Reanna & the other ladies in there are so kind and loving - it shows through not only their work but also the overall energy in that space. It’s not easy being a small business owner but Reanna does it with so much grace. My dog Sadie is always so frightened to have her nails trimmed & Reanna drove about a hour to come to our home and help on a SATURDAY. Truly amazing group of people. We have used other groomers in the past, but not since we started going to Reanna. She loves on my pup like she's her own. Ours has separation anxiety, but actually gets EXCITED when we drop her off at Zen. We love this place!

Reanna does an amazing job with our little guy. She helps keep his coat so white and he smells amazing when we pick him up. I love the friendly atmosphere at Zen and so does our dog, Costa! He wags his tail and gets excited to see Reanna every single time. We are really blessed to have a groomer that loves and cares for him just as much as we do & I always know he is in good hands. We will probably never take Costa anywhere else because we love Zen Spa that much!

I had heard around town this place was shocking with customer service. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. I went anyways. Then also got the same treatment!! Lol. Wow. I shouldn't have went to this place. So I switched to another place who is getting a lot their customers with the exact same experiences. And that says A LOT.This is important to me how they treat you as a human is also how they treat your dogs when your not there. And that's scary when they have a wrongful baloney deffence for this instead of humble accountability.

My Mylo is so happy to get groomed he runs to the door. The care they all take with my baby is amazing. I have been using them since they opened and I will not take my Mylo anywhere else. All ready all set up for all of 2023 😁

Reanna and her staff are very sweet! They love their jobs and the animals. I bring my pups here from time to time to get their nails trimmed and filed when I am unable to do so. My dogs feel so comfortable and at ease with them… they love Haley ✨ I have never felt so at ease with any other groomers!! These ladies are incredible people and go above and beyond expectations. Reanna has made the shop so lovely and calming. 10/10 recommend bringing your pets to Zen

Excellent customer service!! My Mia was very anxious of groomers after being cut at another business but she was calmed immediately by the groomers on her first visit with Rhianna! Mia did not bark for me, did not shake with anxiety when leaving my side and loved her time being washed, dried and groomed. I praise Rhianna for seeing a dental issue that we did not recognize because of Rihanna’s love, passion and knowledge of pets. Mia was treated like a princess and extremely enjoyed her monthly appointments by Rhianna. Until Mia’s last appointment, Zen Spas was extremely professional, considerate, always respectful of my time and Mia’s needs. I highly recommend Zen Spas for your pets! ❤️

Reanna and her team are the best! She has worked with us several times to accommodate different situations related to scheduling and payment options. I travel about 45 minutes to use Zen’s services because they are wonderful to me and my corgi! As a newbie to grooming etiquette, they have educated me on best practices when caring for my dog. They offer me options and remind me of services they provide if they see that my pup could benefit but with absolutely no pressure. My corgi is always happy to be dropped off and happy at pick up. They are professionals and I’m confident in their work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I absolutely love this place.. Gracie looks just like we ask her to and each and every time there has been consistency to her grooming which we never had before!! I highly recommend these girls to anyone that asks!! My mother was in from Indiana and she used them and it was also a great experience!!

We love Holly from Zen spa! We have a rescue dog, Chance that is very skiddish around most people.. He was skiddish around Holly also but she has made her way to his heart! He doesn't mind at all to go now and she is so good to him! He always comes out smelling wonderful and looking so very handsome! Highly recommended!

The absolute best place to take your fur baby! I moved to Florida and haven’t found anyone who can even come close to compare! And is double the price btw! Zen don’t just groom your fur baby they actually truly care about them and to me that is everything! I miss bringing my yorkie to Zen for all of his needs!
