I have had the most amazing experience with A to Z Vet Supply! I run a pet rescue and I was looking for a different vendor for all of the supplies I need and they now have a loyal customer! Their prices are fantastic, the shipping is fast, and all items that needed to stay cold arrived in excellent shape! I am so impressed with the store representative named Jennifer! She is an expert at her job and followed through with me as promised. It makes such a difference to encounter a dedicated employee who cares about her customers! The worst experience in 15 years of purchasing animal vaccines. Package was not delivered to the address that it was intended to and the refrigerated vaccines were damaged after 2 days. Turns out the package had been delivered at what UPS calls "Access Point" instead of the provided address. Furthermore, other than the wording 'PERISHABLE' on the refrigerated package, nothing else suggested that the package needed to be refrigerated upon delivery. Every vaccine shipment I have always received, had a bright orange sticker on top with the wording "REFRIGERATE UPON ARRIVAL" and 4 cold packs - but not this one!I filed a claim with UPS and they conducted an internal investigation, requested six photos of the package, and their conclusion was "improper packaging", so they are not taking responsibility for the damaged vaccines.The shipper - A to Z Vet Supply - blamed UPS and refused to issue a refund. I am a small nonprofit animal rescue and I cannot afford to lose over $100 because nobody wants to own their mistake and act with integrity.

I want to thank Chris Mallon and Dr. Page for their kind assistance years ago when my 3 year old male Miniature Schnauzer developed crystals in early 2009. Not only did Chris explain how to find the proper food and the importance of the nutrient analysis, but also invited me to meet Dr. Bob Page who was coming that month to a dog breeder’s convention in my area. Dr. Page looked at the labs and explained about the pH of the urine and in this case, how to acidify it, and to get him to drink a quart of water a day. He explained it is like a human being with kidney stones, the way to have the crystals not stick together is to flush them out before that happens. We followed this advice religiously and he never developed crystals again. He died two years ago at age 14 and 3 months from a brain lesion. I did not realize until a few days ago that other people do not run into this wisdom. I met a woman with a 15 year old male Miniature Schnauzer, and as we talked, found out he has survived three bladder stone operations. She did not know about getting them to drink a quart of water, and it seems he is on the typical prescription diet for this plus meds, etc. Thank you for your common sense and practical approach, as stated on your website. Please keep trying to educate dog owners and breeders etc. about the importance of the correct pet food analysis and the kind of food that has good nutrition without fillers and the importance of drinking enough water. A To Z Vet Supply is the best and I am profoundly grateful.

A to Z vet supply and its owner Chris are wonderful to deal with. I can call anytime and get answers from very knowledgeable people. They have helped me with advice I could not get elsewhere. I love ordering from them as their prices are fair, the knowledge is expertise and they really care about their clients and the animals involved in that care. I would not go elsewhere. Tried to order vaccines online, which has its additional costs due to needing to stay cold and is usually overnight shipping. I ordered over the weekend so expected shipping on Monday. I called today, Tuesday, to find out it wasn’t going to be shipped until Wednesday and would be arriving on Friday. I was told it wasn’t in our closest warehouse and had to be shipped in to that one to be shipped to me. For $23 in shipping charges alone I cannot appreciate a 5 day delay, and two of that being shipping. You can overnight a package for that. Valley vet does, but they didn’t have what I needed in stock. Customer service was nice enough but didn’t make any attempt to make it right so I cancelled my order and ordered elsewhere where my product will be here tomorrow. The lack of communication that something you ordered would be shipped late without any offer to make the situation good for the customer is just poor practice. Especially when it is a refrigerated biological that is useless if proper care isn’t taken to maintain it.

This is the best vet supply company. A to Z is co-owned by Dr.Page, Creator is rhe Neopar vaccine. You will not find better prices on Neopar products nor more personal help and advice. Ask for Chris if you have questions or need specific help.

They're expensive, and not as good as they used to be. At one time you could go in and ask virtually any question and about animals, rodents, products, etc and would get a good answer. This is not the case any longer.
