Firstly, you get okra and hushpuppies. They were both delicious! The hushpuppies are crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside with onions in the batter. We ordered fried green tomatoes to start. They were cornmeal breaded and fried crispy served with ranch: they were so good! Cooked perfectly! We both got fried catfish fillets with crinkle fries, hushpuppies, and cole slaw. The fish was perfectly breaded, seasoned, and fried. Very nice flavor! My boyfriend ended with the lemon icebox pie made in house. He loved it! We also enjoyed sitting outside on a beautiful day. There is a covered and open option outside. We recommend highly!

This is not a fine dining gourmet restaurant but If you want great fried fish, Cole slaw and hush puppies(I am a hush puppy connoisseur 🤣)this IS the place to go! Hands down the best I have had in years!! They are known for their smoked catfish; the taste is great but a bit spicy for me…the guys at our table loved it! And appreciated the difficulty in learning to smoke the catfish so perfectly.We were traveling through the area on a boat headed back to Chattanooga, TN from Stuart, Fl. and a couple we know from the area were kind enough to take us here. I could not have been happier with the choice! Great people, great meal!

Best smoked and fried Catfish east of the Mississippi River. The fried pickles for an appetizer are amazing. The food is always hot when they bring it out and fresh. The staff is top notch as well and very friendly. Catfish farm is highly recommended, way better than the Historic Hotel down the road. 5 Stars.Kid-friendliness: The staff loves kids. It's my son's favorite place to go out to eat.

This place was amazing . The food is great ..the service is amazing. Hannah was our waitress an she was great. The experience an food has all the locals with the fish beat hands down! The place aint doused up ..but it for sure is worth the stop. Unfortunately they are only open on the weekends..jus fyi. If u are traveling down 57 near Pickwick on the weekend try it , or if u jus would like to try some good food run out an give them a try.

They greeted us by opening the door when we arrived! Food was fresh and delicious. I wasn’t sure if I wanted the smoked fish so they brought out a sample, it was amazing. My wife and I share a large catfish fillet plate and it was plenty. Hot and fresh! Complimentary hush puppies and okra. Small, quaint and friendly. Will definitely go back.

We ate there May 6th for the 2nd time. The first time the food was ok , but a little pricy. Service was good and owner very friendly. This time the owner was friendly and service was great but the food was very bad. Worst catfish dinner I have ever had! The fish was so saturated in grease that I used 4 napkins to soak the grease out. A cashier saw me and asked if anything was wrong and did I want more fish. Well , why would I want more of that grease soaked stuff? The slaw had no seasoning, so I added a little sugar, salt and pepper so it would be fit to eat. Fries were greasy too. I don't think they've ever heard of a water filter because the water tasted awful. When we checked out, we weren't asked if the food was ok! I told her how bad everything was and she said " I'm sorry it wasn't good". Never offered us a discount or anything. This is a perfect example of some people will eat anything to socalize!!! If you go there, don't order fish! We will never go there again, not even if it was free!

Excellent attentive service and great local food. Of course, we had to get the smoked catfish, and it was excellent. The smoke flavor really comes through. We also got the sampler platter and liked everything on it. You can't go wrong with whatever you pick. To finish, we had the homemade key lime pie, and even I liked it, and I'm not a big fan of it in general. Cold beer and cold mugs available. It's a great little family owned and operated restaurant that really strives to get it right. There is indoor or outdoor seating on the covered patio where they let us have our dogs with us.

First time going and let me say… Excellent catfish!! The best I’ve had in a long time! Our server, Allison, was very good and attentive. Also the owner is super friendly and took time to talk with us. We certainly enjoyed it and highly recommend!!

Were there almost every sunday for lunch. Fish is the best, great service. Can't wait til it gets little warmer outside. They have outdoor dinning. Must try.Parking: On the food ... the reason I didn't suggest the others is only because I haven't tried them.

Some of the best catfish I've had anywhere. The hushpuppies were so tasty my wife liked them, and she usually won't eat them. Nice folks working there, as were the other patrons. If you're in the area try them out.

My boyfriend and I ate here while he was out of town working, and this place was awesome. The food was great and the portions were a good size. Our server was super friendly and the overall environment and everyone else was really nice. I will definitely be back.
