I usually have a good experience here. I’m unsure of who the newer older guy is but I will never approach the line again if he is the cashier. He is extremely rude and chaotic for unknown reasons. He threw my item across the counter after scanning, I put my item in the bag myself. I hope he isn’t there my next visit.

Managment needs to be fired. Using foul language in front of customers is absurdly unprofessional. I’m not even surprised considering DG is there job but come on if my kid was with me it would’ve been a different outcome.

This particular location is super weird about their coupons and what they’ll accept. I did a $5 off 20 gain deal and I had some digital and some paper coupons. I set the paper coupons on the counter and the cashier automatically says idk if I can take them, like what…the manager has to be saying something about coupons for any employee to automatically try and reject coupons. I did my transaction and left and of course my total didn’t come out right. Paid $17 when I was really supposed to pay $9 w tax according to my calculations. I look at the receipt and I’m like no, took my stuff back in for a return and the manager sounded like she was belittling the employee for taking the coupons. Got my refund and my coupons back and went to a different dollar general where the employee was super nice to me and my total came out to my calculations…$9, ridiculousand won’t ever come back to this location.

Me and my bestie were just trying to get some fresh air. He doesn't seem to mind that I am not as swift as before I went thru the cancer diagnosis and treatments. One thing most people who have been through chemo & radiation forget to say...YOU WILL STRUGGLE. FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE WITH SHORT-TERM MEMORY DEFICITS. At least some people try to understand and help others only care enough the point out your failures and I found that it's pretty easy for them to do that all I can do is say yep and let them feel how they want to about me to the good people at Family Dollar work with me God bless on when I'm struggling to count the right amount of change. I appreciate that very much

When traveling out of town. This store location I always stop at this particular Dollar General store. I myself don't normally go to any Dollar General Store anywhere, but sometimes I have no other choice, but to stop at one. Should just change the name to General Store.

Have pretty much anything you need to pick up without having to go to a major store and deal with the long lines just in and out any very good staff.
