they are a hardworking bunch of guys and will try hard to fit you in. i have always gotten service no matter how busy they are. they are busy because they are the best place in town to get tires. and the place to go for john deere riding mower tires too!!

I bought a new tire for my car on the 16th of November and at around 12:30 am the next day not even 24 hours the tire failed they refused to make the situation right because they said I drove on a flat can't stop instantly at 70 mph their defense was that I drove on flat and they also refused to refund my money so please reconsider shopping there don't want it to happen to someone else

But no one was laughing with him. I take it that he does this all the time & figure they just look over him & ignore him! He must been the owner 🤨 Not cool. Tucker tire is always my go-to.1- there’s usually a dog there to greet you.2- they treat you like a person and not just another check2-they’re quick! I went in my lunch break to have my tire patched. I went for a run while they worked and they had me fixed up within 30 minutes!

This place was recommended to me by the AAA representative at Lowery's Wrecker Service who came to my house 🏠 and replaced my flat tire with my spare. I went to Tucker's and was waited on quickly to repair my tire and put it back on my car and put my spare back in my trunk just 15 minutes before they were closing. For only $27 l was impressed.

Mark was so helpful when I was buying new tires and made sure I got what I needed. Wonderful place and every person behind the counter was very nice! And the older gentleman sitting out front when I came in and checked me in was very sweet!!! I didn’t catch his name though but he kept me updated on how long it was taking on my car. Highly recommend this place!

It was awesome. I ran over some thing just up the road from Tucker Tire and it started going flat immediately. We stopped at Tucker Tire and even though they had an hour and a half wait they went ahead and fixed my tire because I was on my way to a doctor's appointment. They were so nice.

Friends were from out of state (they blew a tire) and an other tire place (couldn't get the tires for a week) told them to come here to Tucker Tires... They had my friend's tires the next day and installed. Very easy to work with! My friends in TN said now they know where to go for great tire service.

While my nephew was driving in TN my truck's tire shredded. Mark from your company helped me out. He was able to get the tires I wanted the next day. They installed the tires that day. Mark worked with me long distance, I was in IL at the time. Very friendly people. This experience enabled my nephew to enjoy the rest of his vacation. Thank you all so very much

Went there last Friday, February 17, 2017 to get a new set of tires. Great tires at a good price, and no problem with them. Had to take it back Saturday morning due to vibration once you get to 55-60. They re-balanced the front thought it was better. NOT! Took it back, Monday and dropped it off, man said he drove it and I was told they re-balanced all 4. It seemed a little better, but found out on the way to work Tuesday once I got between 60-70 it still vibrated and was a very rough ride. I wasn't taking it back a 3rd time. Took it to another place that I had used in the past and all 4 tires were off balance. Drove it home and no vibration. Smooth ride. And they got it right the FIRST time. I also paid $40 extra at Tuckers when I got my tires, for free rotation for the life of the tire. So I called them and told them and that I felt like they should refund my $40 back as I was not bringing my car back to them. I was told they wouldn't do that, but I could still bring it in for rotation. They couldn't get it right the first 2 times I'm not bringing it back. Still refused to give refund. I'll never go back there.

Extremely prompt and lroficient business! I got 4 brand new tires in less time that it takes for me to get an oil change! Although everyone there is hospitable and great--I worked with Mark (my husband referred me to him specifically) and he is AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and honest guy!! I'll definitely be returning! Stay away! Non professional office service the tire workers do great given the conditions they have to work in. Looks like a hoarder lives there. The City should do something about the trash everywhere. I will never spend my hard earned money with these people.

They like to sit around and don't get things done. I bought a tire a few months back the price was reasonable, so I when back and the price went way up after tell him about the tire I just bought back in February he matched the price which was great but when time was to install and mount it, nobody was there to do so and believe me has a lot of workers there. I have to go to a worker myself and tell him that I have a tire needs to change and its inside in the office that way he go get it and actually do the job.So for just one tire spend 2 hrs waiting, could be way faster if actually someone tells that a job needs to be done instead charge my credit card and sit on his chair by the desk and talk in the phone....Ain't coming back. Rhater order online and pay someone else to install my tires.

I most definitely recommend this place. Last night I noticed I had a screw or something in my tire. I went to Walmart to get it fixed and they refused saying that it could not be fixed. Even though the screw was not in the sidewall but in the center groove of the main tread. The tires are brand new they came on my car. At this point I was flipping out thinking out have to buy a new tire that is 17 in and everyone knows how expensive those are. This morning I called Tucker Tire, and they said 95% chance they could fix it if I brought it in. So fortunately it hasn't started leaking yet I got it over to their shop. They were extremely polite very knowledgeable and took one look at it and said absolutely we can fix it okay. They said that's in the face of a tire and in 99% of the cases tires can be fixed if the hole is in the face. About 15 minutes later my tire was repaired it took him almost that long to get it off because I have a wheel lock. But after about 30 minutes total I was back on the road and I didn't have to spend out $150 for a new tire but less than 30 for repair. So do yourself a favor when it comes to getting your tires repaired don't waste your time going to Walmart, just go straight to Tucker Tire if it can be fixed they will fix it. So five stars definitely if I could give them 20 Stars I would but Google limits you to five stars

I have been doing business with Tucker's Tire and oil for 35 years. Let's be honest, it doesn't look like the most up to date shop around, and that reflects in their prices. No one can beat them. I have shopped around trying to beat their prices, looking for the best possible deal, including spending unending hours on the internet, and their prices simply can't be beaten. I always deal with Buddy or JR Tucker they have given me some great deals over the years. There's a lot to be said for a business that remembers your name.
