will start by saying I do not normally post reviews good or bad, nor do I have social media to run and post every time someone does something to make me mad. I try to stay in my lane and mind my own business. But today at the DG In Fayetteville on Winchester Hwy,, I’m assuming she’s the store mgr, all I know is her name is Star. I do not personally know her other than going into the store often and she’s usually friendly. Although back few months ago she did pull me to the side and said “ some girl behind you said I was on drugs” First of allI do not use drugs, haven’t since experimenting in high school and secondly she doesn’t know me well enough to even say anything to me! I go in store get what I need and get out! Then yesterday as she herself was checking out myself and my boyfriend, another male customer came in through the door, with children, as she spoke to him with a simple “hello how are you”? He responded as he was walking with the children “ how are you”? Then Star laughed and proceeded to say, “ who am I doing or how am I doing” then she laughs! I’m sorry but we aren’t in a bar or out on the street! We are in a store, her store mind you, as she is the mgr! I’m not a prude by no means but that was totally unacceptable as a manager in any profession! I don’t care that you’re just a manager of a dollar store! You still should be professional and act like a lady like you have some class about yourself. I have noticed when we go in she’s trashy mouthed and looks and acts like plain white trash she’s loud and obnoxious at times. I don’t know who raised her but I was raised by a mother and a father who taught me how to act like a decent person and a classy person. I know your just a dollar general store mgr but have some class as a woman and don’t talk like white trash In front of loyal customers, you may be just plain white trash and obviously are by the way you portray yourself

When visiting this store I am always greeted with a smile and a hello. The manager Starr goes out of her way to make customers feel like family and the other staff members are always helpful and pleasant. Store is clean and easy to shop. I'll go out of my way to visit this store.

Best thing about DG is the donation box outside. That's a wonderful public service. They have a nice variety of mostly needed items. The stores are clean. The prices are fair. Better than the convenience stores.

Found what I needed and that was that. The dollar general on hwy 64 in Fayetteville is probably the cleanest one I have ever been to. Most of the staff are friendly. Star, the manager is amazing and we love her.

I stood waiting to checkout for 15 min while one girl was actually busy and checking a truck order that came in but the guy working was walking around the store talking on his cell phone about dumpster diving. After he made eye contact with me 3 different times I just left!

It's overcrowded with merchandise. Aisles only fit one person and buggy. One manager is a little rude. But it's easy to get to and I know where to find what I need

Good place for a quick stop if you are in a hurry and need something. However its messy and the prices are not as good as they used to be. All the employees seem to be depressed. Might be cause of low pay and all the cluster.

If there was a zero stars i would give it minus. I bought a bra 8 bucks bobbie Brooks only a dollar store brand. They left the security thing on it. I didnt notice till i got home. I didnt go right back i never keep the recent n i took it back for them to remove it i didnt want an exchange or money back only that security thing but they refused to do it so ill never be back in there again. Thanks hopefully yall will be shut down soon. Bery nasty and rude anyeay.

Cashier held up people the gentleman card wouldn't let he get cash back. So both empolyes try to tell customer it would lock the key pad up Everytime this happens. Other than waiting in line for help it was ok visit.

Love the location for the people that live out that way. However.. you will wait at the register because when you go in, everyone in the store will be at the register at the same time..
