They’re “rearranging” the store but every time I come in I see a small clique of employees congregating talking about their personal relationships, and who they don’t like instead of working. Couldn’t get any help trying to find something that said was in stock at this store. Most of the people I deal with are rude af, they sigh so much that it seems like it’s going to kill them to do their damn job. Hell, one lady was bagging my stuff and dropped a case of my soda inside the bag, no regard whatsoever knowing that it could’ve busted everywhere, the same with some of the glass jars I had purchased. If you come here, expect to hunt for things yourself, don’t expect any worker to be nice or even help, and go to self checkout so the lazy ones sitting at the registers don’t attempt to break your things just because they don’t want to be there at work. If you don’t like it, find another job or stop being lazy!!!!!

This pool place is amazing. I drive 45 minutes to do business with them! If I don't need chemicals in my pool, they're honest with me and don't try to sell chemicals to me. I love this place ❤️ Christian people run the place, and they run it well!!!

I have had Walmart Plus for about 3 months now. I have received partial orders and went to pick up my order and it not be there. I have yet to receive a refund. I have lost more in product than I have saved this month. With inflation and prices as high as it is losing half an order is not okay. Especially not giving a refund. I have called the store and get no one. The pick up employee told me to call a 1800 number. I have money going down the drain ever since the remodel started and management won't do anything. It's a joke. I would give them -5 stars if at all possible. Gaining back their money by stealing from customers.

It’s a good place to stop for a truck driver If you need to get some food and about to run out of hours on your logs.They will let you spend the night as long as you out of there by 7 am the latest.Just a note to the truck drivers.This is one of the few places that allowing us drivers to park overnight please keep it clean and tidy so we can all enjoy the perks of spending the night at a place we can also get some good and non expensive food in comparison to the greedy truck stops. Peace and prosperity Share good positive attitude and good will be given back to you 🙏❤️🙏

I just moved to Roan Mountain and I came here on the 3rd day. I was very impressed by the lovely staff. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I was looking for Ornament hooks and the lady jumped on her walkie-talkie and not only did she find them she went and got them for me. The store was well stocked and organized.

The curbside pick up has been ridiculous the only 2 times my wife and I have used it, with today taking the cake! I arrived her and she sat for over an hour waiting on one thing to be brought out, 1! No big deal until a customer that arrived 20 minutes after she did recieved their order first! It should be first come, first served and today took the cake. She had to ask an associate, and I called to ask what was Taki g so long to get anything done. I will never use your services again, and may never use your store again. Worst experience ever.

I hate Walmart with a deep, dwelling passion. The vibe is horrible. I am guaranteed to be fighting off a panic attack by the time I leave.Shrieking children and people so worried about themselves that they don't even notice/care when they're blocking aisles or items, dead-eyed as they lumber across the parking lot, knowing I will give them the right of way because they are pedestrians, having cell phone conversations openly on speaker, and misusing the handicap and police parking spaces.I will shop literally anywhere else. I avoid going into Walmart as hard as I can.Except once a month, when I do my big grocery order. I place my order using the app, and do curb-side pick up. Easy peasy. I would suggest double checking the substitutions, otherwise you may end up with mushrooms instead of tampons (or so I've heard). I usually turn substitutions off, and if something doesn't arrive, I just pick it up elsewhere. I also suggest that you avoid ordering apples and oranges, because they will not give you the ones you ordered, almost as if they're willingly giving me the wrong produce for some kind of sick game they're playing amongst themselves. (Mandarins are not the same as clementines and I yet to receive a single gala apple, though I've had plenty of envy, jonagold, McIntosh and I wanna say Fuji. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME.)Oh, and the pick-up times are hourly, but I usually wait until half past the hour to arrive, to avoid sitting in my car until half past when my turn comes around.

No help from any associates. Self checkout is the best employee they have at this location. I recommend Johnson City Walmart over this one any day.

This Walmart is a bit smaller than most, so there is not as big of a selection here. Which also means- fewer people shopping here, perfect for me 😁All of the staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome 🏼

I was shopping alone at the Walmart in Elizabethton, TN but I had rode with a recent friend and after paying for my groceries I proceeded to leave but was stopped by theft prevention who embarrassed me beyond words and escorted me to a small room where the previous friend of mine was already sitting in. My previous friend had apparently placed some items inside a suit case and left the suit case sitting in a aile and had attempted to leave without attempting to steal a single item ( why she used the suit case instead of a buggy i do not know) but bc of her stupidity , i have been banned for life from all walmarts bc of the fact i had arrived on wal mart property with my previous friend .

Every isle we went to had a motion detector with a Bell ding and a camera with a screen showing us we were being monitored like criminals.Also, had to stand in line for 10 minutes to be forced to use the self checkout because Walmart doesnt want to pay employees/cashiers to do it yet there's a Microphone recording and Cameras all over. Some Walmarts also have a screen showing you you're being recorded but most do not, they're just invasive.

Whenever I'm in Elizabethton and in need of virtually anything for my home or kitchen, the Walmart Super Center is my absolute go-to destination. This store impresses me every time with its vast size, well-maintained aisles, and the incredible range of products it offers.Their produce section is a highlight for me. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh, making it my preferred choice for healthy eating. Not to mention, the deli selections are top-notch with a variety of choices that cater to different tastes and needs.Despite being a busy hub, which speaks volumes about its popularity, the overall shopping experience remains pleasant. I do feel that having more cashiers available would streamline the checkout process, especially during peak hours. However, this is a minor point in the grand scheme of things.The store's pricing strategy deserves a mention too – great prices across a wide range of products, making it a budget-friendly option for families and individuals alike.One small note to the management: Could you consider stocking Lemon-Lime G-Zero in your beverage section? It would be a fantastic addition to your already great selection.To sum up, for anyone in Elizabethton looking for a one-stop shop for home essentials and groceries, I highly recommend the Walmart Super Center. I WAS AT THE ELIZABETHTON STORE TODAY AND HAD THE BEST CASHIER. HER NAME WAS HAPPINESS. SHE WAS AMAZING. SHE NEEDS A RAISE. I SPENT WELL OVER 350.00 AND SHE WAS PLEASANT. SO MANY ACT LIKE THEY DREAD TO SEE LARGE ORDERS. SHE TOOKGREAT CARE OF of eggs..breadBreakable stuff. You cannot exchange anything over$50 without receipt. Left went straight to Bristol, no problem swapped a Christmas gift for something I didn't already have. Also, did a return online something I purchased walmart. Com was instructed to take to local Walmart with a barcode that was issued from the app. The Elizabethton walmart said they could not take it. I had to call 1800Walmart. They was amazed. Now, I am sending through Fed Ex. I am a walmart plus member and am currently seeing if I can change my deliveries from Bristol store with of course bigger tip. I would rather spend my money at a store that values its customers.

I am sitting at the grocery pick up section as I am writing this. I have been signed in to get my groceries for an hour now, after having to wait in line for 10 minutes to get a parking spot. This is not the first time this has happened. If you don't have enough people to bring the groceries out, don't offer so many pick ups at a time.This is extremely frustrating having to wait for so long after a long day at work.

Anthony at the service desk was knowledgeable, professional but most of all kind and patient explaining store policies and helpful answering all my questions. This is one of the best Walmarts I've visited across the country, clean, organized, and every staff I've talked to have been respectful and helpful. Even the parking lot is clean! Later the next day I brought in a flat tire to be fixed or replaced...Richard was awesome, polite, knowledgeable, fixed my tire in 10 minutes, and replaced on my spare tire holder. I will only go to this Walmart when I'm in the area, gives me great reassurance to know I can trust them to take care of my vehicle as well.

Not recommended. Curbside pickup orders must be inventoried before you leave. They are notorious for mistakes with these orders. Management team literally hides from customers. They do not want any feedback so they obviously don't want to make improvements. After an hour and half calling the store I was told I had to come in to speak to a manager. So I did and the store manager couldn't be bothered to leave her office. You get what you pay for with Walmart.
