I was one of the 500 train people that invade Copper Hill each day. Decided to skip shopping and go to Buck Bald. Great decision! Really good and varied selection of beer. Loved the Kolsch and Ginger Beer. The music and vibe was also great. The server, aside from his Wichita State shirt, was knowledgeable and welcoming. Would stop here every time.

This place has the best beer and all the employees have been so friendly. Such a great place to relax and hang out. I can't wait to come when the weather is warmer and enjoy the patio seating. The peach tea is great for the younger patrons and all those who prefer something special without the alcohol! Definitely a must stop on your way through. 🍺🍺

This place is awesome! Jake, who was serving the day that we visited, had a great personality and was very nice. We tried a couple of samples before choosing a beer. I ended up with a berry flavored sour, which wasn’t too sour and I really enjoyed. My mom got an IPA called Kosmic Kitty. Apparently whenever they sell a Kosmic Kitty beer, a portion of the earnings are donated to the local Humane Society, which I think is amazing! All the seating is outside, but covered. They are dog friendly and have a really cool vibe. If you’re looking for a place to sit outside and enjoy a beer and a cool breeze, this is the place to go. They also have some great shirts and pint glasses for sale.

Fun place. Love the Bigfoot stuff. Had an interesting conversion with some locals about it! Beer is good. Definitely stop in if you’re in town.

Stopped into Buck Bald today during our Christmas ride. Great beer, great people. We'll be back. Felt right at home there.Been back several times now... Great 🍺.Back again to raise a glass to Jimmy Buffett. RIPFebruary ride over to Copperhill and a couple of beers at Buck Bald. Two in the Boot is outstanding pale ale. Keep up the great work guys and gals.March 2024. Bucks Frosty Balls is an outstanding brew. Lots of hop goodness.

We were visiting the area for a quick get away and were grateful to find a few breweries. Buck Bald is great. Several rooms to sit and enjoy their beer and a nice outdoor patio. They had heaters throughout so don’t hesitate to give them a try as the weather gets colder. I had the Amber and my husband had the Shesquash it’s more of a wee heavy Scottish ale . Both were great and true to their style label. We could only stay for one but we completely recommend this brewery for a stop!

Have been a regular for about 3 years now. In my opinion, you will not find better beer anywhere else in the area. Always my favorite spot to meet friends/family or just pop in and grab a drink when I'm killing some time. The workers are all extremely nice and friendly as well. I've never had anything but an amazing experience. And now they are offering beer slushies, too!

By far one of the best breweries I’ve ever been to.Super knowledgeable staff, very relaxed crowd, games, dog friendly.I never order stouts and literally got a growler of the stout I was turned on to. Great merch to indulge in before you go.The list goes on.Do yourself a favor- if you are in blue ridge and have any contemplation about which place to go- this is it!!!

So you see the 5 * ??! I'm NOT a beer drinker, (sorry) but the owner has made this more than a brewery, more than serving just beer. You can meet great people, have great service, I mean...when was the last time you ordered food/drinks and the owner tells you to just tell him when you checkout...what you had ! The friends we've taken there go back on their own when they come in town and ALL love it. With a changing selection of a great variety, I've even found some that I like. That's why I go back and refer friends and take guests. (I'm rather picky about leaving reviews, so great job Buck Bald Brewery!)

Great place. A converted gas station continues as a filling station. Nice selection of beer. Sampled several but really liked the red. Indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly service.

We loved this place. The staff is so friendly and the beers were delicious. The mango tango is my favorite and I’ll be back to get some more. It’s all outdoor seating (covered), so keep that in mind when the weather is less than ideal.

Stopped by on a Friday afternoon and was amazed by the beer and the people. Very, very friendly and a nice atmosphere to boot. The place also has an amazing selection of shirts, signs, hats, stickers...you name it, they got it.Probably some of the best beer names ever! We'll be back.

Kid friendly, dog friendly, spacious patio, and a great selection of beers!! You can’t ask for more when looking for a brewery. We tried different IPAs and found them to be very good. We also felt very welcomed by the staff.

My husband and I visited here during our vacation last year with our dogs. This place is nice and cute, and has good beer. Staff were nice. Nice tribute to veterans as well.

Great people and great beer. Bring food from the outside and enjoy outside open air seating with a local beer. Jeep memorabilia and veteran charity causes never hurts either! Definitely a place we'll be back to often.

I have been here twice now. All the beers I've had have been great! All the employees I have encountered have been friendly and helpful. Drinking good beer in a relaxed, friendly environment is a great way to spend some time. Be able to have my doggos with me is the icing on the cake!
