I was watching the employees and they're really on top of it and I promise you will be a very good experience.

We went today at 3pm the doors were locked. We went to the window and the screen were off. Someone said they would be there in a minute. We waited and no one helped. An employee was outside smoking. It happened to be the guy working the window.
