The store inventory never matches the online inventory...someone isn't recording the store inventory correctly....it shouldn't have listed online to have 15 in stock in store and the store stock has nothing..you try to call first but the phone just rings or you're forgotten on hold...

The store manager, of the name Marie (if I recall correctly), was extremely disrespectful to her employees. Certain products that would normally be in the store were not in stock, and I overheard her complaining to fellow employees about higher ranking employees. Very rude and extremely disrespectful to her employees. I do not recommend going to this store with the current management. Absolutely appalled.

Everything you need out in the field in one place. This tractor supply is well stocked and has very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is well organized and the store is clean. The staff know where things are and have a good working knowledge. We look forward to going back.

I have a lot of neat things here a lot of decor but it's a little pricey for my taste. However if you're looking for something for your farm cattle small farm Gates dog food animal supplies pet supplies you will find it here. If you're looking for boots and clothes and whatnot you will also find it here again a little pricey for my taste but a lot of neat stuff and a pretty good variety to choose from. The cashiers are super nice and helpful.

The woman at the register is rude and I asked the manger if they priced with union city before I came to that tractor supply and when I came down there and checked out she was rude like okay where is this and acted like I lied to her about them price matching because the assistant manager has told them they aren't allowed to price match. Won't be back.

Stopped there last Friday to buy a fan I saw online. Wasn't in stock but the employees there were very helpful. Ordered and paid for it right there. Received it today. Exactly what I needed. Perfect for my shop. Ty so much.

Always have what I need. They do need to get better about having someone available to go out to get the hay and straw though. We have had to go out to the trailers to get our own the last two times after waiting 15 minutes for them to come out to do it.

I love TSC! I decided to raise chickens and I buy my feed here. They have so much stuff to use on my homestead as well as stuff to decorate my home. The best thing about this store is the people that work here. They are kind, helpful and very friendly. Even the customers have offered to help me with my 50 lb bags of feed.

12/11/20 Pm Manager and cashier at Covington Tractor Supply was very helpful in helping me finding correct chainsaw replacement chain, after several trips outside to my truck we finally figured it out, my favorite Tractor Supply store staff are always friendly and helpful !
