Owner (Michelle) never answers calls nor calls you back when you need to change an appointment. But when you call the main building her daughter will say "oh she is right here" and hands her the phone forcing her to acknowledge your call. When you have an appointment and show up she isn't there and didn't bother to call you to say hey i had to change plans due to "insert excuse here". Instead she tells her daughter that she doesn't have a number to notify you. Which is a blatant lie.Lindsey is an absolute sweetheart. Use ONLY Lindsey if you decide to bring your pet here. Sadly we will not be back ever after using this place for years, even when she was in the old brick house and not on 411hwy.

I took Bailey to get groomed, I didn't know what to expect neither did Bailey. It was Great! Lindsey was very kind and nice. He got a bath, teeth brushing, and nails trimmed. The price is the best we have found, and the service was Fantastic. I highly recommend them

Lindsey, did an amazing job with my Australian shepherd. This was her 1st time being groomed. I had her shaved down. This was a nice establishment, very clean, and friendly. Also I received a fast response when inquiring about grooming services.

Went for Chewie's nails. They did fantastic! He's very high strung for a Toy Aussie and he was very calm and never moved. Very impressed. Will be going back.

Michelle has been grooming Goldie Mae now for about 6 years and I hope Michelle doesn't retire till after Goldie goes to doggie heaven because I really don't want to have to get a new groomer.
