I didn’t think I was going to be comfortable leaving our dog at any boarding facility. But they have been so amazing and made me feel so comfortable. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Amazing people who love animals and treat you well. They even helped celebrate his birthday we had to miss.

The 1st time Bear was in kennel. Got bath and loved being outside. He got along well with others. We left his big special blanket, etc. We got pictures and positive updates from the Inn staff! His pictures show him 😃 . It was reasonably priced. Thanks to all for a positive stay, from us and Bear! ❤️

All I can say is from grooming, boarding, daycare, anything you need The Little red Wagon is number one. The staff is amazing, from the front office people to the folks in the back to the groomer. I believe they even may have training services there. But all I can tell you is that I've worked with this establishment since it opened probably a decade. Some ownership had changed, but the quality of care of the animals has not. Most comfortable place you'll ever feel you can leave your pet when you go out of town or have something to do for the day. Again, stop in and visit with them. Find out about their services and I believe they'll be your first choice from that moment forward for boarding your, pet grooming your pet, possibly do or can recommend training your pet, and of course their daycare services.

I took my 4 month old standard poodle to the lil red wag inn and they did a fantastic job! I swear I couldn't believe it was the same puppy I had dropped off earlier. He looks great, just what I wanted and at a very reasonable price. Thank You! Andrea Richards

Great place! The facility is very clean and the staff are fantastic! They're very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They take great care of our fur baby, and it shows, because he is always so happy to come here. Highly recommended!

I have taken my dogs to lil red wag inn for daycare, boarding, & other services for several years and it has always been a great experience. They've even handled getting them to our vet when unexpected needs arose.Ive recently boarded my cats there as well. The staff is caring, attentive and easy to work with. I highly recommend trusting the with your 4 legged family members!

My dog loves staying at Lil' Red Wag Inn. They also offer a grooming service that is very affordable. The staff is very friendly and professional. I'm so happy that I stopped by a couple of years ago on my way home. I saw it and asked for a tour.

This place took us in and made us feel welcome from the start!! We just moved to the Dover area and needed a local set of clippers. We now visit once a month for full groom and paws every other week. It’s worth the drive to north Stewart.

They lost my reservation for my two dogs. I booked it in June !! Affirmed it with them in August , when I picked up my dogs from a days stay. I have a picture of the details on my calender with the date June 6th at the top of the picture.They have no other room for them for those dates. And we have a wedding to go to !! Never again. Terrible way to do business.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. I dropped my Eskimo Spitz off and when I picked him up, he looked like a brand new dog!! They were great and you can't beat the prices! It cost me $50 for a shape, bath, and nail trim. We plan to board with them this summer and I will update with the results of that.

I have five Chihuahuas and boy howdy are they a handful. The groomers here are fantastic. They handle my babies as if they were their own pets. I get all of them groomed for around a hundred bucks...All five of them! That includes their nails and expressing their glands. Good service at a reasonable price.

Excellent service! My boys stayed here over a long weekend. I was texted updates daily (with pictures 😍) and my husband said they seemed happy and relaxed when he picked them up! We’re very happy with their stay and will be using them again in the future!

We have boarded our dogs with this business for years. We are so happy with Miss Susan and her staff. One of our dogs, Halo, (don’t be fooled by the name) is not the friendliest when it comes to other people but for some reason has really taken to the ladies here. For years they cared for our other dog, Chester, when we were out of town. He passed away about a year ago at the age of 21, but even up until his fragile old age they cared greatly for him.I would recommend Lil Red Wag Inn boarding group to anyone who has a pet that they truly care about and want to know is safe and protected when they are away.

Our two senior, high needs dogs stayed with them over the holidays for a little over 2 weeks. They were incredibly attentive of their needs, Sent us text message photo updates daily, communicated any concerns immediately, made them a Christmas photo card upon pick up, bathed and groomed them before pick up and offered military/extended stay discount. Highly recommend, will board with them in the future!

They have kept my jack Russell puppy about 5 times now and they really take care of them. My husband passed away about two months ago and they were right there. It was a big blessing to have someone to count on in my time of need. My dog loves it there when we pull up he is so happy and can't wait to get in. If you want a place that's like family , this is for you.

They take care of all three of our fur babies, and one is a great Pyrenees. If we have to get away they board them too. We get pictures throughout the time to see that they're fine but miss us.

My fur baby was very well taken care of here the only thing I can say in the negative in any way was that they were not very affectionate towards him. That could be because of something he did but I don't know they didn't say. They were very affectionate with all the other fur babies that were there at that time. But as long as they weren't mean to him (and they were not) and he was clean (and he was) then I was a very happy dog mommy!

Everything was great --UNTIL it wasn't. ... QUICK QUESTION: If you took your car to a mechanic and paid them to change the brakes, but your car came back with a shattered windshield, wouldn't you expect them to take responsibility and cover the cost of the windshield? THE STORY: We were a customer for 2+ years. Our dog stayed here often as we traveled for work. The dog was at the kennel for several days and got injured while under their care. This resulted in a rather expensive vet bill and the owners response was this: "I'm not responsible for that, and good luck finding another boarder."
