Never has a prescription ready no matter how long you give them. Waste of time and gas having to keep going back multiple times to get one prescription. Finding a new pharmacy this is to many times this has happened. Don’t waste the time here.

I pulled in the drive thru at 1:20 with one vehicle in front of me. The car move away after 10 minutes and I pulled up to pick up a prescription for my mom who had already confirmed that it was ready. The young girl got on the speaker saying in a very sarcastic tone that we are now on lunch break and I would have to come back at 2:00. After getting there before 1:30 and no cars were behind me. Very ridiculous and inconsiderate. My mom has to use Walgreens because of her insurance. I do not!!. Nor will I ever use them. Do not recommend them at all....

If you don't have to go there, don't!! Withthe exception of two, I've never seen a more Racist bunch of "Professionals" in my life!! If I hadn't witnessed this, I would never say it!! Not everyone is treated with a smile nor a nice greeting!! Such an unfriendly atmosphere!! When will this ever change??!!

Fed ex drop off is very, very unreliable. Employees and management need a more in depth training program in order to make sure that packages go out on time. When dealing with time sensitive packages, handling is everything.

Every month I go through the samething with them with one of my medications. They know that my insurance doesn't pay for it but every month they try to process it through my insurance and I go to pick it up and they tell me we can't fill it today because we need a prior auth from your insurance. And every month I tell them I'm paying cash for it and that I use the Good RX just for that particular one and it's the same price every month. Along with the same type of medicine. I'm like dang people get with the program if anything changes I'll let you know so you can process it through my regular insurance. I use to love Walgreens but since I've relocated up to TN from FL I'm beginning to hate it but I hate CVS their jerks and Wal-Mart doesn't have half of my medications in when I need them and a lot of the other ones are just as slow if not slower. Well my rant is over

If I could give less than one star I would.Since Wal-Greens took over the formally owned Rite aid, it's impossible to even speak to a pharmacist. I have been trying to get my daughts prescriptions filled for 4 days. After 5 trips and trying to even get someone on the phone I gave up and switched everything to Anderson's. 👎👎👎 to the new Wal-Greens!Here's a tip, if your going to do a buy out and it's flu season, get your staff some help! It should not ever take 5 trips to the pharmacy and an hour waiting in line for medicine!

They did have some problems with the change to Walgreens but the staff and pharmacists have been working hard. They have always been very helpful . Things are better now. "Growing Pains"

Since rite aid has changed to Walgreens the pharmacy is awfully, I had to wait over 4 hours on 2 occasions. People will be moving to the new Anderson very quickly!!

This is the worst pharmacy ever it takes a hole day sometimes 2 to get your meds filled and you have to wait at least a hour when u call most of the time longer. Do NOT use this pharmacy!!!
