Great place to shop! It's always a treasure hunt as you never know what you are going to find. If you find something you like, you should go back ASAP as it may be gone next week. They have a lot of "one of a kind" items. Our Cleveland store can't keep employees including managers and it is almost always understocked. I have started stopping at the Dalton, Ga store because it is fully stocked and often cheaper than the Cleveland store (they also have a meat department)

The store is not as big or has the variety of fresh meats that some of the other UGOs have but store is clean with friendly cashiers and always helpful. You can still find the bargains at great prices.

I absolutely 100% love this store. I just got easily $400 in groceries for $96 today. At their prices, I can try foods I've never tried from overpriced stores. If they aren't winners, I didn't waste much money at all. Rhonda and crew work very hard to keep it organized, and I can't be thankful enough for all the money I save.

Great prices, good deals, the ladies that work there have really started cleaning it up and are doing a great job of staying on top of the dates. Meaning that where 6 months ago you had to check every label for the exportation date, now its no where near as bad. Customer service is great as well.

They type the prices in manually bc they don't scan their items and they almost always overcharge me for the things I purchase. Some prices are decent but some are outrageous. They have a variety of items. Sometimes prices are cheaper than grocery stores but sometimes their prices are double the grocery store prices. I shop some when I hear they have a good deal on certain items.

Friendly people. You can find good deals and items regular grocery stores in this area don't carry, but some items are cheaper with later sell by dates in the big chane stores. Yes, please fix the B.O smell in this store.

They never have what you need and back in March when the Covid-19 was announced they started price gouging worse than I've ever seen! I will go to Food City, I will not go to Piggly Wiggly because they did the same thing, the only difference with Piggly Wiggly, their still doing it. I really wished they both would close down?! I would like to see a United Grocery Outlet move to Etowah and have great prices. Thank you.

Love the variety of things you can find here and my pocket book loves the prices. Can foods,frozen food, Sarah Lee bread and tea a lot cheaper than you can buy them in the supermarket some 1/2 the price.

It's a great stock up store. Meats are mostly frozen, and dairy is limited. Great for canned food,& dry foods . Employees are very nice and helpful.
