First time there and I went to exchange a pair of my bibs. Leah called me over to her line and I said I got the bibs last year. She said very rudely, it’s been last 30 days nothing she can do. Last I checked it was January 21st, how was 2023 30 days ago? I guess someone didn’t pay attention in math class… she said there wasn’t anything she could do. Then she acted holier than thou because I said I need a bigger size. “Well did you even look in the isle to see if we have what you need?” You watched me walk in and go stand in line. Well I’ll be going to the Clarksville TSC because of how rude Leah is. ☺️

Lovely customer service, I came to the store today , I passed through Dover around once a month , and I usually stop in , the store was very clean and welcoming. Today Chris.T was working the register , provided great customer service , and was overall very helpful and kind.

I was happy with the lay out and customer service. The employees were eager to help. Not happy with the prices. It seemed to be over priced. I looked online and found the exact same item for an average of 10% cheaper.

I was immediately greeted as I walked in. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The employees in the lawn and garden area went above and beyond while helping me browse for landscaping supplies. The service here was amazing!

Manager is a sweetheart, everyone up there is nice and they love when I bring my pup in for a late night bath, he always gets head pats and a treat from everyone in the front. Everyone was friendly. Greeting as soon as you walked in the door. When asked for help employees help out immediately and was very courteous about it. Been to other TSC and same behavior there so it shows this is a good company policy they are following.

Google maps unfortunately had them located in the wrong place. We called and Chris gave us great directions. We went to get some supplies to cover some furniture in our rented pick up. When he heard what we needed, he helped us in such an amazing way. We are very grateful for his incredible customer service.
