I was extremely upset the last time I went to the store and said I would just go to the Fairview one for now on all because of one girl they’re doing the wrong thing and blaming me. I went in today and told two guys there what happened after they asked me if I needed help with anything. They were nice enough to talk to me about it and fix the situation. They made me feel better and decide to give the store a second change in the future. The girl owes me an apologyEdit*** the worker actually came up to me today and confronted me about the occurrence arguing to me saying she never said that and saying what they told me was not true. I went for chicken food not for her to stop me and argue with me about stuff the two guys already corrected!

Inventory online matches inventory in store MAYBE 50% of the time—so I blame myself for canceling my Amazon order relying on my order to TSC Dickson. Also, there’s some bizarre glitch or rule that you can’t order more than one set of mole traps for pickup. But they’ll happily deliver more than one—for a hefty fee!!

We were greeted as soon as we came in the door. Associate offered to help us right away. He was very knowledgeable about the item we were looking for he double checked the shelves and also checked on ordering this item for us. Wish I had got his name. Thank you for being so helpful 😊

Count your change!!The cashier gave me my change less one dollar. I laid the money out on the counter and called his attention to it. He replied, “I know, but that’s all the 1’s I have in the drawer. I said, “well you need to get some more because you just can’t short someone because your drawer is low”. He finally opened the drawer, gave 4 quaters, and apologized saying it was his last day. Another employee listening did nothing.Yikes!!!!

Seriously done with this store. I can't seem to buy dog food or horse feed without hearing that it's out of stock or in the back room where they can't get to it, and that I should check back in a few days. I've not been in this store for months, and have been giving someone else in a different city my money because of this. I thought I would give them another try today. That said, the employees are usually very helpful. Get that fixed and I'll change my review to five stars.

Very well run store. The employees are knowledgeable, and if they happen to be unsure of an answer, they are not afraid to ask someone else who knows the answer. The store is always clean and isles open for oversized shopping carts.They offer vet-checked shots and prevetatives for dogs on posted Sundays. Also, great specials and give-a-ways happen often

Solid experience as always. Decent quality for stuff and an acceptable price. I went in for a new pair of jeans to wear to the office because dressing for success is not my thing, and i was not disappointed at the selection and prices at my local tractor supply.

Watched a very pregnant lady purchase 2 20 lb bags of cat food and the employees were more interested in their personal conversation than helping her carry them to her car. Store wasn't busy and they didn't even offer to help her. Very disappointing.

I went in looking for much needed goat medical supplies right at closing. A gentleman by the name of "Woody" helped us and was genuinely the nicest employee I've ever encountered in this store. Overall a great experience.

Employees welcomed us as soon as we walked in and guided us where we needed to go. The gentleman who helped us was fabulous! He answered our questions and took the time to get us the tires we needed for our cart. Very pleased

Was there this morning in the Dickson store. Spoke on the phone first with Josh regarding a leaking Rubbermaid stock tank. He said bring it on in. I brought it back to the store. Was given another stock tank. Thanks so much!!

Great staff they are friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.Today June 21, 2019 my experience was not near as good. Our cashier Sarah was clearly not happy with her job and was far from friendly, rather rude. We have a farm and purchase feed and various items at this location using our farm account of which she could not find (she made it seem like we were lying about it) the entire time she didn't stop unwrapping toys to help us resolve the issue. We had to pull up the info on our phone to proove we had an account and even then her demeanor didnt change. Her attitude will not stop me from going there because I have had great customer service the other times I have been there. Maybe she was just having a bad day taking toys out of wrappers and placing them in a bowl while working the register either way customer service was not her friend today.

Greg and Micheal were absolutely amazing!! Dickson didn't have a kayak but Greg called around to other stores and tracked one down. He even went and picked it up this morning and brought it to the Dickson location so I could just get it from there!!!! I would give 10 stars but it only allowed 5... AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

My husband and I were 2 hours away from home when our trailer had a blow out. We couldn’t find any tow services or tire service that would come out and help. We lucked up and found Tractor Supply, and they had what we needed to get back on the road. Thanks so much for Woody in Dickson, Tn. For all his help. He was super helpful and showed wonderful customer service during this stressful time.

I saw a sad commentary about their new chick brooder system. I saw for myself the flaws in the design and chicks piled up on one another. 2 I bought died within 2 days.the others survived under my broody hen. They need to consider going back to the prior display. also being a tractor supply store one would expect a good spring inventory of brush cutter blades. 2 stores...only 1 kind of blade.very dissapointed.

Their stupid new system of checking you out is slow and sucks. Froze up and 10 minutes later the manager came back and said transaction didn't go through. Meanwhile they easily cleared out the lane with the old system.

Tractor Supply is a great place for me to get my dog food..Socks for my son and anything else that is on your list..I have been shopping at Tractor Supply for years.. They people who work here are always helpful and friendly...I I guess it is a great place for me to get a lot of the supplies we have been using for many years..

This tractor supply is one of my favorites. When we moved here and discovered it, it quickly became a store we regularly visit. If your a Gardener, Farmer, or need some good quality clothing or boots, Pet supplies, shots for your fur babies, hardware, this is the spot. I’d even recommend them as a good place to buy your riding lawnmower and I am a Home Depot Guy. I love Home Depot but I love this store just as much.

I go in to buy dog food, every time they scan the can they tell me it has been recalled. That it should not be on the shelf. Then why is the same dog food always on the shelf?!?!?! Also there were people lined up past the clothing, cashier called for help... no one comes to help. When I get in the car to leave, I still hear her paging for help.So whats wrong with this picture?????

They were very friendly and we've never owned ducks or chickens or anything so he really helped us on and understanding what we really need for chicks so that was a big plus

It was just that ok, it was small and crowded but was clean, spent 30 mins in there no one asked if they could help but I was able to find everything I needed. As a business owner i would not allow my employees not to greet people at the door. But again everything was ok. I found what I needed and got out. Things where also higher priced then some competition down the street.
