On 9/4 a trainee had issues ringing up bananas and one ice cream. She swore she did everything correct! It charged each bananna at the ice cream price. A $4.60 purchase was $13. The manager derided the young lady and proceeded to do it the 'correct' way while RUSHING to get the other customers out of the line too - BUT after I left I see it did the SAME THING to the manager. SOFTWARE ISSUE overcharging customers. So I now got charged $14 for my purchase, NOT $4.60. I did a chargeback on my credit card because I live know where near your store. Will be skipping the store the next time I am in town.

I love going to the dollar store. When you work on the road as much as I do and don't have a microwave. You eat snacks most of the day. First the store was not organized. Second the cashier ridiculed me to my coworker for my snack choices. When he got the same thing. First to tell you I will not go back to this store. I have been here a few times and staff was always friendly but not this time. Dont go here unless its am emergency. She may ridicule you to other customers before you even get out the door. I still gave 2 stars just because of the prices still being cheap on most things.

I would give this store a negativ2 score if it were possible. Never clean and manager is one of the most deplorable human beings I ha r ever met. He has a huge chip on his shoulder and takes it out on the customers. Treats customers with malice and disrespect. If this chain wants to employ people of this nature then they will not last.

This store is ALWAYS understaffed and so cluttered. The shelves are usually empty but they have carts full of inventory they haven't put out yet... Which makes it so hard to get down the aisles. Don't ever go in here if you're in a hurry cuz you'll be standing in the check out line forever, as there is always only 1 cashier. It looks like the few employees they have are over worked and under paid! Smh!

I go here often to pick up supplies for the workplace. Standard pricing for DG. Always good stock and selection. Nice service. They do their best to be prompt, given the minimal staffing.Lighting should be better and pretty sure they are not ADA compliant with the isle widths, but hey you can only help so much.

Travis is great and very nice and patient with me as I am learning to coupon.. I do have problem with my digital coupons working.. Corporate needs to fix the issue. Corporate pls post a price check machine in every store. So shoppers like me who respect our cashiers and managers do not have to wait to get the info because employees are very busy doing a great job trying to check out customers and the store is very busy so I wait to get price info..

The poor senior citizen that was checking people out, was by herself. She has arthritic hands, she was doing the best she could. The lady that she was helping was purchasing $150 worth of merchandise. And I was number 5 in line behind her. A nice young man let me go in front of him because I was only buying birthday cards and baby booties.It wasn't the cashier's fault she was doing the best she could. They just need to get more help in all the stores. Two or three people left because they didn't want to wait in line. Seriously it's not fair to the employees to be put under that kind of pressure. Get more help!!!

staff were kinda short and acted bothered when asked a question. that was the only negative experience I e ever had at this store though. every other time has been just fine. they were prolly just having a baby bad day

Don't know who the guy is that works the checkout ! But he cussed out a little old lady the other day in line and made her cry ! Unbelievable that he is still there ! Its not Travis but the other kid !

They don't have anything that you need. There shelves are empty constantly and when stuff is on sale they are always outta it. They don't rotate there fruits either I found one thing of those jarred peaches outta date the other day and the cashier was just like huh ok

I was helping a friend by giving her a ride home. She needed to stop here. I decided I would grab a few things as well. It seems every Dollar General has items on sale but each store has different items. So I found some things I did not see at the DG I usually go to. That was a nice surprise and I saved some money! Lol. The employees were friendly and helpful.

This is by far the best dollar general store in our area. It is so we'll organized and staff is helpful and friendly and the most professional manager I've ever dealt with. Keep up the good work!

Bigger then most stores. I like stopping here on the way home from work to get items. Plus there the only place I can find my 1% milk without going to a grocery store!! The staff is very friendly.

Above-average for the brand, and very helpful staff would definitely visit this location again and again if I lived in the area.Additionally, well stock for the usual Dollar General, definitely impressed. Thanks especially to the employees that help me find a hard to find item.

Dollar General in Copperhill Is THE BEST DG Around!!! The manager Mary is exceptional in all aspects!! She knows Customer service well, and is always jumping right in to help or do anything! And I don't think I've ever seen her without a smile on her face and a friendly hello, to everyone!Her staff is also top notch!! It doesn't matter what's going on there always friendly, helpful and just very good people!I wish I could remember all names but I can't... But they really are team players at this store, and someone is always available to help you! Top notch customer service here!! 👍👍💯! Thank you DG!

It's Dollar General, so you know, being rude is a requirement for their employees. Well the one lady that seems to be running it is nice. But i don't understand how all these reviews say "friendly staff". DG must have threatened them with violence. One cashier girl refused to speak to me as i was checking out. Literally. I had to walk away for a min so i could regain my composure. She blew the word 'rude' out of the freakin water.

Bev did what she could. She was the only cashier on duty. Line was backed up. Place was a dump. Product needs stocked. No carts inside for customer. It is like this everyday.

They accuse you of stealing and try to fix it and else somebody else stole and blaming me for it. I was just going to the bathroom and set my stuff outside the door and they seen me doing. But I still put something else on me that was somebody else's fault and told me he never to come back to the store you know what my place is that

Great place but the cashier/employee was on the phone the entire time I was there. She stayed on the phone when I asked her a question, when she checked some things in the store, when she waited on the customer in front of me, and was still on the phone after she checked me out. Very rude.

If you expect to get in and out quickly NOT A CHANCE!! They only ever have one cashier thats in no hurry at all. It is a convenient place to go for where i live though

Much cleaner since the remodel but the wait time in line a majority of the time is AWFUL. Last couple times I went in I waited in line at least 20 minutes. Would have left if I hadn't had to have the stuff.

The cashier didn't seem very happy and was kinda standoffish towards me... Otherwise they was outta most everything that was on sale and they didn't have it in stock. So that defeated the purpose of driving to the dollar store for the sale

Just a Dollar General. It's in a great location for me because it's on my way home. Sadly there's a lot of crazy crack heads that hang around outside sometimes but it's a safe environment.

One of the registers was cash only I'm assuming the card reader is messed up but nobody's paying cash so the one register that was opened up for cards was pretty backed up and moving very slow
