Service was fantastic. I ordered a fried chicken biscuit. It tasted like fish and the texture of the chicken was rubbery. Returned it for sausage biscuit...sausage was real dry like it was reheated from a day or more ago. Biscuit was greasy. I gave up and find wild life the food. Won't go back...but service was great. They were super friendly and service was fast.

Ordered a chicken sandwich, add cheese, extra mayo. I ALWAYS order it this way & have for years. No deviations, ever.I got neither on my sandwich. Went to the counter & Sissy argued with me, REFUSED to correct the sandwich OR offer me a refund.So I'm out $9 & NO food.I will NEVER step into that Hardees again. I will eat McDonald's slop before I do this Hardees.Wheelchair accessibility: Nothing

The server was amazing.Me and my family felt bad for this young man.He was juggling between running the front counter and the drive thru.I can't believe how calm he remained.They should hire more and give him a raise.

Fryers were down, limited menu. It happens. Out of gravy plates, grape jelly, forks, and half the drinks were seltzer water and the other half tasted like chemicals. The Cinnamon rolls tasted like they were a week old. I get being out of one or two things, but come on. This is ridiculous. Won't be back, not that it matters. This location needs to be shut down or under new management!

Ordered 3 of the same burgers, First was ordered as they are described on menu. Second was as described, but no onion. Third was to have only the bun, burger, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. BEFORE the order was made the drive-through worker was told it was a special order, he was a very pleasant gentleman, he took our order, it showed on the screen as ordered, we felt it was done properly, it was late, we drove home to have dinner there. We should've double checked the bag. Such a bummer. They were all exactly the same, all had onions, and catsup, pickles, etc. Our kids were fine, my husband, the pickier eater, ended up without any bacon, and condiments that he despises and no mayonnaise. Thankfully we had some buns, cheese, and our own lettuce, tomato and Mayo in the house or it would've been thrown away completely. He literally cannot stand strong vinegar flavor or smell in his food. Just a bummer since we don't do fast food too much.

Went here yesterday and first thing I see was a wet floor sign,thought maybe they were mopping...nope... underneath the machine was a puddle of water of which had ran all across the floor underneath and behind the wall into the dining area...half way across it....with several puddles ....not once did I see someone trying to clean it up....and there's a lot of elderly people go to this place

Once again they screwed up my order. It's not due to a lack of workers either. That place was full of people working. This was a case of not paying attention and not counting. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. So it's not just a couple of times. The food wasn't prepared correctly either. 1 biscuit was missing half. They just threw a piece of sausage and sent it on. I wish our small town had more options. 😪 McDonald's is by far better and have yet to screw up my order.

Oh..where do I start. Suzi as a manager you have so much to learn concerning people skills. The first lesson should be active listening as well as professional and courteous communication.Yes, It is simply a basic business responsibility to ensure a customer's order is complete and proper, not the customer themselves. Employees are a reflection of leadership and I certainly see where your employee's work ethic comes from. I hope that the owner of your location's franchise actively monitors these reviews. The rudeness you displayed to my wife over the phone and then to me during my follow up call is grossly unacceptable. You simply do not hang up on a customer much less belittle them. If you've been a manager for 20 years then I guess we can fault your district manager's and/or other employers for your attitude. I guess no one ever trained you differently. As I told you I'd be the first to give praise when deserved. I have given a complete and conversely oriented opinion on how well a restaurant and its employees performed and recommended they receive praise. I've also been known to escalate as far to the top as necessary with both positive and negative business interactions. Unfortunately this will be a negative I take as far as needed. All you had to do was credit our debit card back the refunded difference. No we will not drive 20 minutes both directions to get that refund. Basic economics contradicts that logic. I also don't by your excuse that "your computers had switched over to lunch and there was nothing you could do." When pressed you offered to remake the missing meal items, however unacceptable a solution that was. Let me say it's not about the money or the food at this point, it is just Hardee's after all. Maybe my expectations are a little high but respect and doing what's right should be more heavily weighed. That's why I will make every effort to escalate this. I could let it go, but then you would certainly treat others the same in the future. I hope an education can come from this. I hope the other two managers, of whom you said we're all there and listening, can find better examples of leadership. Also, let's not judge what other people can and cannot do, okay. I'm mostly sad this had to happen when the resolution was so easy, but someone needed to assert their pride where humility belongs. I look forward to speaking to the district manager and beyond. I want to thank everyone for their time if you've read this review all the way through.

I normally don't expect much from this hardees but I just went thru and got a frisco burger that they gave me on bread that wasn't toasted and the patty was still raw on the inside. The fries were ice cold but atleast the drink was cold I guess.. there was no line.. I was the only person there. I see why now. Lol

Ordered a new Primal Angus Thick Burger. It would have been good if made with pride. The burger was burnt and the roast wasn't pinkish like it shows in pictures. The roast was past well done and grizzle-ly.

THEY HAVE DONE A Great Job redoing THE place. The service is getting better than it used to b. Retired Railroad men still come there to meet & talk about the past, present, & the future. Yea it's back open, after a fire that closed it down on Sunday. Must not have been to bad. Just ordered food & I saw them fix the next order bfor they got ours ready. Very bad business!

Everything tasted as expected. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The sweet tea was just right. Eggs on my smoked sausage biscuit were on par with other fast food joints. No complaints other than the cost approaching restaurants with table service.I've not eaten at a hardees in about a decade. We don't have many around where I live, but I'd go back after this.

Paid for two biscuits, got one.She tried to make it right, but both options involved me driving back to the store, which is just a waste of gas that'd be more expensive than the biscuit I didn't get.That is just this time. Last time I went they gave me the wrong burger, but I let bygones be bygones and didn't say anything.Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.Right now I have no plans to go back in the near future.
