I ordered last minute online. I called the store and asked if I could pick the item up as late as it was. We was in desperate need of the Horse Liniment. The lady that answered said she would go get it right away and have it ready for me to pick up. I arrived 2 minutes before they closed and was able to pick it up. 🙌 The lady was never rude about it. We appreciate her doing that. This lady needs s raise. We need more people like her in the world.

Always get my blackoil sunflower seed there for the birds..shoes for the grandson and cutest clothes for his sister. toys , flower seed.. Tractor Supply one of my favorite stops on my honey do list.

I would rate it 0 stars if I could…I am a former employee who went through the HARDEST 3 months I have ever worked. The majority of the management is unkind to not only employees but also customers. The cashiers are lazy, and care more about getting their “scores” for club memberships and credit cards than the actual customer.They talk bad about customers to OTHER customers and managers do it too. Employees verbally abuse customers to fellow employees as well.Also, I am very well informed on the state of TSC chicken food. I can tell all customers from personal experience that the feed they sell has ingredients that are meant to mess up our chickens. I personally do not feed my chicks TSC food because our chickens stopped laying for a long time. We switched to the local feed store and after allowing a time for their systems to heal - they started laying again. When they recommend medicated food, they are secretly forcing vaccines into our chickens. I always advised people away from the medicated food, but I had to do it without my employers knowing. I would have been in a lot of trouble, but I didn’t care, I cared more about the animals. Even the organic and non-GMO food still is not good. The companies that make the feed put chemicals not meant to be ingested by chickens. But the company will never relent from pushing medicated feed. It is all about money.Also I have pictures of dead chickens that they leave to die. They do not try to save them and in fact they are thought of as merchandise by some. In fact the store manager told me that they do not even really want to sell live birds, they only do it to make a customer. A customer who has to come back for food, supplies, and if your chick dies well you have to get 4 more to replace the one. It is all profit. The amount of dead chickens I saw is mind blowing…the lack of care when they are within the store is sad. It really is heartbreaking…I would be brought to tears because I would leave work knowing I would find dead chicks the next day.They would leave dead chicks in the midst of the live ones…for hours.Overall, there are a few moderately okay employees of this Tractor Supply who but the majority are not what they seem. And the “trusted” advice about chickens or animals in general that comes from this place should not be trusted. They are money oriented and not customer oriented. I will never give another penny to this company in general. It is better to support the local and truly knowledgeable farmers who run our local feed stores.

CURBSIDE. Wonderful. Exceptionally friendly staff. We have used curbside since C-19 and use it bie-weekly.A special relationship where they know you by name. Always exhibiting courteous and welcoming statements with an exceptional attitude.These folks work hard, but always sound upbeat. Thank you for an enhanced experience.

Store was dirty and very cluttered. Sales associates were not helpful. Would rather talk to their friends and stand in the way then help customers. Cashier was the only one who was willing to help even though she had customers in line to check out. This store is convenient but I will be driving alittle further to the one in Erwin where the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I love this place. All of the staff is incredibly friendly and will help you without you having to walk around looking for someone. They have a nice selection of vegetable plants for your garden and everything you could need for raising chickens ducks or any sort of waterfowl.

Good selection, reasonable price compared to competition. The store needs a bit of attention towards cleaning ( restrooms especially ) . Employees are helpful. The " tired" appearance is the only reason for the ding in their rating.

Have been a loyal customer for years . Wonderful knowledgeable staff and huge selection for my pets needs . I have dogs, cats , fish, birds and I've never had to look else where . I love when my kids go there's always much for them there as well it's like a little monthly trip we all look forward too.

These folks were rushed off their feet but handled each and every customer as quickly & courageously as possible. They didn't rush with the customer in front of them to get to the next one. But they moved things along well! Hard working farmers, home owners & gardeners appreciate their good work - or at least I do!!

Went here to refill a couple propane tanks for my camper. It was quick and easy, which was nice since this was my first time having this done. They took the guess work out and took care of me. Basically, they took my tanks, filled them up, and even loaded them into my truck for me. Great service and a good price on the refill.

This place is awesome, always have new items and very orderly,, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Love going here bc I can always find what I want. Check it out there's alot of goodies for outdoor and indoor, great selection on boots and clothing also ♥️♥️♥️

ELIZABETHTON, TN - Daniel and the Log Splitter - The store being over 45 minutes away, Daniel was kind and patient to measure the log splitter so I could determine if it would fit in our truck. It amazes me how much stuff is in the store and the fairness of their prices.After the service I received today and the way I felt my business was truly valued...I will be back. I can HIGHLY recommend this staff and store. From Don the loader, the cashier, and Daniel. Store management can be thankful for this TS Team!Daniel took an extra 5 minutes and installed the log catcher so I did not have too. :)

Some guy that I guess is the manager yells at you when you walk in: "WELCOME TO TRACTOR SUPPLY!". Why is he yelling. When I got to the register or whatever that thing he was standing at. Maybe it is customer service counter (I didn't find any service there), but there was no sign. He yelled again: "YOU WILL HAVE TO GO OVER THERE!" and pointed behind himself. Behind him was a register, but also a bit farther away a Lowes that carried most of what I was holding. I will take his advice next time and "GO OVER THERE!". I did not feel "WELCOME AT TRACTOR SUPPLY!".

Some need to rethink their staff i took back a pair a pants that was to big for me to wear and the lady that calls everyone bud tell me she’s only giving me 5 dollars for them like it was a yard sale mind you all the tabs were still on them and the pants were $35 they’re excuse was we do t carry these cause we got rid of them for 5 well clearly mine didn’t say 5 mine said 35 all I wanted to do was exchange them Kingsport store on stone drive next to Walmart is alot more helper will not step foot back in elizabethton tractor supply again clearly they’re useless at their job

I love tractor supply, so much cool stuff and pet supply. Some have a pet wash station where you can wash your dog, but found that this one doesn't. This one also seems to be showing its age, some areas dirty and run down a bit. All in all great store.

Oh my gosh all we wanted was some LPG (Propane) So, we enter Tractor Supply and ask an associate to please have someone serve us at the LPG tank that we sorely needed, we were freezing!!!!!! What happened NOTHING no one ever appeared at all we waited for an exceptional 20 minutes at a locked gate. We shouldn't have had to go back into the store again to ask again when we went to the service desk the first time. This one TSC. was horrible, others have had associates that were fast and made jokes real fun. I've found a better spot for my LPG & cheaper.

Stopped in for propane,Bob helped me and he was fantastic. We laughed a lot while filling the RV with propane and had to say goodbye I told him I was headed to new Hampshire and Bob said "why you want to go up there with them Yankees? Best customer service I have had in years.

I have been buying my chicken feed from tractor supply for a long time. My chickens have stopped laying eggs because of the feed. I changed their feed and they are laying again. Tractor Supply’s chicken feed is not healthy! Don’t buy it.

Easy to get in and out. Best price on propane. Only complaint is their inventory is usually very low. Many times I’ve gone there to purchase something and they would be out. I still try but sometimes it gets frustrating.

Went at 9:03 needing dog food, they chose at 9. The man bringing in buggies asked what I needed. I said just dog food. He then says ok hurry up. What a wonderful thing. I only buy 4health dog food so it even made my puppies day. Thank you. Great people in Elizabethton. Much appreciated.

Eli was very helpful. He actually took our shopping cart around the store to get all the supplies we needed for the new baby chickens. He also loaded the large tub for the chicks into my Jeep. Eli is a very professional young man. Tractor supply is fortunate to have such a good man working with them.

Did not receive good customer service at this location on this day. I noticed the store was poorly stocked and not very clean. I haven't been in this location in a while, I was really surprised by how it has went down hill.

Quick in-and-out hardware chase! Always have what I need! Needed a pitman arm nut for my ZR2 truck and they actually had the size in grade 8! Super stoked!

Someone was at the register,we was greeted as we walked in the door everything is where you can find it prices are pretty reasonable checking out was quick and simple and we had help loading my chicken feed from the cart to the truck by an employee it was just a good experience

Great place and helpful folks. I needed premixed fuel for my weedeater and they had it for a fair price. They have a lot of lawn and garden stuff that is easy to find.
